I have been passing by this spot for the past 4 years and have always wanted to try it. I finally gave it a shot and am glad I did.I got a small cheese steak sub with no tomatoes, it was delicious. I especially liked the bread, it had a great taste and nice soft crunch. I also got myself a small potato chip bag. The total came out to $9 and some change (pricing as of Nov 2023). The customer service was pretty good too, they were happy to answer my questions. I got my sandwich in like 3 minutes, very quick service.There were a few groups eating in, and no line when I arrived although a few customers did arrive after I placed my order. This was on a Friday around noon, so not too busy.I’ll definitely be coming back.

Food is made fresh and there is a variety of options to choose from. If you dine in and dont finish your sandwich or sub they wrap it up to go for you if you take it too the counter.

First time but it won’t be the last time! This place is bomb! I had the Small Super Steak Sandwich and that did not disappoint one bit! Must try! They got other stuff too and vegan options if that’s your thing.

I was looking for a genuine old skool pizza restaurant, after searching reviews and photos I settled on trying this place. I was extremely disappointed. The dough was cheap and looked mass produced, the mushrooms were canned, and the sauce tasted like ragu. I noticed from file photos that things were not the same.I believe the original Georgios at this location sold, and it is now Pizza by Georgios. Most likely the original Georgios had multiple restaurants and the name had to change due to not being affiliated any longer.The first mistake new management makes is they change things in the name of making profit. However with restaurants this can be tricky to do. The reason for a restaurants success is usually the taste and quality of the food.Its really to bad.

Was tired and hungry.. didnt want to drink just my energy drink.. dont have the strength to make dinner... so decided to try this place out and wow! Fast and cheap! The quality of the bread.. so fresh.. soft and toasty, just right!.. and the spaghetti.. reminds me of home... plus!!!!!!! They are sooooo friendly! I highly recommend this place!

We stayed at a hotel in downtown LA very close to this restaurant. We have read a lot of recommendations and after all can say for sure this is one of the best in LA friendly staff, great service, delicious food and even better deserts that were amazing. If there was more time, I would like to visit this place again to enjoy dinner.

They say that some of the best places to eat are those little holes in the wall that only the locals know about. This is one of them. Their pizza is okay but what really sets them apart from your average Italian spot is their hot sandwiches. Cant go wrong with any of their selections, prices are great and service is always good. Im glad my job is near so i could drop by often to pick up a bite, been here many times and Ive never been disappointed once.

Been going here for years. Not the most desirable looking place but, the hot ham & cheese is Great! They make their own delicious bread for sandwiches. Also, their pizza & manicotti is Good! My mom and stepdad love this place they go at least once a week for the last 5 years they walk in and the people already know what they would like I happen to like the pastrami sandwich and their antipasto salad is one of my favorites comes with sandwich meat & cheese, olives, mushrooms, bell pepper, tomatoes, lettuce and the Italian dressing is tasty. Its nice that these little mom and pop places still exist

The parking lot is small and hard to maneuver around, so hopefully you can find a parking spot. This is a small pizza shop that serves pizza and sub sandwiches as well (better than subway). They have a nice seating area if you wanna sit down and eat. I would recommend this place to my family or friends. Especially if they like sub sandwiches.

Me and my wife just moved into the area and tried this place out. I love pizza more than anyone I know, I could eat pizza at least every day and I LOVED this pizza I couldnt stop eating it. The staff was polite and greeted me at the counter. The interior was good enough, I came for Pizza not décor.The cheese taste and feels like real cheese, the topping placement and amount was excellent, the dough tasted fresh and not mass produced . The pizza tasted like it was put together by someone who cares about what they are doing. This is my new favorite pizza place.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Everyone I introduce to Georgio’s gets hooked. It’s an old school, blue collar, no frills, whole-in-the-wall, Italian Sub Shop, owned by Koreans with Mexican cooks. All amazing people. If you’re new, go with the Hot Ham & Cheese, Super Steak, or Pastrami Sandwiches. All the good things you hear about the delicious bread and crust are TRUE!

Fantastic place to eat. Great food. My family has been going here for more than 40 years. When ownership changed, they kept the food the same. Eat here every chance we get. This establishment is located in a non-descript strip mall near the 105 freeway. Its fairly easy to miss this place while driving by. My first visit was about 20 years ago, and Ive been coming back every now and then when Im craving a Italian-style sub. The bread is freshly baked, with a golden crispiness that combined with melting cheese, is hard to resist. My favorite sandwich is the mushroom steak, which includes a generous helping of beef and marinated mushrooms.Georgios is owned by a friendly Korean couple, who always exchange pleasantries with customers. They definitely know how to run a business, and it shows by the number of longtime employees that have been with them for many years.If you are passing the 105 near Paramount, I would highly recommend dropping by this place and grabbing lunch here.
