Amazing little gem. Service was amazing, Chef Josh allows you to taste the different types of Poke before you make your selection. Price is is on the expensive side but the portion are huge and everything is fresh! I will definitely come back to try their ramen. Highly recommended!

You have to come to this place! Not just because the ramen is some of the best I’ve had in the city, not because it was rated #2 in the US in 2020, not because of the incredible marinades on the poke… but because of Joshua, the chef and owner. One of the nicest guys I’ve ever met when ordering lunch. He gave us samples of his poke, explained in detail the amount of brining and smoking he puts into his chashu. He even sent us home with boba popsicles.Food is seasoned and the portions are enough for lunch and leftovers for dinner. I hope this review convinces at least one person to come check this place out. I would drive through any types of traffic to come back here again!

The owner was so lovely and friendly!! He let me had three samples, each one was delicious. The Hawaii poke reminded me of Hawaii… ended up with Actually Spicy which was very fresh. The garlic Raman was great too, didn’t expect such tasty Ramen in a poke place. Will be a regular for sure!!! Try the boba ice cream, you’ll like it.😊

Both the food and the service were excellent. We had the vegan/vegetarian poke and the truffle salmon poke -- they were absolutely delicious! I also appreciate that he made sure to give us a sample of the truffle salmon first just to make sure we would like it, and he made a point of asking about any allergies and dietary restrictions.

Incredible food! Had the combo with spicy poke, seaweed salad and Hawaiian roll. Wow. Just amazing - so delicious, fresh, reminded me of the best poke I had in Hawaii. Highly recommended!!! I’ll be a regular!

Waited 45 mins for ramen. Broth was good. Pork was literally all fat. Staff waved us to iPad instead of speaking to us. Got them on a bad day I think.

Really glad I took a chance on this place! Turns out this is a new 2nd location for a well known poke/ramen spot in South Pasadena. Spoke with the owner Josh and its very clear that hes passionate about what he does. This is not a run of the mill, strip mall, poke stop. Been a while since Ive written a review but I was really impressed by the quality and freshness of the poke I got and really want to come back for the ramen asap.Update, the ramen is really good! They say a picture is worth a thousand words and my dog waiting out front says it all.

Officially obsessed with this place. The owner is so lovely and cares a lot about his food quality and flavor. He let me sample the fish flavors, I ended up going for the truffle salmon bowl, but each and every flavor was delicious. He gave me a small soda on the house while I waited for the order, which was so kind of him!!I also got a blue crab and shrimp hand roll that was melt in your mouth amazing, a perfect textural experience. I ate it before realizing I didn’t get a picture.I can’t wait to try the butter ramen and other poke flavors. This is a truly amazing addition to WeHo, I am excited to continue eating here.

If youre looking for Hawaiian Poke in LA, this is the place! They dont just scoop up tuna or salmon like in other poke places. The poke here is presented much nicer! The fish is so fresh too! Along with the fresh cut tomatoes, purple rice and green salad, theres also fresh edamame and seaweed salad on the side. Oh and great service too btw! They gave me a free sweet green tea on the house. I guess they saw me real thirsty with my bike helmet on and sweaty face.

Food was great, left only a little to be desired. When I first got there I didn’t realize it would be in a mall type area but went with it anyway. The eggs in my ramen were perfection, with a gooey center. Braised brisket was good and amount of food was hefty. No where to sit inside so atmosphere is basically non-existent. Not sure id return just because I like trying new places but if you like ramen you’ll like this place!

First time eating here! Ordered the black truffle ramen with brisket and it was incredibly tasty! Also, I got an Oreo macaron that was very delicious! Joshua walked us through the process of making his food, and was incredibly helpful and friendly while ordering. I’ll definitely be back again, when I’m in the area.

Adriana and James were great. Before I stepped in, Adriana briefly stepped to the back. As soon as I walked in, James rushed to the front counter from the kitchen to assist me. Adriana immediately returned and continued. I couldnt decide beyween truffle salmon, mild spicy or Hawaiian. After asking me a couple questions, she proceeded to make me some samples. I asked her not too because I didnt think it was necessary but she prepared them anyway. I was MIND BLOWN from those 3 samples. Ive walked past Pisces several time and always made a mental note to try it in the future. I was actually planning on making dinner at home. My instinct told me to try it out and Im so glad I finally did. Adriana advised me to enter my order on the iPad/Tablet when I made a decision. Before completing my transaction, James took a peek at the screen and confirmed my order to begin preparing it. I swear I was only I there for 5 minutes but it was such a great experience and I havent started eating my Hawaiian poke bowl yet. Im staring at it now and my mouth is watering. Big taste from a tiny eatery!By far the best Poke Ive ever had! I dont mean by a little I mean by a lot!! From fine dining to the local spots in Honolulu, Pisces Poke and Ramen is my the best.Chef Joshua, has not only dialed in the flavor but also the process. Welcoming staff, easy menu and ordering.Super fresh, clean and balanced flavor.Ive had salmon less than a handful of times in my life. Its just not my thing, however the truffle salmon poke absolutely blew my mind. If you are a fan of truffle oil and clean protein this is your dish!The Actually Spicy Tuna was amazing. Hot day, hot rice, chilled flavorful tuna, ginger and cucumber slices create a wonderful treat.We started off with the Buttered Blue Crab and shrimp roll, so good we could have had it for dessert! Served right out the oven so eat it as soon as you get it!They have plenty of desserts as well.I cant wait to get back and try more of the menu!Parking is super easy. 1 hour free. Decided to grab a bite after my haircut at Ulta Weho, and saw the new Pisces restaurant. SO happy I did, bc the owner and staff were wonderful. They let me try a few of the sashimis, which were delicious. I ended up getting Hawaiian poke bowls to go, and just polished it off w my husband. Really generous serving of purple rice, pickled ginger, and a mix of tuna and salmon. YUMMM! This will be a regular stop now, whenever I’m in Hollywood! Thank you! Glad we got something good in that space :-)!

