My brother took to me to my first visit to pieology and I absolutely loved it. The pizza I got was so delicious, I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was plenty of toppings. The store was super busy with people in line and the employees gave excellent customer service.

So Ive only been to this place twice. I would give my first visit 4 stars and my second visit 2 stars. First visit we had a couple of really great pies/pizzas; second visit, not nearly as good.Ive included pics of our first two pies. They were great. Was two gals that put them together. We ordered the thin crust.Really loved them. The only real issue I had was with the assembly area looking unsanitary.Second visit I ordered takeout of the the Veggie Pesto pizza on ta think crust. It was assembled by two guys.Yikes! The crust wasnt nearly as thin, it was overcooked, AND THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE PESTO SAUCE ON. Also no paper under the pizza like the first order. Big disappointment. They can be thankful I didnt take a pic of it.Oh to be fair, the gal asked me if it looked OK (I suspect maybe she thought it didnt). Me without glasses and practically blind in one eye due to cataract said yeah. When I got it home my wife chastised me and showed me how deficient it was. All I had to do is look at the pics of the first two we got to realize how right she was.

Had a lovely pizza outside today. You can never go wrong with Pieology... Especially when you are building your own. A wide variety of toppings, super fast... Friendly wirkers...And very reasonably priced.

Excellent service! Our pizzas were made with love and they did not skimp on the toppings! The manager was also extremely friendly and professional, ensuring we had just what we needed and informing us she was available as needed. Also always appreciate when places have a CocaCola freestyle machine, just another small perk! This place is definitely top tier as compared to Blaze Pizza (another spot where you can customize your pizza). Will absolutely return again!

I must have bad luck with pizza or something because this is the second time our food has been delivered undercooked, oblong and burnt just on the edges. The cut job is a hack job. No slice is the same or even close to resembling a slice of pizza. Shame on you guys for no quality control and charging this much for turning out slop. These, “being pies from your store,” use to be good, your entire staff and management ruined them because of one simple thing.. you simply have no pride in your work. Congratulations, you found a way to mess up one of the simplest tasks in the food industry. I speak from years of my own experience. All it takes is one person to say, hey that doesn’t look right.. you could have delivered what your customers expect. Not what they fear!

THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS. The servers are all around 16-19 so they are a bit shy. However, the vibe of the whole place feels a little bare bones, I just don’t get cozy pizza place vibes. BUT, the food makes up for it bc it’s really good.

I’ve only been to this location a few times… I personally prefer any other location. The ingredients counter is always messy & disorganized here & the service is always pretty iffy. My pizza was completely black on the bottom last time from what I assume to be a dirty oven (pizza wasn’t burnt but covered in an ash like substance on the bottom). The girl making my food wasn’t very attentive & I felt rushed even though the place was completely empty... I guess the plus side is that you never have to wait at this location bc it’s never very busy (at least when I’ve been there). Personally just going to go to other locations from here on out… 🤷🏻‍♀️

Take out. Walked into an empty restaurant. Employee walked out from the back and out the door saying nothing, and another walked out from the back and through another door saying nothing. Finally, another employee came out and made pizza, putting very limited ingredients on pizzas. I asked for more, but the the amounts were still very skimpy. Pizzas seemed underdone, and served in box with no paper underneath. I cant imagine how this place stays in business.

It took about 15 minutes just to be helped, and we were the only people in line. There was one person behind the counter, and she completely ignored us until she finally came to take our orders. No, Ill be right with you. No, Im sorry for the wait. On the other hand, the pizza was fantastic and the store was nice and clean.

Best gluten free pizza in Fresno! Its amazing👏👏👏🥰😋😋😋 Custom pizza, with various ingredients, you can choose the crust (tradicional, gluten free and cauliflower), the cheese, sauce, vegetables such as pineapple, bell pepper, olives, jalapeno, banana pepper, onion, mushrooms, etc ... and protein (chicken, spicy chicken, meatballs or salamis). bbq sauces, olive oil, ranch. A multitude of choices! The cookies are delicious. The service is great! The place is clean. The price is good. Lunchtime is a perfect time to eat there. 😆👍
