As a manager at a local automotive shop, when a business offers to cater lunch to you and your team that means a lot and that has happened now twice for us by Pieology. Got a rising crust and a deep dish veggie pizzas for dinner for 3. Rising crust was the highlight, which is found less in California. Pizzas were Yum, we enjoyed a lot. Staff were good, no ketchup or sauce available on the side.

We used to like to come here because the pizza was decent and they were fairly fast. Not sure what has changed in the last year but the last few times we have come here the service is super slow. It takes forever to make the pizzas. Before they had this machine to stretch the pizza out but now they have to do it by hand. I feel bad for the staff because the whole process seems inefficient and chaotic. Also they ran out of pizza boxes, also the app and the rewards were having trouble. We won’t be back until they fix the service issues.

Great tasting food! Family loved it and service was polite. The only issue was they messed up my order and gave it to the wrong person. Waited twice as long for the food and even after it looked like they just checked on the toppings without cair so the cheese and meat were mostly in the middle of the pie. Nothing towards the outer edge. They were apologetic about it and gave us a free dessert. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. I will give it a second chance. 😁👍

The dining room was messy, tables weren’t clean and restroom was dirty and not stocked. Employees, while friendly were not immediately attentive. It appeared they were busy with online orders but there wasn’t a dedicated person to assist walk in customers. Pizza was okay.

Im gluten-free Ive never had a problem at the Clovis and herndon store before but Alicia was very rude to me and threw my pizza crust on the counter which was dirty and started to use the herb and butter brush that is used for regular pizzas had a attitude when I requested she use another crust and use the herb and butter from below. Pizza was ok really done around the edges

Bad service, they skipped me 3 time to help other customers. Didnt change gloves after handling blue cheese even tho others besides me have a food allergy. I was in line after picking my crust for 30 minutes while they also did door dash orders that came in after me before finishing helping me. And I get it Doordarshan is important but their additives is atrocious. And the guy manning the oven didnt even pay me any attention while he opened boxes and lined them then ignored me and turned the pizzas not a word, shouldnt take 10 minutes to ring up a customer. Wont be back again and will warn others away from this location.
