Wow! Incredible pizza!On a business trip & its massively hot tonight and I just did not feel like going out to pick up dinner. Id seen an ad for pizza, and thought why not? Even bad pizza sounds good today. So I searched for a delivery place. There were several around, and this one had good ratings so I thought Id give it a try.I totally admit Im cheap, so paying $22.50 for a 12 (med) Hawaiian pizza, plus $5.99 delivery charge (+tax & tip = $35.67) was definitely worth a second (and third) thought, but laziness and hunger won out.Delivery guy came right to my hotel room, almost 15mins earlier than quoted, provided plates, napkins, silverware and more parm & red peppers sachets than Ill ever use on a single pizza. Pizza was still hot, and delivery guy was friendly (who doesnt like a smiling guy delivering food?)Omg - the crust was incredible! Just the right amount of ham and lots of quality (Dole) pineapple - heaven.Best pizza Ive had in a very, very long time!!!!Ill definitely be ordering from here on future trips!

The pizza guys are very good. The new management is really good and service is great. I love their wings and their pizza is really good too. They also deliver and unlike others they are not late. All in all great. Recommended

Website ordering down, waited online for 13 min with no answer. Arbitrarily close earlier than posted hours. The pizza is good, the service is abhorrent. Unfortunate.

I just have to leave a five star rating for the pizza guys in Livermore and crew, and especially Lori. There was a mixup on a transaction that was on my end and NOT THEIRS. She made it right and went above and beyond what I expected. Working in customer service, I could really appreciate that. Just a great job and thank you!

Ordered online for pick up tonight, I get it’sHalloween and busy, but when I getThere and you tell me it’s going to be 5 more minutes then it’s going to be another 15-20 minutes. So I ran the kids home so they didn’t have to sit there and when I got back to the restaurant was told they were just making it. Don’t lie to me and say it will be ready soon when you haven’t even started it.

I was working outside after a long day on Nov 8th the day it was super cold and raining. I stopped by to ask if I could purchase a soda to allow me to sit inside before I got picked up by my ride to go home. Lori wouldn’t let me pay, and allowed me to sit inside until picked up. She even offered to let me stand by the oven to warm up. I appreciate her more than she knows, a little goes a long way!

I recently ordered from this pizza guys location and I had a little mess up on my order which was unfortunate. I reached out and got a very fast response from the store manager, Lori, sorry if I spelt that wrong. She was incredibly professional helpful and understanding in resolving my issue. She seemed very genuine and kind with her words and tone, Thank you again.

Sometimes we grab some pizza for our lunch break. Love Pizza Guys. If you pick your pizza up they throw in a free 2 liter and this place will actually give you plates, napkins, peppers (seeds), parmesan cheese to go. A lot of other places cut cost by not offering that anymore or only certain things so that is always nice that they still provide it all if you need it. I highly recommend. Enjoy 🍕 🍕

This place is our favourite pizza place. The new fireworks pizza is just awesome for spice lovers. The staff here is super friendly. Today the lady offered to carry the free soda till my car, that was super thoughtful and helpful. Keep up the good work.

We have a large family so we buy a lot of pizza, they always have good deals and their carryout promo is the best. The pizzas are always hot and tasty and theyre always adding new things to the menu. Variety is key when you have picky eaters. staff is always friendly and store always clean.

When Im home and Im hungry for pizza, this is my favorite spot.Accidently forgot to grab my wings one time and I came back for them, the owner told me that they forgot to remind me of my wings and told me next time I order they would give me free wings! Customer service at its best!I always do half and half XL specialty (half all meat and half cheese and bacon)All orders over 20$ total you get a free two liter or ice cream! My kid loves this.

Tried to order from here multiple times and they never pick up the phone and delivery on the website is not active.Not sure if they are extremely short staffed or poorly staffed or if they are just completely closed.Either way. I think we are giving up on Pizza Guys from Livermore. Sadly Pleasanton doesnt deliver to Livermore so we will be giving Door Dash Delivery the commission.

I was charged $18.42 without ordering anything from this place(pizza guys). I called, was told the manager was going to call me and I never received a call back. After I got hung up on, I had to call my bank and suspend my card because I felt like it will happen again. Now I have to wait on another card because this place is taking money from my account. Has this happened to anyone who rented a room at motel 6 in Livermore?

There are a lot of offers available, which is great for when you really fancy a pizza. This is just a place to order and either have delivery or take-out, not a dine-n place as there are no seats or tables for that. Their All Meat pizza has much more meat than specialty meat pizzas I have had from other stores.

For a take out place. One may think that there would be ample parking at the front for the customer. I arrived for a pick up, because the delivery was 1 1/2 wait. 6 employee cars parked in front of the store. When I asked about all the employees parking in front, the young lady replied they are all available for delivery. I said that does not make sense since it was a long delivery time…. She had no idea how to grasp the concept of customer service.

You dont have to listen to me, but I know a few things about pizza, ok? Ive been to NYC and had their toppings on a burnt cracker garbage that they call pizza. Ive been to Chicago and had their meat pies. Dont get me wrong, deep dish is good, but theres a reason them folks are so.... uh.... healthy looking up there in the windy city. Eating that daggon pizza keeps them from getting blown away!Pizza Guys nails a California style pizza. Fluffy, soft, doughy crust with a little corn meal on the bottom. Fresh toppings to your hearts delight in all forms and fashions and assemblages. Tangy hot wings that dont burn your lips off, but let your tongue know youre not eating cardboard. and the best part? Its almost like theyre GIVING pizza away! We can stuff the whole house for two or three meals on less than $30! And it tastes good? And they deliver? Say whaaaaaaaat?

Absolutely not the best pizza in the trivalley. Its OK pizza but they never are able to get the order right. We order thin crust and they NEVER make the pizza with thin crust. Their online ordering tool through their website is a piece of junk, dont bother trying to use it to place an order.
