Service and attention was great! Havent been here in a while, but it looks like they have folks who care about the place and want it to do well. Great build your own pizza joint with sun dried tomatoes (one of our favorites). Great bang for your buck!They have various deals on weekdays for a family

Tonight was my first time ever visiting and I was extremely impressed with how attentive and friendly the staff was and they far exceeded my expectations honestly, the customer service was definitely on point. Jonathan, Kamora, and Darr were extremely friendly and made my experience that much more memorable. I hope they all get a raise for such a wonderful job they did. The toppings were full and stocked and I was able to see everything which made building my pizza that much more enjoyable. I loved the variety. The environment was clean and homie and I’ll definitely be back to visit since my pizza turned out delicious to say the least.

I have celiac and they were super understanding and had good methods to isolate my pizza from other wheat pizzas. Also fost pizza place Ive been to that doesnt charge per ingredient. So I loaded that baby up. Food came out super fast maybe 5 minutes. I ate the whole thing cause it was delicious and I couldnt stop myself!!!

Pizza is very tasty but everything else needs improvement. I frequent this location but the service is too slow, the restroom and dining area isnt always clean, and the A/C breaks down a lot. In fact, I got sick a day when it was really hot in the restaurant from what I believe was the ingredients not being able to be properly refrigerated. You would think things would improve after increasing menu prices but not the case, its too bad, its a good business model but the operations needs attention.

Solid spot with an amazing staff, nothing real new here except great customer service. I got a thiccccc pepperoni. For me thats what kept thos from 5 stars, the ingredients. The pepperoni wasnt the best and considering that pepperoni is the BasicB!+ch pizza the ingredients need some improvement. There is a spot called 1000 degrees with more options as well. But the staff and decent taste for an ok process save this from being a bad review.

Max was amazing! We had never been there before and (I’m sorry for not knowing her name) the lady trainer was awesome along with who she was training. The guy who made our pizzas though didn’t seem to be having a good day. Everyone has a bad day. But other than that, I’m 100% coming back and that saying something because I’m super picky on my food place choices. Awesome and kind people

I’m in town visiting from Chicago, to see Coldplay, and saw Pieology across from the hotel where I’m staying and gave it a try.The Pizza was absolutely delicious, it wasn’t heavy and over the top, it tasted fresh and light, more healthy and very satisfying, the staff were friendly and prompt, and the restaurant was well kept, pleasant and clean.I surely recommend this restaurant and plan on visiting again before I go back home.Chicago is known for its great pizza pies and they are the best in the world imo, but like I said this pie was delicious and very satisfying without feeling to heavy.I love California and hope to relocate here soon!!!thank youJoe

Came here for national pepperoni pizza day and I dont regret it! Got here a pic I will describe in a moment. But first off the location here is Nice and clean. I signed up online for the $5 off and the application didnt get me a discount.My pizza was also missing toppings. I called and the only way I could get a replacement pizza is if we didnt touch the pizza. I cant help it if someone touched it without knowing.Funny how they had an unhappy customer when we were picking up also. The service is really bad here. Expect an attitude from staff for asking for a to go box. If you dont know how anything works here then you will be treated like you are an idiot. Also nearly slipped after they mopped and no wet floor sign.

Go to another pieology location. I remember why I hadnt been to this store in a long time. The service was so slow and unprofessional. There was no one else in the store, and it took them over 10 min to even start my order. Seemed unfriendly people at the front. I shouldve just said no thank you and left while I was struggling to get them to help me with the pizza. Need to block this location from my maps so I never come again for good this time. I dont know how it has decent reviews 🤔 when its not good service. 😐

What can I say? Hands down, its the best pizza Ive ever had. I picked my favorite crust, thick. They put extra sauce at my request. I tried to keep it simple....mushrooms, onions, roasted red peppers and then there was the pepperoni. I couldnt resist that. Im ashamed to say that I ate the entire pizza. On my behalf, I hadnt had a pizza in 3 years. Next time, Ill bring a friend so I dont eat it all.I highly recommend Pieology Pizza.

