2023-04-29 23:15:11Pizza was good, cauliflower crust is always 10/10, the girls were sweet, not busy when we came in at all which was nice. However - everything was sticky and felt like it hadn’t been wiped down in a few days. The floors were really dirty which is whatever, but there was a huge spill by the soda machine and nobody ever came to mop it up there was just wet floor signs placed over it. But there was a lot of water or soda or whatever so it would be nice if someone would have just mopped it up.Overall still like coming here but probably wouldn’t dine in next time since it felt so yucky inside

2021-02-16 12:29:17Honestly, I am almost always quite vocal whenever I visit because I have had workers add too little ingredients and/or not pay full attention to our pizzas in the oven. Each experience can significantly differ because some workers sadly 🤬 screw up your pizza. To show what Ive mentioned, in photo 6, you will see the crust more burned than in other photos. Overall, our pizzas come out decent. I added an additional star because 1) the wings always come out exactly how I like them, 2) this location in Temecula is not ever crowded (pre and post pandemic) + 3) the staff is usually friendly.

2021-07-18 22:16:19Very fresh and delicious food at this location!***Update: such a bummer, I went to this location today and was looking forward to a fresh delicious pizza. The staff was nice but the place had so much low stock. No lids or straws. And this pizza I’m having right now **pic on the right, is so mushy and soggy. Terrible compared to the food I had last time and it’s easy to see. Sad day.

2019-11-02 01:06:39Wait time wasn’t bad for a Tuesday and that’s there special day 2 pizzas for $12 buck but I’m vegan so and don’t eat gluten. The gluten free crust was $2.50 plus vegan cheese was 75 cents. Dinning area was small but they had a outside area aswell. The works are very helpful and patient and asked if I wanted a glove change I loved it..

2023-06-01 23:00:53My son wanted to go here after his promotion. I doubt that we will ever return to this location. The first employee who helped us was a young woman who quickly passed us to a second employee once she did not know an answer and felt pressure to do her job. The young man was phenomenal. He helped where he could, did a great job with our orders and pizzas. The issue he could not solve required a manager and the young man got the manager to help. The manager seemed annoyed to be asked for help, and suggested I call corporate for the issue we were having with the app. He even acknowledged that other customers were having the same issue. As he was helping, the young lady burned one pizza and dropped another. The young man helped her remake them. I casually mentioned it was my sons promotion that day to the young man as he came out to clean the table. He high fives him and congratulates him. The rest of our order comes out, the manager at this point seems to have had a change of heart about being helpful and offers a free cheese bread to us and his congratulations to my son.The pizzas and cheese bread were ok. Iseems like a lot of locations are not cleaning the ovens. Everything had blackish char on the bottom and it did alter the taste some. The service of the young man was phenomenal, but I cannot recommend this location.

2019-07-30 22:41:42I love pizza and thought I would enjoy Pieology more than I actually did.Ordered a three pizzas and pizza bread for the family to try. With the pizzas, all three were supposed to have a drizzle topping over them, but whoever prepped the pizza forgot to add the drizzle on. Luckily this was caught when the person who handled the transaction inspected the food before it was given to me.Ultimately, although each pizza tasted unique due to its build-your-own nature, nothing really stood out. For me, this might be because just throwing things together that I thought would be great was not as good as a something that might follow years-proven recipes.

2018-10-20 04:38:17This Pielogy is located on the outskirts of the Temecula Promenade mall. They offer more options now and have an additional crust that is both vegan and gluten free - cauliflower. They have a deep dish crust that I will try next time.I love all of the fresh vegetable toppings that they offer. I put all of them except pineapples. You can finish your toppings with oregano, chili pepper flakes, sea salt and other options. They offer other dressings but it seemed like too much.Check it out if in the area. They have seating inside and out. Eat more plants.

2019-10-05 07:25:38This specific Pieology location is terrible. Bad first experience, decided to give it a second chance and unfortunately it was just as bad. Service is slow but most importantly the pizza is made with very little care, so quality and taste of the final product is not good. Used to go to Escondido location which was excellent, but this location seems like a completely different restaurant. In Temecula, Blaze Pizza is a better alternative.
