Ive been going to this place about once a week for the last year or so and have had mostly great service and great pizza, until today. The guy was new, so I was being patient with how slow he moved. I get it, weve all been there. When I finally got the 2 pizzas, I noticed they were shaped weird and being a cauliflower crust, theyre already pre-made and round, which really made it stand out. Thats when I realized he cut the burnt crust off the pizza. It still tasted good, but I bought 2 pizzas for $38, so I expected whole pizzas. This is the only time this place has disappointed, so I dont hold the whole restaurant responsible, but they may want to retrain the guy or find someone else. My daughter ate a slice before I could get a picture of her pepperoni pizza, but its still clear in the picture it was cut at the crust.

Ordered 3 pizzas for deliveryThey are sad pizzas for the price. The sad pepperoni pizza with mushrooms is a joke. There are hardly any ingredients on it. The sausage pizza is sad too as is the vegan pizza I ordered. The pizza is overdone, and artichoke hearts? I have 2 leaves thats it. A sprinkle of mushrooms. I would never ever ever recommend this place to anyone.

Well, things changed, and so I had to change my review. Something just not clicking, pizza, not what it used to be. Let me not be vague. I ordered Artichoke on my pizza. I got 2 pieces, such little cheese on the pizza, honestly thought they forgot it. If you are ordering the pizza, you should be able to see the person and not have them looking through their hair. I understand the new metal tray to keep the toppings the correct temp. But now you cant see how they are making it or ask for extra. If I am asking for extra, I dont mind paying for it. I just want a specific amount. Oh, also, please keep an eye on your item. You returned clearing the table, we put our trays back and returned the metal part, and it was stated so high they fell over. This used to be hopping. Now, it might be a hop over.

When it’s good it’s GOOD. When it’s bad, it’s bad. When the pizzas are cooked correctly, they are FIRE but often times they are undercooked and the dough is raw and soggy in the middle. Check your pizza before you leave and be prepared to wait for it to be right and you will be ok. Customer service has gone downhill but they get the job done, I guess lol

So let me tell you I want to give a shout out to these two wonderful people working the evening shift 7/6 we came in and ordered when we sat down waiting for our food 3 pizzas. My youngest started getting upset and kinda crying I was like thrown back I was like what wrong she said she felt a little rushed making her pizza and didnt get to put all the stuff she wanted.. long story short I asked if I could just get some of the veggies on the side and the one of the young ladies was like no we will just remake it for her and even as the line grew she made sure my child felt as comfortable as possible making her pizza!!! I will definitely come back here for pizza night!!! Thank you again guys you were amazing!

Came in on 9/12 around 9pm and the customer service was awful. Starting with the area they make the pizza, it was dirty and looked like a mess. The girl making the food was rude and made my pizza very messy. Almost dropped it twice. The attitude both ladies had were awful. These places need to stop letting teenagers close the restaurant. They don’t care about your business and don’t care about how they present themselves. This place has been on the downside for a while, but you can tell not even the owner knows how to run a business.

First time here and the customer service was on point. The Pieoligist was happy to help me understand how things work and also kind enough to allow me time to download the rewards app. I order the cauliflower crust it is YUMMY!!! As you might imagine, we ordered a couple of pizzas. They were delivered to us fairly quick and they tasted as a pizza (pepperoni and meat special or something like that) is supposed to taste, but nothing magic.The place looked isolated, though.

A year ago I rated this place five stars. And it breaks my heart that I have to change it to one star. Im here on this Sunday night, its super slow the dining area is a complete mess. Theres nobody in line for orders yet theres not a single person out here cleaning, taking out the trash, etc. I watched a young woman behind the counter refill the food bins and instead of doing it properly by putting a new food bin in and putting the old product on top, she is putting new food on old food. Now Im starting to understand why I always have a little bit of a stomach ache the day after eating this pizza. There have been a lot of staffing changes from what I can tell over the last year. And during that time the standards have fallen considerably. Ive worked in food service so I know how much detail and attention needs to be paid to these things. Somebody please get this crew together and get them back on track. If you need help let me know and Id be happy to do so. I would like to add that the staff is super friendly and super courteous. From what I could tell the supervisor or manager on duty was the guy in a ponytail because he was the one directing people to do certain things. Ponytail, guy direct somebody to clean up your dining area..... thats the first impression people have of your establishment when they walk in.

Similar to Mod Pizza, but Terrible attitude by the girl in charge. Very condescending and not at all friendly service. Nickeled and dimed for every concession, and did not record what I asked for, although the pizza was good, in the end. Will not return to this franchise.
