Me and my bf were in for his work and when he got back we wanted Pizza so we went here, looking forward to the customized pizzas. We entered and the place only had 3 customers in line and the place wasnt busy. 2 employees were behind the counter and when it was our turn, this lady was EXTREMELY rude. She rudely asked my bf what he wanted and if is that it? And I was right next to him and was very much not acknowledged until my bf mentioned I also wanted one. Not even the worst part it just gets worse. She was rushing us by asking rudely if there was anything else and laughed at my bf for ASKING A QUESTION about sauces. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. When my bf was paying and didnt tip her cuz of her rude service, she went back to get the ranch cup he ordered and my bf heard her say stupid @ss kid. Im sorry but thats very unacceptable and I will not go back. It was supposed to be a day for a chill after lunch meal not from being attacked. Not gonna mention names.

To start with I love Pieology and their pizza and I love in most cases their customer service but today I must say I will no longer eat at the morgan hill Pieology pizzeria on CochranI took my daughter there for lunch today, and the young man behind the counter, didn’t say a word when it was my time to order, but he gave me a death stare, which I assumed he was waiting for me to order so I did, and he continued to give me the stare down so I assumed again that he was waiting for my daughter to order so she ordered and you continue to stare us down as if he was very angry at us very uncomfortable situation. He wasn’t wearing any gloves, he turns around he walks through the doorway and out of sight in about five minutes later walks back with two pieces of dough in his hand, it look like he just peeled off the floor. I don’t know then he just kept looking over at us with this like angry stare never said a word, but you could tell that he was not happy about where he wasMaking everybody around him very uncomfortable, and unhappy to be there so at this point, not trusting in what he might’ve done behind that doorway with that dough he could have spit on, it, threw it on the floor who knows but I wasn’t going to eat that food after that so my daughter and I turned around and walked out and on the way I suggested to that young man that he find another job that’s more suited to him like mopping floors, where he doesn’t have to deal with customer service. It is not in the best interest of Pieology to put people at the counter to deal with customers and treat them this way. I will never go back there, terrible terrible customer service if I was the manager or owner of Pieology this particular one I would look at the date of this review go back and look at the time cards to see who worked and it’s a young man probably in his maybe late teens or early20s at best working with a young lady Now she on the other hand had a very good customer service attitude although we did not work with her she was working with the customer in front of us anyway never going back there again

Went in on a Saturday evening, place pretty much empty. Stood in line for 25 mins, only 1 couple ahead of me in the line. 2 employees were working on couple of online orders, so slow!! After 25 mins, they didn’t even take my order. i got frustrated and walked out.

Awesome stop for a quick easy dinner for the family. They just got a new produce supplier and made the pizzas even better.Update: Still coming here! They got a new girl named Sara. She is fantastic. 10/10 😀👍

The dining room was closed, but we were able to eat outside, so thats a plus. The workers were very friendly and put a ton of toppings on the pizzas, so I cant complain about that ;) I do think that they are the best of the fast fire pizza places.

I was a really good customer, I use to come every weekend until today 1/15/2023. I order 3 pizzas to dine-in. On one of my pizzas there was a long black hair of one of the girls that made the pizza. The place is very dirty and they do not have a good customer service, when I told them there was a hair one of them didnt believe me, she thought it was mine but my hair is purple. I told her I didnt want the pizzas anymore, and wanted a refund, they didnt want to do it, but had no choice. The restrooms were already close when we got there and it was 7:20pm when the restaurant closes at 11pm. I do not recommend this place.

Food was great. Service was great as well. Ingredients were fresh. One of the workers went out of their way to make a happy face pizza for my son.

Like other Pieology locations, the food is solid. However, the service deserves a special call-out here. Polite, courteous, responsive, and quick. These folks were on it.

What the heck happened…the quality/consistency is gone! Things have definitely changed in my last few visits. Staff doesn’t seem to care what they serve…burnt on one side, raw on the other, no training!….so sorry this eatery has gone down hill fast. 😩

Bought 5 pizzas Labor day evening. The manager abandoned the only other worker while a large crowd came through. While trying to do everything, this one worked burned the bottom of one of the pizzas I ordered. When asking for some simple compensation for the burned pizza the manager said we had already eaten some of it so they wont do anything to make it up. Yeah. We only realized it was burnt after we ate some of it. Good job demeaning a customer, Morgan Hill Pieology manager, and guess you missed class when learning the #1 way to loose a customer and any future business.
