We enjoyed our cauliflower crust, veggie pizza and Custom, three cheese sauce and sausage pizza so much we did not have the opportunity to take a picture of it. Good thing we have our gooey cheesy garlic bread to enjoy later.

The pizzas were delicious. All of the topics had great flavor and the combinations you can make are endless. They have several crust options too, like cauliflower, thick, thin and whole wheat. The drink varieties are great as well. The staff could do a better job cleaning the prep line and cooking area. It was also a little annoying that one staff person drained all the tea 20 minutes before they closed and that was what I was drinking :(. But overall, the food was great.

Store is usually understaffed and service is slow. There are never employees at each station; one person is trying to run the entire line. Pieology cannot get their crust correct. There have been several changes and it is not good. The most important thing about pizza is the crust.

Every time I go they’re always so polite, friendly and helpful. Im generally a somewhat picky eater and like things done a certain way...they never give me a hard time or make it be an issue that I have special requests. the quality of the food is phenomenal as well!

I placed an online order I arrived at the time frame stated the pizza was ready, employee Samuel put a rush on the pizzas making them in a timely manner as well as neatly as possible while providing top tier service I both enjoyed my pizza and service

First and foremost the girl red hair girl (I didn’t see a name tag) sliding the dough through some contraption that makes oval pizzas and working the sauce and cheese station was really rude and had an attitude for no reason at all. She asked what kind of sauce I wanted I replied easy sauce she put the thinnest layer possible and I simply said can I have a little more please and she just looked genuinely bothered. A gain with the thinnest spread possible at this point I didn’t feel like going tjtouhh it again so I just let it go.Then when it came time to asking me about cheese I simply said mozzarella please and I tried to lighten up the air by just saying mozzarella is fine and she got an attitude again. I had just gotten off of work and honestly after dealing with customers all day the last thing I want to deal with is an attitude from an employee. I work service so I treat people with common respect. I had no attitude and I didn’t even get upset. Now today I’m eating this incredibly dry pizza that I would have asked for more sauce but I didn’t want to inconvenience the employee. Then after all of this I go to pay and this store doesn’t take Apple Pay?!! The other locations do so I’m not sure of the issue. All in all just go to another pieology. I prefer the one on main and Escondido.

Great pizzas! Been there twice because the first time we were so impressed. The manager is a super cool guy. The service was great! Be sure to grab lots of napkins. Cant wait for the next time!Update: This place has not lost the greatness! Theyve been open for more than a year now, and theyre still doing their best to impress! Highly recommend Pieology to anyone in the need for a make your own pizza! Great experiences! Try out the app!

It was my husband’s and I first time at pieology and Samuel provided an excellent experience! Samuel was kind, helpful and knowledgeable! It is rare that you come across someone that takes pride in their job and Samuel really did. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will be back!
