This was my favorite pizza place….. but lately I’ve been very disappointed. I noticed they got a new dough roller that I think is the problem. My pizza was given to me with raw dough..super gooey. I was told that it was because it was a fresh batch of dough and that tends to happen but I don’t think that’s the issue. Staff was nice and offered to make us a new pizza. Was remade and was given the smallest pizza ever!! Not with the same toppings as the first. Don’t know if I did anything to upset them. Oh and it was still raw But I was so hungry I decided to eat it anyways. I love this pizza place but sadly I don’t think I will be visiting the Visalia location again.Update September 10thWent to go give it another try in hopes that the employees just had to get used to their new branding…not the case. The pizza for one was soggy and everything came right off as I lifted it to eat it. There was a hair in it as well which I tried to disregard but after all the topping falling off I did just ask for a refund and made my way out. I also noticed that the location is not busy anymore during dinner rush hours like it used to be so it must mean I’m not the only one disappointed with the pizza:(

The fire-oven pizzas were tasty. We had the mushriom truffle, calabrese chef signsture pizza, and the mega meat pizza. The pizzas are eleven inches, so they are modtly meant to be for one person. They delivered to my house in a timely manner.

Ive been to a lot of Pieology locations and the Visalia location has been the best so far. Service is usually very good in Visalia compared to some others that have not been very good at all.

Pieology has a great atmosphere. It has a kid friendly environment but is also ideal for a low-key date. $8.49 for a thin crust and $9.49 for thick, with this you can put anything you want on there at no additional cost. Clean restrooms and dinning area. A great pizza experience!

Review for Visalia Pieology I used to love Pieology but my last two experiences have not been good.. my daughter picked up the pizzas and when i seen my pizza it hardly had any cheese on it. My daughter said they did put cheese on it, but it must be very cheap or fake cheese. The standard has dropped so much.. what a waste. The workers are friendly but the pizza is not the same delicious pizza. Im disappointed

My hubby and I are obsessed with the cauliflower crust. It’s amazing! It works for our keto, gluten free diet needs. The employees in there are SUPER kind and nice and very patient and always friendly. This is a friendly, happy family place to eat and enjoy yourselves. Highly recommend, and definitely encourage trying the cauliflower crust. (I halfway ate my pizza before I remembered to take a pic. )

I loved how this gave me healthy options while Im on a Keto diet. The cauliflower crust was delicious. Instead of mariana sauce I used butter & herbs with olive oil as my base, no cheese and loaded up on the veggies, chicken, pineapple and choose their plant based protein sausage as well. My pizza was very good. I ate all of it. I will definitely be back when Im cracing pizza.

Pieology pizzeria, think of subway but with pizza. Its affordable if you got spare change in your pocket and great customer service. Oh did i mention that the ranch is free? They make it themselfs, i suggest the thick crust pizza if you come here first time, it gives of a unique crunch and will not be hidden by your toppings flavors you picked out. Its fresh food with a great atmosphere around you. Soft music, a flat screen 4k out for all with the sports channel on and a crew out n about cleaning so theres no mess around you. Now 4/5 stars is because my crust was thick and took 20 mins to get And im inpatient. But other then that great experiance.

For our first time visiting this place, we were very hungry and couldnt wait to grab a fulfilling lunch. Pieology Pizzeria was a very filling pizzeria. I thought Thin Crust couldnt get any better until they proved me wrong and made it even more scrumptious. We had ordered a base signature pizza. 2 Combo Pizzas and 1 Hawaiian Pizza. After building our base we were allowed to add any topic we wanted, for no charge. Didnt take long for the pizza to be made. The pizza was very delicious and if I could I would eat 2 but I digress. The pomegranate lemonade was very delicious as well as all the other drinks in the soda machine. Theres a special coca cola drink just for around this time of the year as the Olympics are starting to pick up. Each drink with unique flavors where each of the drinks have been made and likened by the athletes as there own personal favorite. When you step into Pieology Pizzeria you can choose to either dine-in comfortably or enjoy the outdoors under a lovely shade enjoy a nice slice of pizza freshly off the oven with many flavors awaiting to explored by your mouth. I highly recommend them, I will say it is a little pricey for the size of the pizza however I shall definitely come back to try all their unique pizzas and flavors.

The pizzas are great. They make them exactly the way you want with as much ingredients or as little as you want and you get to watch and direct how it goes down. You pick the bread, sauce, veggies, and meat. Then you tell them how much of each. From there it goes into an oven and a few short minutes later it’s done. The pizza is a little on the small side though. Probably about a regular medium. It feeds 2 but I wouldn’t really want to share beyond that. But for the price it’s well worth it. This is my New favorite pizza place. Thanks guys and girls who work there.

