They have the best thin crust pizza in the world..However I cannot place an order online to receive the 25% off they still gave me the 25% off is what is very important they still found a way to make the customers needs come first and I appreciate that

Pizza is always good. Thin crust or stuffed crust are my family favorites.They don’t provide plates and if u don’t ask, they won’t provide cheese and pepper.

Good pizza, but sometimes they forget to add toppings. Now I check before I leave, but its a hassle bc you have to wait while they pop it back in the oven. Maybe just my luck

I really like the pizza here. The gourmet pizzas are very good and have a lot of character. The dough/crust is so good and thats coming from a person who usually doesnt eat pizza crust. The garlic cheese bread is amazing! They also send really great coupons via email when you sign up on their website. The employees are very pleasant.

Best west coast pizza we could find being from the east coast. Pizza guys are good eats 🚀 also usually hook you up with free 2 liter drink over $25 🎄

Thank goodness they were open at 11:30 on a Monday night...everything else was closed. I drove 15 min. to get this pizza. To my delight the pizza was reasonably priced. I ordered Chicken, mushroom and parmesan pizza and it had lots of chicken and mushrooms. The gourmet pizza menu looks great I will be back to try the other pizzas...great combos for chicken too!!! I could see the guy making other pizzas the area looked very clean and organized.

I asked them to cook my pizza and wings well done. And of course for the second time the wings came out gummy and to make matters worse they tried fixing it and the wings were still gummy. Well done means well done. I shouldve just got my money back. Just Wong get the wings any more

Terrible customer experience. They brought the wrong pizza and then when I called them to come back they didnt seem to understand how they got it wrong. Receiving a mushroom pizza instead of a bacon pizza after an hour was a terrible experience. Further, when I asked for a refund they attempted to give me a discount next time - as if I would order from there again. They then left me waiting on hold after I demanded a refund. When I eventually got tired of waiting for them and went inside to try this (now cold since I had to wait for the driver to come back) pizza I had a slice. They called me 5 minutes later and said they needed the pie back in order to get a refund. The pizza was also not good. Not worth ordering.

Ordered for pickup, told 25 min. Arrived at least 35 min later, told 10 more min. I waited over 20 min until I had to ask if my order was ready. It was just sitting on top of oven for who knows how long. At least I didnt have to worry about getting burned with luke warm pizza n wings.

These guys really do make a good pizza and they always will honor a 2 for 1 price on their pizzas regardless of you having the coupon or not! Gotta love that deal! Free refrigerator magnets too!

Friends recommend this place, myg first time, Ordered online, says 45 min delivery. 90 mins later, no food. I call, get put on hold, hear a customer yelling at the workers about how terrible the service is, get hung up on after 5 min hold, call back, get hung up on again after I ask to speak with a manager! Call back, talk to manager and tell him Im displeased, been hung up on twice, he tells me that hed give me a discount, but cannot because I didnt order directly through the store! And that next time I should call the store and not use their online ordering system! What?? Pizza arrived 1 hour 45 mins and was cold! Never again, unacceptable customer service!

Grabbed a combo pizza and the giant chocolate chip cookie late on a Friday night. Waited in person and ate in parking lot. Burn your mouth hot, gooey cheesy pizza. Cookie was yummy! Too bad they didnt sell milk. Thumbs up all the way!

Ordered on-line. Waited a full 30 minutes before we left to pick it up. The website said that it would be ready in 35 minutes. We got to the location at 45 minutes after we ordered, and it hadnt even been made yet. Wasnt busy, so.........?

These guys are awesome! When I do my laundry next door, I get a little hungry. The Pizza Guys have Poppers and personal-size pizzas, salads, and ice cream. The pizzas and poppers are delish with the teriyaki sauce! Mmmmm....

These guys are awesome! They were even kind enough to work with a nonprofit and donated pizzas for an event collaborated with the boys and girls club. They were very kind helpful and cared so much.

I enjoyed ordering from this place until I received a pizza with a hair in it. I called and they sent me a new one and that one also had a hair in it!! I’m sorry but that is just unexceptable. This was at the San Leandro location.
