Hit and miss. Last weekend, I got a pizza, and it was pretty good. Ate it all. They forgot my ranch.I paid a dollar for but good pizza. Tonight, I went back for the same pizza, and they burnt it. Was hungry so my husband and I each ate 2 pieces to fill the void had to choke it down. Its so irritating.

I wanna cry at this point. My day has been awful. I decided to treat myself to some pizza. It’s alittle pricy but i thought “Hey, I deserve it!”….burn to a damm crisp.. I got all the way back to work and don’t have the time to take it back and still be able to eat somthing. Ruined my day…

Nice restaurant. Very clean. Great pizza. Fresh ingredients, choose your toppings to make the pizza you want. They were cooked just right and they were delicious. I would definitely go back.

Very tasty and its so nice that you can build your own pizza with unlimited toppings. You can also choose thick or thin crust, although you must pay 1 dollar extra for the thick. I recommend the thick because it is more flavorful and you may even get full faster and that way, take some home for a second meal.

She is always very nice and always helps resolve any issues Ive had.They have the fountain drink machine with many options and where you can add flavors like vanilla, cherry, orange, raspberry into your soft drink.Bonus for having Coke ZERO 😋

I got cauliflower crust and husband got regular bread. Both were delicious and price was not ridiculous for a fresh made, hand- picked topping - pizza. Pizza is even baked in front of you and the time was relatively short. Military discount offered. I will be going back.

My family and I love coming here. My kiddo has dietary restrictions and we are all able to enjoy a meal as a family event with our various dietary needs. I love the various fruity drinks and the coke machine that lets you choose from hundreds of options of drinks and my kiddo loves the Marinelli apple juice.

Their pizza is amazing. You can customize any pizza to exactly what you’re craving, never disappoints. I personally love their Buffalo chicken, it’s just the right amount of spice on its own but if you like it a little spicier their Buffalo sauce is amazing. You truly can never go wrong with their ranch though. I’m not usually a ranch girl but theirs is the best.

I used to really like this place but Ill admit I havent been impressed the last few times weve been there but my husband said they were better last time he went. My husband picked up a mad to meet you and a margarita pizza for my son and me tonight. It was the worst pizza Ive ever had in my life. My 10 year old son even said his school pizza was better and he said its not that good either. The mad to meet you looked like sliced Pupperoni and Fresh pet sausage. It tasted like I imagined dog food would also. The Margarita pizza only had cheese on half the pizza and only a couple sprigs of basil on two slices of the entire pizza. The bottoms of both were burned black. Dont waist your hard earned money here like we did there are sooo many better choices up here if you want decent pizza. Ill try to upload a photo if I can.

Got 2 pizzas, one was fine, and looked normal. The other was burnt, was missing bell peppers for a topping, and only had toppings on one half of the pizza. Really disappointed because I liked this pieology. The last two times i’ve ordered from there the food has been bad.

I was anticipating a 15 pizza but received a 12 pizza box containing a 9 pizza, we had frozen burritos with our dinner. Weve always used Dominos in the past and felt it was adequate but thought we would try something different. As adequate is better than disappointing, were returning to Dominos.

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISKWell we finally decided to try this out. Well didnt go so well being our first time and telling them that you would think there would be a lil more of explaining how it works there. So we started I guess with ordering salad which was wilted and no dressing was put on it. Then got ooey goey bread and my wife literally not exaggerating bit into a hair ball baked into bread. Then we get to register and try and use these coupon things and apparently we couldnt use them the way we where told we could. So we call and as soon as we do the manager says she knows that we were unhappy that her workers told her so they knew but still allowed us to leave. We are returning for full refund after we spoke to manager but we should of known something was up when we got there it was dirty inside. So in my opinion this is not somewhere id return.

I received a lesson on pie making today. I tried to make homemade pizza out of rye bread dough, but it was a disaster. Leave it to the professionals for fresh delicious pizza. They explained fresh dough takes 12 hours to rise to perfection. But still, when I want that fresh custom made pizza the way I like it, Im coming here. Please tip generously, the effort that goes into creating a special pie is a tip well earned.

I love the fact that you can create your own pizza with as many toppings as you like without having to pay extra. I also love their salads. Its the same concept as their pizza, all the toppings you want on your salad as well. Thats the go to place if youre craving a one of a kind pizza or fresh salad. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I have to say this location has gone down hill. The food quality and customer service is terrible. I placed a pick up order through their app and I was given a pick up time, the pizzas were given to me 18 minutes passed the time given. I showed up 4 minutes early to let them know Im there, I want to eat a hot pizza. 18 minutes passed my given time he calls my name and pulls my pizzas out from underneath the toppings area, not from the open flame cooking area. Store is not busy, why did my pizzas sit while I waited?? This used to be my favorite pizza place in the High Desert and it is so frustrating to experience this and this isnt the first time, its getting worse. We ate cold pizzas and one pizza was barley cooked, one was burnt and the other hardly had any toppings. I dont know what happened to the quality of your pizzas and customer service but its terrible and I no longer want to support that type of service in our community. Such a bummer.

This is by far the best pizza chain in the high desert area. If I crave a pizza made the way I want it and also have the ability to watch it being prepared, I wont go anywhere else. The ingredients are fresh, and the employees are happy, smiling and invitive at every store I go to. I enjoy my food so much more knowing that. I would give this place a 5 star review but they charge for things they didnt use to. Side dressings like ranch and pesto sauce which come in a tiny container and have always been free are now almost a dollar and its only about a tablespoons worth. I come here often and have a pretty enjoyable experience. I’ve noticed through several visits that my experience is better when Mia is working. Mia seems to always be in a good mood and always makes me feel welcome with warm and inviting small talk. I’ve also noticed that Mia seems to always be on a task. When other employees are talking she takes the initiative to clean tables or refill napkins/straws/lids, etc. Mia provides quality service. Pieology make quality pizzas.