At the last minute (as in when a half-dozen or so of us were already at Mountain Mikes) some bumblehead in our Tuesday evening dinner group switched this weeks get together from Mountain Mikes to Pieology. Gawd, what a gruesome experience!Glum service, barely visible toppings, WAAAAY overpriced.($34.95 for two pizzas and one soft drink.)Very noisy atmosphere--not happy noise--just raised voices and clattering. Sounds that you hear in a disaster movie by people trying to escape.Does anyone over 20 work in this place? Just a really amateurish attempt to create a kewl pizza venue. Neighbours tell me that theres a lot of staff turn over.Maybe all the noise was from that--the staff turning over!

Sometimes I get someone rude, but most of the times the people who have been there a long time, have great customer service skills. I love the cauliflower crust pizza! Having celiac makes it really hard to eat out! Pieology does a great job at helping eliminate cross contamination. I use fresh sauce from the squeeze bottle and they offer to get the cheese and pepperoni fresh, from the fridge below. They typically tell me that I can still have as many toppings as I want and they don’t mind grabbing each topping from below. But I know it’s already difficult enough, I appreciate them showing as much patience as possible!

I had a great experience again. I dont come here a lot, maybe 5 times a year. However I have had a great experience every time. I like the menu updates as well. This time around I noticed lots of crust options. I was talked into the Califlour Crust, and it was totally worth it! Thin almost pita like crust, with the moist toppings in the center, crispy pepperoni on top made my pizza delicious. Now, if they would just bring the sunflower seeds back! I was at about $15 for my meal, so not too bad considering that for an extra $3 for a drink, I could have shared with someone. $9 per meal per person is pretty reasonable nowadays.

Not impressed….Ordered 3 pizzas on 9/18/21 @4:41 to be delivered. When we received they were pretty much cold. The cheese was already chewy. Might be a delivery issue. I think the pizzas were sitting around waiting for the delivery guy to take them or he just had too many stops.

Yummy! This place is absolutely delicious! And when you buy pizza you get pizza points on your app and that goes twords free pizza and such😁 The service was fast and friendly and attentive. The only thing I would say they gotta work on is making sure the bathrooms stay clean, we could smell them when getting our drinks and that was slightly unappetizing. If you want a little more or little less of certain toppings, just ask! Youll pay a little more for specialty crust. But the employees are very nice and are careful to customize your order to any food allergy you might have. The topper for me was the lemonade they have available thats made with an alternative sweetener (I want to say its agave, but I could be wrong on that) that tastes really good! The only down fall was of course out of all the tables to choose from I would pick the table that was dirty. Even the floor under it was dirty. But other than that this place was quite nice. Very poor experience from one of the managers, Glenda M. Sorry to say that some of the employees, actually seemed to care, but if they start to lead by example, this place will go downhill quickly. Good thing some of their employees can still think on their own and actually helped save thier sale customers service industries should service the customers, not just hit or miss per transaction. After today, Im sticking to Blaze pizza unless they correct their way of thinking. Ive been in the restaurant industry longer than their manager has been alive. Customer service is key and so is having good product.

I tried Pieology to compare it to Blaze Pizza. The pizza was good, although Blaze has a few more options. The reason I gave one star was because the place was dirty, nothing was wiped down, the lemons wedges for the drinks looked liked someone had sucked on all of them and to top it off, a few of the employees acted as though they hated their job. Not a smile, not a thank you, nothing. Very disappointing.

The salad portions are pathetic.You can get a better salad and larger portion for almost half the price at a drive thru. Love the brick oven, but place is quite dirty and expensive for what you get. Food on floor and smeared on employees clothes. With so many employees behind the counter (too many), seems they could spare one to clean the eating area. PieRise is the only crust worth eating ($1.50 more than their crappy thin crust). They are EXTREMELY stingy with toppings. The idea behind Pieology is the most custom pizza possible, but begging for an appropriate amount of toppings makes the experience unpleasant...which, ultimately, makes them the same as, if not inferior to, some other places (M&E, etc).

What happened to pieology? I went to pieology two days ago and my pizza was unappetizing. I couldnt even finish it. The artisan crush is super thin and crusty. Of course this is the one that you dont have to pay extra for, so if you want a better crust youll have to pay extra. Also, Pieology is charging 80 cents for ranch, which is fine, but the ranch is not flavorful whatsoever.

As a rule I dont like pizza, gives me a bad case of heartburn,but Pieology makes your pie with your input crust,sauce, toppingsso good and very reasonably priced,so my advice to you is take the family out to Pieology in Visalia,you wont be disappointed
