2016-08-15 17:28:53Love the concept - low price, customizable pizza and salads. You can pick unlimited toppings for one price, under $10. Its pretty efficient and they were very accommodating about splitting a pizza into different sections with different toppings. But the pizza crust was not that good. Its pressed flat, a bit like a crispy flat bread, so it doesnt rise and get chewy and bready like a good pizza crust should. Thats my favorite part of the pizza so it was a bit of a letdown for me.So I like the idea, but dont love the pizza.

2017-03-20 22:09:57DIY pizza for less than $10! I love how customers can customize their pizzas here. Its definitely a pizza version of Subway. Ive been at Pieology plenty of times since I live close by. Parking is easy and spacious. Although Im not vegan, I appreciate how Pieology has options for those who opt out meat in their diet. It means this business is open for meat and non-meat lovers.Pizza artists are friendly, quick and sometimes, detail-oriented on custom orders. I say sometimes because by the time its near closing time, some employees look tired, which is understandable since they stand on their feet throughout their shift. Wait time is pretty good too. 10-15 minutes wait time. Just be patient and relax with your family/friends. While waiting, grab a table, spice shakers, drinks, utensils, and napkins. Prepare to dig in to some scrumptious, freshly baked pizza.

2015-04-20 18:37:44Not good pizza. People are nice. But the pizza is barely there. The crust is like a wafer. I had to ask the girl to double the sauce just to get a reasonable amount. They put whatever you want on it... when I was there they were out of some toppings. Overall, it reminded me of what you might get at a place like Fridays as an appetizer before your meal. I suppose its ok for what it is - cheap pizza for a cheap price.

2015-04-20 04:10:09The best alternative to traditional fast food! The value of the food is unbeatable. All ingredients taste and look fresh. My wife and I came in Sunday night and the place was packed, so it took about 25 to 30 minutes to seat down and eat but was worthwhile. The party next to us had the Sweet Cinnamon Sugar Strip and it was delicious.Definitely I recommend this place.

2017-04-27 17:12:31Staff was very friendly and helpful and patient. The food is A+ . You get to pick how you want your pizza from the dough to the toppings everything and they make it right in front of you. Guaranteed fresh since its made when you say then thrown into the big ole oven which just adds to that extra yum!! I went at night and it wasnt crowded so it was nice.

2017-10-05 02:28:33Listen... i get it. I have for allergies and i hate eating out. Usually this place is okay... they always take forever but theyre normally alright. I just got a pizza. My order takes forever because of all the glove changes so when my pizza came to me basically raw... i had an issue. I dont have 30 more minutes to waste on another pizza... i have 2 tired kids with me... and they dont put the raw one in after its been pulled. This place just lost a customer. If you cant make a pizza get another job.

2015-11-16 16:16:15For making your own custom pizza, this is the place to go. Many choices and can pretty much stack all types of toppings and meat for under $10. 👍 The line can be long at peak hours lunch and dinner, but isnt as long as before when it first opened. Parking lot is huge also.

2016-06-28 05:12:15A very fun spot! Much like Subway or Chipotle, you make your choices while waiting on the other side of a glass window of ingredients. Pizzas have always come out great for me; I usually make my own but their pre-made configurations are also generally good suggestions as well. Also, they have a limited but good selection of beer, which makes for an even better pizza experience. :-D
