Pins N Pockets in Lake Elsinore

Wow, what can we say? Pins N Pockets delivered! Not going to lie, the outside of the establishment left a little to be desired but when we went in we were absolutely surprised! The venue was very clean. Every staff member we encountered was very nice! We played an hour of bowling then went to the bar to watch the Angel game and have some food. Service was exceptional. Food was pretty good. We want to try a pizza next time as that looks like their jam. We weren’t in the mood for that today.Very large venue. Tons of things to keep everyone entertained and the kids busy. Pretty good selection of craft beer and a full bar for cocktails. We’ll definitely be back with friends!I’d say my only recommendation is to have staff at the lanes check more frequently on customers. We would have paid for another hour of bowling and had food at the lanes but weren’t greeted again. We went to the bar instead. Nothing to detract from their stellar bowling alley. We had a terrific time! Till next time!!

Great place for bowling, there was an issue in the middle of bowling with the system but they gave us extra time and a free session of laser tag. Good food and service. Recommended if you want to spend a good time

It was nice and big but the bowling balls were too oily. It kinda messes up your game. We went there to do our team building and it was a mistake because ofcourse when public started playing we can hardly hear each other already. They serve food and drinks, they have an arcade too and i forgot the hole for the bowling balls were too small too considering that I have very tiny hands already. Either way we had fun.

Went to this place years ago for my 18th birthday. One again recently for my nieces birthday. About a 10-year gap. When I first went there they were just a very small bowling alley and now they have bowling alley private bowling alley areas as well as a full-on arcade sports bar. Im really happy that they were able to build so much and that theyve stayed in business through everything.

Every single game in the arcade is broken or turned off. I havent been here in a while and will not be returning to the arcade portion of the facility. Waste of money. Majority of the games are NOT working. See pictures. All either turned off, missing the card reader, or out of order.

Ive been coming to Pins N Pockets for a few years to play arcade games, bowl, and play laser tag, and its always been one of my favorite places. They have great food, games, and overall atmosphere. Theres also an escape room that I havent done yet, but definitely plan to!During my time visiting pins n pockets, I noticed they have two venues for events. My husband and I were looking for a place to get married, and we were super impressed with the two venue rooms that they have to offer. We ended up choosing the venue on the far left of the establishment, it resembles Italian architecture, and it was perfect to hold our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception! This venue has its own private entrance, dressing room, and restrooms for guests, so the wedding party and guests did not need to enter through the bowling alleys entrance.During the process of planning our wedding, and the actual day of, we worked with Maritza and Kathryn, and they could not have been any more welcoming, helpful, and excited for us! They were absolutely amazing to work with. They were very informative, prompt with their responses, accommodating, and overall incredibly hospitable. They gave my husband and I our dream Christmas wedding, and we couldnt have asked for a better experience!The staff was incredible, the venue was clean, prices were super affordable, the food was amazing, and Maritza and Kathryn went up and beyond to make this bday so special for us!If you are looking for a place to hold an event, or just to go hang out and play some games, I definitely 110% recommend Pins N Pockets!

I’ve had the best experiences with Pins N Pockets! I’ve been here many times to go bowling with my family, I’ve rented their private bowling rooms for parties and most recently I rented one of their banquet rooms for my daughters sweet 16!I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a venue. From start to finish EVERYTHING was stress free with them! I worked closely for the last year with Martiza, Kat and Misty. I’m a very visual person, I have many creative ideas and I wanted a venue who would let my creative ideas play out. Let me tell you Pins N Pockets didn’t disappoint! They even referred me to other reliable vendors to make my visual ideas come to life.I booked the smaller room (which is still huge) called the illusions room. I loved that it has its own private entrance, the entrance itself is beautiful! This room also came with private restrooms for my guests and a room for you to get ready in and keep your personal belongings in throughout your party.The food is AMAZING! I mean in general and their catering for events! I opted in to do a food tasting to choose what we would have for our event. It was difficult to choose because everything was so good! The day of the event, the food tasted even more delicious than I remembered at the food tasting!One thing Pins N Pockets has that I think most venues lack, is their amazing staff! The staff who helped host/plan our event were just beyond amazing! They were very polite, helpful, went above and beyond and it honestly felt like they were family. Everything on their end went so smoothly, I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to help host my closest friends and family.I want to give my biggest thanks to Martiza, Kat and Misty! They have been phenomenal this last year of my planning. They have literally been with my every step of the way. I will truly miss the contact I had with them while planning. Great, as always. Enjoyed celebrating another birthday. This place never disappoints, great service, good food and lots to do.

Had a great time with my family and friends. We were able to rent out a private room with our own bowling lanes. Laser tag was also very fun for the kiddos along with the arcade. The parents were able to have some drinks in between times as well. Its a must try!

We recently had my daughters quincenera there. Let me just say that it turned out awesome. We were in the big hall and we loved how everything turned out. The staff was amazing and easy to work with. They were patient with us when we had questions and or changes. Their expertise was so helpful as we planned this party. Maritza and Kat an the rest of the staff went above and beyond and made this experience painless. I highly recommend having an event at Pins and Pockets. Initially we went to several venues when we were looking for a place to hold our event, but we always came back to Pins and Pockets.Our daughter loved her special day and everything turned out beautiful. Please check this place out, you will not be disappointed.