When I arrived it was lunch and it was empty for a short while. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman that allowed me to wait inside until my daughter arrived. Once me daughter arrived a very nice younger gentlemen helped us build a nice tasty thin crust pizza which my young daughter devoured. I would truly recommend this establishment. Ordered thin crust for delivery. Canadian bacon, black olives, basil, garlic, chicken. Taste was bland. Not enough sauce? Couldnt taste any garlic.Also ordered Caesar salad with chicken. It did not come with chicken. It does however come with croutons that tastes like theyve been in your grandmothers cupboard for the past year. As well as the sun dried tomatoes also taste absolutely terrible. Definitely not fresh. The soul of my shoe tastes better than those. The dressing was like water.And to top it all off the next morning I had a case of mild food poisoning. Very disappointed.

They say buy two and get one free is a lie. You must buy three signatures but it was not mentioned on the poster/advertisement. And I am not allowed to add money to add ingredients. Later I bought my own choice. The female waiter was very bad. I paid extra for extra ingredients and all gave very little and had a very bad attitude. My pizza was great. I think the key to ordering a personal pan pizza is to know thy self. Unfortunately the crew at this location proved too inept to serve a member of our party with celiac disease. If you are trying to eat gluten-free this place is still a fine choice, buy if you really have a gluten allergy I would look elsewhere.

Bad customer experience. Last evening, after I questioned a waiter about the cauliflower crust, which was a leftover and weird shape, he still gave it to me. And then, the pizza got stuck in the oven, couldnt make it successfully. Wondering why the waiter doesnt have a professional service?! Isnt it a common sense that an unshaped crust is not able to get well and even heat when its in the oven and also it causes the stuck as well?! Unfortunately the place does not work with care or urgency on a busy night. I arrived at the time my email said the order would be ready to be told that my pizza is still being prepared. I asked for an ETA and was casually told “idk, we have a lot of orders in”. A couple minutes later I see what appears to be my pie going in the oven. A few minutes later a guy is picking up one that is also still being prepared, late, and he asks for the store number to file a proper complaint. The employee is unable to help. The customer said the slow service occurs every time lately. I do not recommend coming to this store on a Friday or Saturday. You will be wasting time.

Good pizzas but knocking off stars for the staff. Came here with a group of 20 people, 12 teens and 8 adults. We were just eating and talking but was told 3 times that we were too loud and if we had to be warned again, that we would be kicked out. For a group of 20, Im not sure what you expect and we were relatively quiet. Even other customers told us we were fine and didnt know what he was talking about. If it was so loud they shouldve turned down their own music down that they had playing in the back. Do not come with with a big group unless you dont plan on talking!

Ridiculously slow wait times. The store prioritized mobile orders over the people physically there and the people in line had to wait and stare as pizza after pizza was skipped ahead of them. I have been to may different locations and every time I order, I order a gluten free pizza due to celiac. every time I’ve ever gone they have asked if it is for preference or due to a allergy. Unfortunately for me it is due to allergies. When it is for allergy they are so accommodating. They switch there gloves, they use different containers. They take certain precautions. And most know that ordering out for gluten free is very frustrating and very limited. This time we went to a different location and when ordering I asked for gluten free. The lady didn’t ask any questions so I thought I would just mention that it was for a allergy not a preference. The lady looked at me like I was crazy. She told me she did not know what I meant. Only one worker knew about it and only told her just to change her gloves. Didn’t seem very happy that I mentioned anything. When she went to change her gloves her and another worker stood there whispering . Needles to say I was so uncomfortable so me and my husband said never mind and walked out. For a company that offers gluten free options this Location does not take very many precautions to help make someone with an allergy feel comfortable. So for someone going there for gluten free options with an allergy I would think twice and find another location other than the Monrovia location.

There is only one size of pizza available for $8.99. There are a lot of choices available. The size is medium (6 pieces). They have cauliflower crust for $2.00 extra, which was delicious. The pizza was very good, but other pizza chain pizzas are just as good in my opinion for less money. They do have specials on Monday and Tuesdays and all of the staff were professional and friendly.

