First time here. You get to design your own pizza. Cant beat the price. I like it. Everything was pretty fresh looking and tasted fresh.Further, dont forget they make the pizza the way you want it with your ingredients. So if you dont want a mushy Pizza dont get all sorts of ingredients. If you want thin and crispy have them cook it a little bit longer. If you dont like a specific thing on your pizza dont get it on and complain about it later. I had mine meat-asourous style and it was great. It was a little mushy because, well I had all sorts of things on it... but I expected that from the get-go.

Trying this place for the first time today. I got thin crust but while it is considered thin I would call this hand toss New York style. And its a little too mushy for me. I am looking for a thin and crispy pizza. The taste is okay. The regular sauce is a little on the sweet side

Every time, there is a lot of burnt flour stuck on the back of the pizza and I have to tell them to clean their oven and redo my pizza. This time, their second effort came out even worse. Theyre feeding the customers with absolute carcinogens and even get surprised why I care!

Very happy to have this place back open! Just as good as I remember. Toppings are fresh and I love the pizza sauce. Definitely recommend the thin crust. Safe to say Ill be going back!

Edit: The thin crust pizza is much better. I got the margarita pizza; not bad!Came in today after the lunch rush and the service was great. It will be thin crust from here on. Last time the thick crust was disgraceful.Good job on the redemption. Now I know what to order.Gross!Pizza dough is undercooked and mushy. Half the staff doesn’t know what’s going on. The other half of the staff are high quality people with strong customer service skills.Unfortunate state of this establishment.I’ll get pizza elsewhere. Skip pieology

The three young men working here needs to be trained better. While they were not rude there was no customer service. They did not greet us upon order, nor did they ask what we would like, they simply looked at me with puzzled face. The guy who made the crust had to do it twice, because he messed up the first one. There was no verbal engagement throughout the process, very awkward experience. When paying for the pizzas, they guy couldn’t log me in at first, then he couldn’t apply my reward. He had to find someone else to do it.We ordered for dine in but the pizzas was sent out with to go boxes. AND Our chocolate chip dessert did not have chocolate chip on it 🤷‍♀️ the young man did apologize but not sincerely. The only pro is the taste of the pizzas, they were good but for the sake of the brand and restaurant, PLEASE train your workers better!

8-13-2023 I order/wait inside for take out. Enrique is managing this shift. The service is great; greeted by a female when entering. Enrique asked to make sure I had everything I wanted while charging me. The wait for the pizza took an appropriate length of time, and the pizza was not excessively burnt for a stone fired pie. Another male brought my boxed up pie to the table for me. He took an extra moment to tell me that he wasnt sure of my toppings because he only boxed it, but that whatever Id chosen smelled really good. I appreciated the moment.(Garlic butter sauce, red sauce, mozzarella, olives, pineapple (yesss), onions, bacon, ham/can. bacon)Working in infectious disease, I was very happy to see the vegetables are on the make-line before the meats to avoid cross contamination that leads to food borne illness. This is also a plus for VEGETARIANS. A competitor in Newbury Park near Home Depot does this backwards and insists that their oven addresses any food borne illness issue, but still the meat being handled before putting their hands in the vegetables is against ServSafe certification. Ill definitely return here over the competitor.

One of the rudest and most immature people I’ve ever encountered works at this location. Shes awful. The pizza is mediocre at best so I think having friendly staff and a clean environment are helpful. This location is filthy. Doubt I’ll return after several visits.

I recently visited Pieology, the new pizza place in town, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff was completely clueless and lacked basic customer service skills.First and foremost, the employees were far from friendly. They seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. It felt like I was an inconvenience to them rather than a paying customer. Its disheartening when you enter a restaurant and are met with such apathy from the staff. Not only were they unfriendly, but they also mumbled their words and spoke so softly that it was nearly impossible to understand what they were saying. I had to constantly ask them to repeat themselves, and even then, it was a struggle to decipher their instructions. Its astonishing that in a customer-facing role, they didnt prioritize clear communication. To make matters worse, it seemed like the staff was completely confused about their own job responsibilities. They appeared untrained and unsure of how to handle even the simplest tasks. It took them an eternity to take my order, and they fumbled around with the ingredients as if they had never assembled a pizza before. The whole process was a chaotic mess, and it was evident that they lacked any semblance of organization or efficiency.Overall, my experience at Pieology was an absolute nightmare, thanks to the unhelpful, mumbling, and confused staff. I expected a pleasant dining experience, but instead, I was met with incompetence and indifference. I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this establishment, as youll likely be met with the same disappointing service. There are plenty of other pizza places in town that value their customers and provide a much better experience

Great quick pizza. Perfect size so everyone gets their own and gets what they want. Enjoy every time we go.
