Ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was good but the wings were tiny. Ive never had someone sell wings so small especially with them charging $13.99 for 10. I also asked for Lemon Pepper and received unsauced wings that were burnt. Very disappointed

This place has changed names and management over the years. Pizza Fuego definitely has great taste. Bacon pineapple barbecue sauce pizza is my familys favorite.

Service has depreciated in the last few months. When calling to place an order they never answer the phone. If the call gets answered they put you on hold for a long time before taking your order. When you arrive to place the order in person since they never answered the phone, the representative seems irritated because you are there trying to buy food. The food handlers seem to be running like chickens without their head. Its funny that while you are at the store, the phone rings, rings and rings and no one answers (disappointing) the phone. When you finally get your order, it has less cheese and pepperoni than before (if you are going to increase the price at least keep the same amount of cheese and pepperoni on the pizza). After 4 displeased experiences, I gave it one last opportunity but it was an epic fail, again. New personnel seem not want to provide a superior customer experience since they are all there to do the bare minimum. I WAS a customer since 2013 back when this place was called Fast 5 Pizza but not no more. 👎🏽

I go to this pizza place all the time I absolutely love the staff there! I went tonight and y’all I was in there like I worked there lol while they was making my pizza I was talking and laughing with the three guys, so sweet and have very good customer service!! I was having a bad day and they made it better thanks you guys and thanks for the fresh pizza

I’m not sure what I did to offend the girl at the register but I came in and asked to place an order about 30 minutes before they closed and she told me they were no longer serving food for the night. I have no idea why you would claim to be open until 10 and stop serving customers at 9:35. Then as I got in my car I watched her serve 6 new customers that walked in over the next 5 minutes. The food’s pretty good, I just wish the service matched it.

I wish I could give it no stars. My sister and I went here on June 18. The cashier that took our phone order was great. There was a mix-up, our fault, and she was great about explaining the confusion. However the cook was being down right abusive to the cashier and us. The manager was walking around listening to all this. When we insisted that he talk to us, he said he believed we were told to get out.

I ordered a double mushroom, the deliverer told me when he arrived at the restaurant, they told him they didnt hear the notification for the order so they had to start the pizza and it would be delayed. OVER AN HOUR LATER, they say they dont have mushrooms and canceled my order. 2 hour wait for no food. Driver said that location has frequent issues.

I would have loved to give this place five stars. I had very high expectations. I was able to order online but I will say right now that the website is a little less user-friendly than what I was hoping for. However, I was able to place my order pay for it efficiently. And I waited until the order from GrubBub (which was tracked) and arrived at the designated time. My granddaughter ran down the stairs of our apartment to collect the order and therefore did not inspect everything in the bag to make sure that all condiments were included. So I open the bag that included the three different cartons of various types of boneless chicken wings and they were all prepared correctly. The pizza also was cooked to perfection. The only problem was that everything was almost completely cold. And then of course I realize that there were no dipping sauces for the wings. I paid separately for each of those wings sauces and when I tried calling Fuego pizza there was no answer. Obviously they’re closed for the evening but I will be calling them tomorrow. I put this whole charge on my credit card and yes, I want a refund. It’s too bad that the order arrived almost cold bc I probably would have given a 4 star review.
