Pieology Pizzeria, Folsom in Folsom

What happened to this place. There was practically no one there and got the sloppiest pizza made, tables were dirty, worst experience at a restaurant I’ve had in a long time.

I love Pieology but this location is so cheap. Every time I come here they get cheaper and cheaper with their ingredients. Today I had about a 3 inch ring of crust around the pizza because they only put a tiny bit in the middle. They try to make the pizza look big by giving you a lot of crust, but no Ingredients/ toppings. The last time I was here I just chalked it up to a new worker but now it’s every single time they get worse and worse. I have gone to other locations and don’t have this issue. I would not recommend coming here especially if you like Pieology.a

I brought some work friends here for lunch because one of them recommended the place. The customer service was perfect and so was the pizza. The BBQ chicken with jalapeños had the perfect amount of spice. I love looking forward to leftovers.

Only 2 people working. Pizza sloppily made and was burnt on top and bottom. 2nd time we have gone to the Folsom location and as much as we enjoy Pieology, we will never go to this location again.

First time at a Pieology. I would have to say I like the crust options and the drink selection. I only saw one sauce but there were many cheeses to selet from. I was given a number for my table and they brought the pizza out to me when it was ready. The pizza was delicious.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I had to share because I came home soooo hungry. I dont know what happened, but this place has gotten ridiculous stingy on their toppings. I would be really embarrassed to work here. The place was empty on a Friday at 6pm. I was surprised at first, but now I know why. I guess they dont really care if they lose customers. And funny thing is, they respond back to all comments including negative ones to say they will improve, but I think its actually gotten worse! Dont go here unless you want to be disappointed and you want to go home hungry!

I spent $20 for chewy hard cardboard. My pizza was cold even though I was online and inedible. I ended up getting pizza at the Logoff brewery where I was meeting friends. Way better and only 4min down the road.

++ edit 2023/09/10 ++just saw the restaurant response.. to clarify, the service i received from the employees was great (5 stars), gave good tip$. my point where i cringed is that it is obvious that MANAGEMENT tells them to cut back heavily on the toppings. no need to train them on service, they are fine on that dept. where i see improvements is the practice of cutting back; just raise the prices but dont cut on the product..-----quality decent, but overall the food toppings get cut back worse and worse every time we visit. even during covid good amount of toppings. now very skimpy, and i cringe when i see the employees making the pizzas. not their fault bc you can tell they are VERY conscious noticeably adding toppings. when Rockin Fire was around next to Walmart, it was great.. but now only pie-ology for custom pizzas in this area.

This pizza has restructured my existence to the point that I cannot live without having it once a week with every topping available. Thats the ideal way to eat this pizza. Free unlimited toppings. Great service and good ambience. Love the pizza oven and seeing it cook the pizza from a distance.

Absolutely divine. Without exception, the best pizza Ive ever had. The crust (the rising one) was crispy and fluffy in all the right places, with extra sauce to my tastes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering they were working on Christmas Eve, I commend them for even normal customer service, but they were stellar and we shared quite a few laughs as it was my first time at their restaurant.
