They are normally great but today I don’t know what happened. It looked like they carried one pizza sideways and burnt the other. I called and told them about it and that I wanted my money back. She sent the driver back with my money which he didn’t give it all back and he took back the pizza. Worst service I ever received

This was becoming my favorite pizza place but then they decided to switch to door dash delivery which means I now have to tip the pizza place and the dasher, not happy about that. Gonna have to start trying other shops. Times are tough and money is tight.

Im a Pizza Guys ( College Greens ) lover. I order a Hawaiian style thick crust pizza weekly. I always have it delivered and I am never disappointed. Fresh Hot and yummy.

They rushed me off the phone during my order, got it wrong. I picked it up curbside. Their delivery driver in a red challenger blocks me in so he didnt have to park in a space, I almost hit his car. Didnt discover my order was wrong til I got home. Called them to fix it, they said Id have to call in the morning for the manager. Never did bc I work, not thinking about pizza. $30 wasted. Didnt enjoy the pizza

Good fresh pizza. Had all utensils: napkins, plates, etc. sticker on pizza box. Very detailed, organized, and pleasant experience to work with them. Have special variety, all sorts of pizza online. Everything done wirelessly through the website.

Ordered 6 large pizzas for 20 people (their website suggested 5 large) which look amazing. But they delivered it without plates, napkins, etc. After calling to let them know they said they forgot and sent the driver to re-deliver it. They sent me 9 plates, 8 napkins and 5 cheese packets. For 20 people. I guess we’ll each share a 1/4 teaspoon of cheese.

I cannot express how much these guys helped me out last night. I was at the emergency vet in the parking lot for *hours* waiting with a horrible unfortunate situation. Luckily Pizza Guys delivered a hot delicious pizza to my car in record time, with extra ranch which hit the spot! Thank you Pizza Guys, the pizza was delish and your kindness really helped a painful situation. If I could hug you I would. Yummy and kind! Hard to find in this world anymore.

One of the better pizza takeout places in the east Sacramento area. We had a half onion half sausage and it was pretty good. I like that they have multiple styles of pizza with a great selection of toppings. The online selection process is easy to use.

Great pizza! Good and on time deliveries. Been a customer of this location for a long time. Only problem is their online ordering system is HORRIBLE. Their computer doesnt pick up coupon codes very well. INVALID! INVALID!And, sometimes theres no button on the screen to complete the order and checkout. The problem is even worst with online only specials. So, then I end up giving up as I get a headache from it and I have to call in an order. Uuuugh! So, after all, I dont get that online special because it became a call-in order. I cant do it anymore. Gives me a headache ordering from Pizza Guys online.

Nice young people. Quick service. Local shop gives you a 2-liter soda or ice cream tub if you pick up in person. If you use online deals, it can be a considerable discount from retail pricing. Recommended. I like supporting the local economy.

A great pick-up and take home type pizza parlor. This place has an option listed on their refrigerated soda door cooler inside to scan the QR code mounted on the door from your smaetphones camera app. If you take their survey & just answer a few simple questions they give you a free pint container of ice-cream of your choice! Thats what I just did today! Delicious pizza served here too.

My fav place to get pizza. The staff are professional and quick. The pizzas are excellent, especially the taco pizza. Never got my order wrong. Honestly, best place to order pizzas.

Ok Im call the pizza guys and order mi pizza the cashier have really bud attitude when she is answer Im ask for combo and peperrony and cheese and she ask for $67.98 for pick up when i ask for manager and hes nice make less 7 dollars less so I got to the place she came to the cashier and again she have really rood aritud she look like she she have personal problems and she repear all tha bud energy to the customer idont think manager need tha employees around hem but she dont have to work inside with customers she class for engry management

I have to say that this Pizza Guy restaurant is the one and only pizza place we will order from now. Great prices, delivery, food and service. Top notch.I gave the decor a 1 simply because this is a takeout location. The store is clean and the adds dont make it look too busy.

Im only complaining now after multiple orders from them have arrived late.I placed my order for our office lunch party an hour before 12 and its already been over 1 hour and a half. I called them and they told me they dropped my pizza and had to remake it.If I knew they would take this long I would have cancelled my order entirely and ordered from Dominoes or Papa Johns. They deliver before the estimated delivery time, every time.

I just went in to pick up my pizza but the cashier wasnt able to take either MasterCard or Visa card. She kept on swipping my cards and said the POS system is not taking my card. It was super awkward and disappointing after driving 3 miles (4:00pm today, Thursday).

Terrible customer service over the phone on 7/16/20 at 6pm. Spoke with a woman the first time and then a man the second time I called. Both were highly unprofessional which caused me to cancel my pizza order.

This place is alright but you cant eat in. If they get super slammed with deliveries you could end up waiting a couple hours.. Pick up is strongly recommended... Especially if you have people over for a casual dinner.
