Went on Tuesday evening around 6:30pm. Friendly and helpful service. They seemed short staffed, however, everything was running smoothly and efficiently. Both pizzas were delicious and well cooked. Easy to get a dairy free pizza!

Okay I debated long and hard about this I wanted to leave three stars but I just cant. come on people this place is a pigsty! I cannot believe that this place is this dirty its always a little grungy but this is ridiculous. lets say youre a vegetarian or vegan and they put your pizza in the oven with all that meat and other toppings laying on the cook surface of the oven. On top of all the trash and food strewn about like a trash bomb went off. My wifes Pizza was a little burnt along some the edges, the pepperoni had absolutely no flavor they shrunk up so small because they were so fatty. The pepperoni did have a little bit of a spice to them, but we didnt order flat spicy fat circles we ordered pepperoni they shouldnt be called pepperoni if their not! She did eat all but two pieces and said the ricotta was very watery and thin it didnt seem like real ricotta I dont know I dont eat ricotta anyway. the crust was a little crispy on the outside edge but was not a very crispy/crunchy crust at all. not like most thin crust build your own pizzas.My pizza looked completely awesome I was so stoked to eat it I got that thicker crust whatever they call it pie rise or something and wow I can imagine it as a bread maybe with sandwich meat or something it would be really good but as a pizza crust it tasted just like Pizza Hut hand tossed crust just more bready, the sauce is kind of a spicy sauce with a real high acidity overpowered most of the toppings. Im glad I asked for light sauce! Overall, the pizza was horrible. I ate a couple of pieces but thats all I could get through.I was here a few months ago and got just a regular cheese pizza with my daughter on a father-daughter date and it wasnt all that bad I was going to rate three maybe four stars then but not after this experience sorry...

Alright. This review is solely about the service. They are UNBELIEVABLY slow at this location. Like, REALLY slow. I dropped off my girls here. The line was barely half way to the door. I went to Bevmo, then Albertsons (across the street), came back, and they STILL hadnt even ordered. Total time from entry to getting the 2 pizzas was literally 30 min. Literally 30 min. Never again.

I come here because my daughter has a dairy allergy so I can get her a gluten free crust, with dairy free cheese and she loves it (shes 4). I wish they made the gluten free in a kids size but she always has left overs. Fast service and fairly inexpensive for fast food pizza

These people move so SLOW. In line for 30+ minutes with not a single person in front of me. Fixing chairs and replacing condiments instead of helping me. Not to mention every soda in the machine was out of service. I purchased a soda only to find there was only one single type available.Maybe they were having a bad day but everyone in this place looks like they hate their job and don’t want to be bothered.

The food and quality is always good. However, Enzo was one of the rudest workers I’ve ever encountered in any customer service position. I get that it was late but there was no reason for his attitude. We were waiting a while to be able to order but there were only two of them at the time so it’s understandable. When he came to help us, everything he said was with a bad attitude and he even rolled his eyes when we were finished. He was upset every time we put something on our pizzas. And he even flung the Pay screen towards me when it came time to pay. Overall worst experience I’ve had here.

Worst service I think I’ve ever received. Stood there for 5 minutes, only one in line while 3 people stood there laughing and giggling.Pizza was not cooked all the way. Brownie and chocolate chip cookie were so hard I almost broke a tooth. Should have gotten refunded for the whole meal.

The food was good and the restaurant was clean, but the service was subpar. I went in with my family and I could tell that the young lady making our crust was very annoyed. She didn’t take into consideration that it was our first time, so I felt rushed to make a decision. She finally changed her attitude by the end of the transaction, but by this time it was too late for my other family members. We almost walked away and went to a burger place that was near. The service from one person definitely left a bad taste. It’s cost friendly though and the concept is pretty cool. I would probably just choose another location next time.

I used to walk in, stand in line to order my pizza. I decided to give the app a try. People say the app is great and convenient. Convenient I would agree with, great I do not agree with. Since your not there to critique the way you want your pizza my experience with mobile ordering is sloppy pizza. I do not accept the excuse “we are busy”. Working in a fast pass environment you have to learn to multi-task and pay attention to detail by not allowing quality and quantity to confuse themselves. So unfortunately I will stop using the app for the convenience so I can go back to receiving quality. Second reason for not wanting to use mobile ordering any longer it does not automatically add to the rewards. I have bought two or three pizzas thru the app never received the rewards. So who is that convenient for me or the franchise? I did take a picture of the pizza thinking I would be able to upload the sloppy pizza but conveniently that option is not available.