I love Pielogy however theres a young lady working there who Who does not like her job a little short in height and short in patienceI told her I was vegan and could she pleased change her gloves, They got worse from that on. Cheesy through all kind of stuff on my pizza and and put it inside the oven and burnt it cauliflower crust, vegetables no sauce, non dairy cheese, dont need to be in the oven long. 5 star pizza. 11.5 crust with unlimited toppings for $8.45. Theyll make sure your happy, you just have to tell them what you want. Drinks are $1.95. Staff is always friendly and they keep the air conditioning nice and cold. Coke products and Gold Peak Tea served here.

The options were amazing - 3 types of crust treatment (butter, olive oil or garlic olive oil), at least 3 different types of crust, about 6 different types of meat, every veggie you ever wanted on a pizza, and at least 5 cheese and sauce options.If you cant find what you want on a pizza here, you have really unusual taste buds.

Did not have mushrooms as they have since opening. Soda machine had three positions out of order and a note asking us to conserve ice. Ice machine was down last time we visited, no notice that ice was not available, and they did not hesitate to sell us the cups. It was a hot August day, and the soda was really warm. Upon confronting them they did refund the money. Management needs to be improved, if we encounter problems in the public areas you have to wonder what we cant see. Disappointed in the decline. Pizzas are great!

This is my go to pizza spot because the one in Victorville has horrible service. Today I experience that same experience here with “Jmoney” well at least that’s what her name tag said. From the beginning she looked like she didn’t want to be there made the pizza crust horrible half of it was a circle the other half was no where near a circle. I asked her to remake 2 of the 5 pizzas I got and she was so upset about it. I asked for a little bit of salt and she puts half the bowl on my pizza cart sad when I have to leave a review cause of someone’s bad attitude and service. If you don’t want to be at work stay at home.

This is the second time I have been to this location and I guess the bad service I got the first time wasnt a fluke! My husband and I arrived there a little over half an hour before they closed and even though there was only one family ahead of us already being assisted it took about 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge us! There were plenty of employees but they were more concerned with doing other things I am assuming so they could hurry up and go home. Finally, after making my pizza, I asked the girl to have my pizza well done. She said okay but never told the person at the over so of course my pizza came out under cooked.As we, were sitting there along with some other customers one of the other girls started cleaning the wall right above some customers. I watched as she flinged her rag practically over the other customers food just thankful it want over mine! It still want quite closing time but they started removing all the tea which my husband happened to be drinking. He said something to the lady who simply said oh sorry but never offered to get him some tea from the back.I gave them a second change but definitely wont be giving them a third!

Pizza was ok, not great at all. We ordered a salad to go along with the pizza, asked for cucumbers. The person making it grabbed in the bucket and pulled out soggy, rotten cucumbers. They were at least smart enough not to put them on the salad. They went in the back and said there were no more cucumbers. Oh well we moved on down the line. Got everything else. Went to put ranch dressing on the salad and it was kinda yellow and smelled a lot like vinegar. My wife looked at it and said it was bad. We had two small cups of dressing. The first one looked bad for sure. The second cup looked and smelled like store bought dressing. They gave us more dressing. I was definitely unimpressed with the salad. The pizza was at least edible. Not real great but edible. I dont think I will be giving Pieology a second chance.

It was really bad experience. When we reach in store there was a lady in front of us ordering pizza. AT that time one of the employee was sweeping the floor and same employee start taking the order without changing the gloves. He touched the all toppings and dough with the same gloves he was sweeping . This way he contaminated all the food with germs on the gloves. Thats so dirty I have ever seen in my whole life. Then we decided not to come on this location ever again and returned without ordering. They are serving the food with germs on it . Specifically in this pandemic they should be extra precautionary rather than be negligible. I dont know did they do this every day,,but I want all of the community to keep an eye on them, so they cant get infected by their negligence.

My first time eating at pieology was in Apple Valley with a group of ladies and I thought it was great. Love the super thin crust and all the different sauces and toppings. Enjoyed coming to this Piology for the first time, the girls and Israel had great customer service skills, BUT DANIEL. The one making your crust gave us attitude through all FIVE pizzas we got. He wouldnt even look up when asking what crust you would like, he made my mom feel uncomfortable for a first time. He was just arrogant and rude!!!!! He really needs more training, or to simply get a job he enjoys because this one is not it.

All the people who work here are very rude. Besides the fact that they ignore you while they finish up their conversations we have workers taking selfies by the oven. This place can get busy fast! But the service is excellent and so is the food! Yes, you can go to a high-end brick oven pizzeria and you would say pieology doesnt compare..but for a chain restaurant they are 2nd to NONE! Very delicious! Again excellent service here as well..Thanks Justin!

Not satisfied at all with this place, tried it out for the first time, Ordered a build a pie to dine in, but in a to go box ...,Thick crust, garlic herb butter, with what they call red sause, mozzarella cheese, spinach, basile, minced garlic, mushrooms, pepperoni & sausage ...Went to the restroom to wash hands, from the time I put in my order, to the time I came out the restroom was lest than 5 mins, & my pizza was on my table already,Opened it up & my mushrooms & spinach werent cooked at all, plus took a few bites into the first slice, it was cold & it was a bit doughy ...Never again will I try it this place...#BLAZEPIZZAFORLIFE