Had the best experience here! Not only was the food tasty and fresh, it was totally celiac safe. There were different sauces to try and so many OPTIONS, I’m so thankful for their attention to food allergies. I am disappointed with most of the poke places around DTLA but this one really surprised me. The staff is very sweet and gave us a lot of samples before we made the order. The way they serve is actually the most friendly one I have ever had. The poke tastes very well. The protein option is salmon and tuna, which I wish they could have more options in the future.

James is an extraordinary gem that you should definitely not take for granted. As a fellow pisces and avid poke/Ramen lover I popped my head in after going to best buy. I already ate but Id never heard of this place and I wanted to check out the menu for next time. As soon as I walked in, James greeted me. Asked if it was my first time. Offered to make me 3 samples of their most popular protein on the menu: spicy tuna, Hawaiian poke, and truffle salmon. All three were excellent. He didnt just throw the samples in a souffle cup, he dressed each one with precision and care. After he offered a complimentary drink after seeing one of the selections was a tad too hot for us. After being wowed by his stellar service and care we decided to order a hand roll as a thank you for the experience. It was bomb. I dont typically go to fast casual poke spots but with how good the food tasted and how phenomenal James was, Ill be sure to be back. With friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience. It is the food you go here for... There is no indoor seating. Once you get the delicious ramen or poke bowl, you sit out on the food court. Unfortunately, there were a few unhoused individuals hovering around, watching the tables in order to scoop up the left overs from tables. I had to find a table where I felt safe and ate quickly which, truly, stifles the experience. All that to say, do take the food home or to a safe place so that you can savor each bite. The server did an amazing job of explaining each dish and also gave me samples. Everything tasted delightful. I am going back but not dining there ;)

I red the reviews and I was looking forward to have a good ramen. I don’t k ow what happened… I thought I chose a good combination but it did not come out as expected. Basically the ramen was super salty, maybe the spice for smoked flavor is salty too, the egg was a sweet like they almost put sugar on it)and I ordered 2) … the jalapeño was so thin that you barely tasted same with all the other vegetables so thin almost not there.The service was great with beautiful people working there. I might try it again… and see if it was just my luck. I’ll also ask them without that smoked spice, really not a good quality in my opinion. I would rather taste the food.The menu is amazing I wish I’m the flavors too.

Look, you know the sign says #2 rated in the US for damn good reason. It is incredible! Stop wondering and just order. I had the dinner special- Hawaiian hand roll, garlic ramen, and an order of shrimp udon. The broth is so savory and feels special. You are given an ample serving with plenty of fixings. The owner was there the night I went with my husband, and he was in the kitchen cooking. We wanted to order EVERYTHING off the menu because the smell was mouthwatering. I will definitely go back and get the poke next time.

Okay.... I have so many terrific things to say about this place (Chef Josh, I hope you are reading this!)1. I work 10 minutes down the street and I was in charge of ordering lunch for the office this week. In heart of AAPI month, I wanted to find something local and Asian-owned... and to be honest I couldnt find that many in the West Hollywood area. I stumbled upon this place after I just searched poke near me and noticed Chef Josh opened it recently so I gave it a shot.2. Usually our office orders through DoorDash but many of us wanted the combos, which unfortunately was not available through DoorDash so I messaged (yes, messaged through Google!) directly to the place and Chef Josh answered very quickly (about an hour before his store opened). He was so very kind and took my order before opening so he could prep for it. I was able to pick up my order within an hour as it was a large order for 9 people and he was SO kind and gave us drinks and dessert on the house! Because it was also a large order, he literally put everything on a dolly and pushed it to the garage for me to put in my car. GREAT service.3. Not sure why Im making this my last point but not to mention the poke is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. You best believe everything on the menu is amazing. Our entire office loved it! I live on the west side of LA and I know this place just opened... but man I hope one day this place will open on the west side.Thank you SO much for the kind service and making delicious food. Poke was so delicious. If I go back to La, its a restaurant that Ill visit again! The poke was delicious and the ramen was the best ramen Ive ever had!!Both the chef and the staff were really kind and said it was their first time, so they helped us choose the menu by tasting samples first!It was really, really delicious. All the ingredients were fresh and fresh.

I stumbled upon this poke place while traveling in the U.S. and its really delicious. Its the best restaurant of all time... I ordered a set and the two of us ate it and we were full! Highly recommended!!

Very tasty food and prepared super quickly. The portions are very large! They just dont offer a knife and a fork as a cutlery option. Which is kind of bad, worse in the case where there was no way to chop the meat into smaller pieces to eat. Other than that, everything is very good.
