Ordered takeout on a busy Saturday night. Fresh out of the oven in about 20 mins. The crust is perfect. The owner/manager was super nice. The rest of the staff were working quickly to fill orders, and they were all very positive. The store and kitchen was clean. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Ordered a special order pizza and a pepperoni with extra cheese. Always good quality pizza with plenty of toppings. The lady inside was nice, told me I get a free 2 liter of soda (which I had no idea they did that). Definitely recommend.

Best bang for your buck pizza!! Ive been in Napa a little less than a year now, and seriously. This is the best pizza in town. Im not sure with what the North Bay calls pizza, but this is what i want on a Friday night, watching movies with my wife and kids. Its just my favorite. And the best priced!!!

Pizza Guys location looks like a bigger place from the outside. When you step inside, take four steps & youre at the order/pick up counter. Directly behind the counter is a small kitchen. This place is SUPER tiny. After all these years, I never knew it was just an oder/pickup pizza joint.The young gentleman behind the register was friendly & informative. There was a young lady assisting him. There was also the pizza maker. So these three are supposed to be the Pizza Guys? 🙄Got my pizza home. After what I had just seen at their location, I was really curious how the pizza tasted. It was an XLarge pepperoni pizza for $21 (included a $2 tip). I will gladly tip $5 if it was a full service, sit down experience.Took a bite into my pepperoni pizza. I could taste the cheese, the pepperoni, & the pizza dough. I didnt taste any Italian herbs/spices in the pizza sauce, the cheese tasted like basic cheese, the pizza dough was acceptable, & there was a decent amount of pepperoni on it. Is it a gourmet pizza with a gourmet price? NO. A typical XLarge pepperoni pizza at a very reasonable price? YES.The pizza was edible, my stomach felt fine after, it didnt put a dent in my wallet, it filled me up with leftovers for breakfast 🤣, & the young man behind the counter was pleasantly helpful. So, you want a decent single topping, XLarge pizza for ONLY $21, without drama or hassle? Then Pizza Guys is your place to go. A good pizza bang for your buck. I just expected to see more than a couple guys working at Pizza Guys. But hey, the young lady was prettier to look at! 😊👍

I ordered a pizza and a cookie online and the ordering process went fairly smoothly. I love that you can get a half pepperoni half Hawaiian pizza for no extra charge. Also a pint of ice cream came with the cookie deal so when I arrived to pick up my order they let me know I could take two cartons of ice cream because my order was over $20. Yay! Enough for the whole family! The pizza was hot and fresh and even my 4 year old enjoyed it (and she only really likes Costco pizza). All in all a great experience that I look forward to repeating!

I’ve been ordering from them for about two years purely because they used to be the only place that delivered around Napa. However with an average minimum delivery time of two hours every single order and a serious case of the upset tummy, I can’t justify it anymore. They don’t value their own coupons, discounts or deals and often say they’ve given you a full free large pizza coupon and charge full price. They tell you one price and charge you another. If they make mistakes they would rather gaslight you and treat you like an idiot than work on the situation. They always get your order wrong. The food usually comes soggy as well as the boxes, I’ve often called at the two hour mark and asked where the food is of which I’ll be told it’s just being made now. Now with doordash I don’t have to spend so much money on bad quality and service.

Very upsetting I ordered at 9:30am for a scheduled delivery at 11:45 for my daughters lunch due to distance learning starting at 12:30. When the babysitter called at 11:50 “the order way on its way” when I called at 12:00 “the order was on its way” when we called at 12:10 “the order way on its way” finally when I called AGAIN at 12:20 the order had just arrived. I would have understood they are having technical issues if they had produced decent customer service to make us aware of the delay however they choose to consistently dismiss us and our time line. I was offered a discount on my next order however I have no obligation or desire to order from Puzza Guys again. It’s ok to have IT issues but at least make an effort to make your customers aware.

This is my go to place!! Victor and the rest of the team always give amazing service. He always remembers my order and I have never received a pizza that wasnt perfect! I have been to other Pizza Guy locations before and sometimes not always so great. That is not the case for this location. I recommend it to everyone!

My experience is that you have to be careful when you order. I was trying to get the pizza guys combo it is priced at about 28 dollars online but this young girl at the register was charging 48.00 dollars, what??? I asked and she said that is the cost, no way if you advertise something at a certain price you have to honor that.

If the pizza wasn’t good I would have given no stars. I just left, opened the pizza and my mom took a slice before I could check. I paid for 3 toppings and there were only two. It’s not such a big deal until the “employee of the month” laughed at me and told me there wasn’t anything he could do. Maybe a coupon for my next purchase would have been nice. Or a free ice cream or something other than laughter and mockery. I absolutely LOVE the pizza guys in Vallejo. But the Napa one just lost my business. I work retail and laughing at your customers is NOT a good sign.

Its ok pizza, but a bit expensive for what you get. They always have deals or coupons somewhere, so never pay full price. Ive only had it delivered, I dont know what the inside of the store looks like. The drivers have been pleasant and prompt as have the people on the phone. It tastes like fairly cheap pizza, at inflated prices.

The food is really good but the staff and management were so sloppy and mismanaged. It felt like a college frat house were employed back there, cracking jokes and not being professional at all. The messed up my order and charged me twice. Id go back for the food, but only on a strong craving, if I feel like putting up with the staff.

Even on superbowl sunday, they came through with a delicious, PIPING HOT pizza in record time. When i noticed they forgot the side of ranch i asked for, i called & let them know. I honestly didnt want to impose on their hard working staff of delivery drivers to drive all the way back to my house for such a small side, but i just simply wanted to let them know as an honest constructive observation for future orders. They INSISTED on sending me a driver to make up for it, including 2 ranch sides (not even a charge, as they have never charged me for a simple side of ranch, let alone two). Thank you Pizza Guys for becoming my only choice when it comes to fresh, delicious pizza, as well as having an honorable and truly customer based focus. I have been in the service industry for many years, and it is refreshing to see fellow individuals for being so humble, gracious, and flat out REAL, when honestly most woyld not have insisted to go out of their way (on superbowl Sunday, at that!) you guys are awesome!

They hung up on me twice! I DO NOT Recommend this place they say “Hello this is pizza guys can you please hold” I told them “yes” and I waited for 5 minutes! And when they answered I said “hello?” And they hung up on me and I call again and they did the same thing!