They have regular pizza that you can order, but Ive never tried them. I come here for the custom pizza. And let me tell you, the option for a custom-made pizza for a flat rate of about $9 is AMAZING, especially for someone whos super picky about pizza. Theres also always a lot to choose from, which always makes ordering pizza here a fun experience. The staff is always always nice whenever I come here, and theyre really patient with me even though it takes a bit of time for me to construct my pizza.

Whats the point of ordering online if walk-ins get bumped ahead of you. Placed my order at 6:40 and the website told me it would be ready at 7:03. Still waiting for my pizza 30 minutes after their website said my pizza would be ready. Love this place! Great staff, excellent food with a plethora of topping options, and fast service considering that all their food is 100% customized. Not to mention that its pizza, which takes a little bit of time to prepare and cook. Also, their prices are completely affordable. Amazing pizza pies! I love the cauliflower crust. The customer service is A-1. Theyre always courteous and patient. The Monrovia location is always clean, airy, bright, and fast. They will not have you waiting for too long, even if theres a crowd. I also love the fact that they acknowledge your presence while youre waiting for your turn to place your custom order. Very sad. I usually come once a week and leave very satisfied. Not this time. This is my childs pizza, burnt. She was only able to eat the toppings. Mine was the same. I went to let the employees know, they had no issue replacing it but then my second pizza was raw. My daughter felt bad that we had to waste food so she didnt want them to remake hers. Why would anyone serve something like this? This was not edible, and to top it off theyre Coke had no syrup. I felt very disappointed and didnt want to continue to take up every pizza since they were all like this. I spent $40 just to take home 2 burnt pizzas that went into the trash.

Birthday party here. Fast hard working staff put out good product. One heavy set customer in glasses speaking in a English European accent became inflamed with us because we pre-ordered prepaid pizza and came to pick it up and take it to our table which helps the the employees. The only complaint I have about this place, isnt even the place itself, but the plaza it is located it. It is a small plaza right next, and I mean RIGHT NEXT to a freeway exit for the 210, so it can be a little bit hectic at times, trying to get into the plaza with people tailgating you or not even making it into the plaza because another car is blocking the entire entrance trying to leave the plaza.The staff and the environment here is fantastic. They have TV surrounding the tables that have sports playing. They also had dessert samples right in front of their cash register, allowing guests to try some of the cookies that have Reeses Peanut Butter cups, Hershey Brownies, and Hersheys Kisses Chocolate Chip Cookies.Pizza wise, I have been here a handful of times and have not had any complaints. The staff here are not stingy on their portions and are extremely helpful.I would definitely come back here again.

The manager took my pizza away from the person that was making it. They werent done and he just put it in the oven. The soda machines are very dirty. I wouldnt buy a drink from them (also the bottled drinks are expired). My pizza had too much sauce not enough cheese. Bathrooms were dirty and so was the eating area. Had to pay $.80 for a small thing of ranch. Wouldnt reccomend

Was craving pieology today. Went to the Monrovia location. Ordered my pizza and while building it, the person building it was rushing me. When they asked is that all, I asked for more items since I only put a few sofar. Before I could tell them what I wanted, they put it in the oven and proceeded to charge me. When I told them I wanted more toppings, I got the its already cooking excuse. Going to another location next time.

Really good pizza, everything you expect when you walk into a piology. They had ketchup! Now that is a rarity! (For my Mexican viewer). They actually made sure the crust was nice and crispy. I know in the past they can have a very soggy crust so I am very glad they are trying to minimize that issue. Overall, its a good piology location with made to order customizable pizza or menu item pizzas.

Ive been going here for about 2 years now. Ive asked the guy that makes pizza to add some plant-based protein to my pizza, he just added a little bit and he charged me extra $2 for almost nothing that he added. Blaze pizza is my number one pizza for the type because of its spicy tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese option.Pieology is hands-down the best build quality experience for a pizza in this category. There is nothing even close. If you are in the mood for white or red sauce pizza, this should be your absolute option. Compared to Blaze, their pizza is thin and crispy.