Ive been coming here for years but the last two months have gone downhill. My pizzas have either been burnt or barely cooked at all. I asked for extra ricotta when I ordered online the last time and instead they barely put two dollops on. When they saw it said extra they just gave me a side of it but wouldnt even put it on the pizza and heat it up bit. The last time I went into the store they gave my pizza to the wrong person who I had seen touch the pizza. When they realized that mistake they tried to put it in the to go box and give it to me. They told me it was a new pizza but I saw them use the same pizza as the man had already been touching. Very disappointing

If I could give more stars I would. Not only is the pizza amazing, but so is the manager and the rest of the staff. My daughter and her class got to do a field trip here and they had the most awesome time. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Their menu allows for different dietary needs. And the manager went above and beyond to make the experience such a memorable and joyous one. I will be eating only their pizza from now on. Oh and the gluten free crust was delicious. You wouldnt even notice that it was made from cauliflower.

This location does not offer wings. The lady helping me had a hard time understanding what I needed her to add on my pizza. The gentleman on the cashier kept asking how many pizzas I had and had to explain multiple times how many I had and what kind. Dont plan to return to this location.I prefer the location in Rancho.

Life long pizza lover; sense they added more choices of toppings and crusts to choose I have found my favorite pizza restaurant. They build you a perfect pizza piled high with what ever toppings you want. The crew here are polite and nice and the food is spectacular. Who would have thought that cranberrys would be so good on a pizza mixed with the other 15 toppings i had. Amazing idea this place, customer for life. love it.

The location decided to close early tonight. The manager went to the line of customers in the store and told them to leave. The floors were dirty with food and trash. The employees were friendly. The manager was trying to run 2 stations by himself and there was a long wait. I like mod pizza over this franchise as they offer a wider selection of topping and offer more then one size.

Pieology is my go-to of the local assembly pizza chains... While Blaze is popular and Mod Pizza has decent pizza and a fun atmosphere, I still favor Pieology. First of all, they have the best of the gluten free crusts available... Crispy, but not like chewing a dog toy. In fact, my son used to scoff at the horror that was typical of gluten free crusts. Now? He orders it every time. But only at Pieology. I absolutely love their garlic herb oil, Alfredo sauce and pesto drizzle. And try a little Gorgonzola for a treat. Very flavorful. Blaze and Mod dont have sauces that compare IMO. In fairness, I dont order red sauce although I have tried it and it is ok. But come on, if Im ordering a red pie, I am ALWAYS going to get Warehouse Pizza in La Verne, so I dont care. As far as toppings go, Pieology pepperoni and spicy sausage is excellent, veggies are good. I see other comments about them being stingy on the toppings but I dont understand how you could say that because you can keep asking for more and more ? My son gets a pie that looks like a cake by the time its done. But altogether, whatever ingredients you like, it just seems like the mix comes together better on one of their pizzas then on the two main competitors in the area. Anyways thats just my take. Honestly in my opinion is the best displayed make your own pizza place of all the others. Like the new selection of different crusts, reasonably priced and dont be afraid to ask for more toppings either, theyre just trying to make money but for the price its a definitely a fair personal pizza. This was my first time trying this place on Postmates . I was excited because I have heard a lot of good things but it turned into disappointment. The food was very awful. My pepperoni pizza was burnt and had shriveled pepperonis on it, the chicken pizza was disgusting. The cheesy garlic bread was the worse offender it tasted extremely sour and had a rancid aftertaste to it. I can honestly say I won’t ever eat here again.

However, present coupon when paying for our pizza, grant our pizzas are already cooking, and cant take this coupon not from our location period!Wheres the customer service, like will honor your coupon this time but in the future heres our policy. Stopped in last night before closing to grab a take out pizza. I was greeting with a lukewarm welcome followed by a worse attitude from the girl making my pizza. I then get home and find my Pizza was barely cooked. The dough was floppy and chewy. The funny thing is I’d expect this from young kids trying to close to go out on a Saturday night but the owner/manager was working the oven. Maybe that was the problem!
