I have always loved this place till today. I have always ordered the same pizza and never had an issue till today.My pizza was raw and the cheese was not even melted. The pizza was cold because it wasnt even cooked properly. When I called the older gentleman over the phone stated I should of requested a well done pizza to have a properly cooked pizza. When I took the pizza back, he stated it was fine and the pizza sauce can cause it to be that way. I havent had pizza from other places be like this. This is frustrating because the pizza was clearly raw and cheese was not melted.Will never be returning to a pizza guys again.The pizza that was remade he stated it was well done but it wasnt. The crust is so light and the center is still doughy.

My daughter wanted pizza for her birthday, of course. So we chose to order from pizza guys. They did a wonderful job making all of the pizzas we had ordered and requested. The service from the staff was friendly and fast. The pizzas were wonderful, and the price was great as well! We will for sure be coming back here for pizzas in the future!

I SWEAR, I am never disappointed when it comes to Pizza Guys. Their doughy, flavorful, delish pizzas are such high quality that I feel gross eating at any other pizza place.This branch has such kind and friendly workers that carry on the amazing quality of the chain.I’m originally from SJ where there are only two Pizza Guys locations. I’m sooooo happy that they are more common out here!!

Today I went to pick up my Hawaiian bbq chicken large pizza for $22.83. One half of the top part is all pizza crust. I wish I can post here a picture. With this experience, I won’t be going back there again. Nothing beats around Table.

Its hard to beat Pizza Guys! They have excellent gluten free crust and great pizza variety. They also allow you to create custom options. Pizza isnt the only thing on their menu either and everything is good.Of all the pizza spots in town, this is where we default. Their service is great whether youre going in for a pickup or receiving delivery. They have a very decent online ordering system, which seems to be continually improving.Bonus: pick up in store and get a free 2L of soda or free ice cream.

One of the better local pizza chains in Sac/ Elk Grove. Combo and hawaiian are my fav, if you wanna try a white based sauce, garlic tuscan chicken is great too! Oh and cheezee garlic bread is soooo good!!! Usually wait until theres a coupon deal, so sign up for emails. And free liter of soda with pick up orders!

It’s always something. The pizza is extra greasy and the cheese sticks are extra greasy. So greasy, if you asked for well done, it would not be possible because all the grease on it. It doesn’t make any sense. If I wanted that much grease, I would just drink a cup. Even the cookie, it’s extra buttery. Like you can’t pick it up without it falling apart. It’s honestly ridiculous. I’d much prefer Chicagos pizza and curry, exquisite.

The first time I ordered from this location a couple months ago I was highly pleased! But since then I’ve picked up twice and the quality was awful 😣 The second time It was like they didn’t even know how to read an order or make their own pizzas! The specifications for toppings weren’t followed, it was soggy, and they even lost my order! The third time was awful too, they left off toppings on our flatbread, and the cookie pie wasn’t even fully cooked. I’m very disappointed, pizza guys is one of my favorite chains, but maybe choose a different location!

I ordered pizza from pizza guys in Elk Grove the one on elk grove florin road California… i told them to add pineapple and jalapeño in my classic vegetarian but when i came home there was no pineapple and jalapeño .. my kid and family didn’t like it and second order was buffalo chicken pizza i told them to put light sauce but they add white sauce on it and i also placed order for chicken teriyaki wings .. i thought the wings going to be like pizza huts wings with already marinated in sauce but they put very dry nuggets kind of pieces in box and gave me small side container of teriyaki sauce .. i did not expect that .. i paid 63 dollars for this order .. i want to aware people around don’t buy pizza from there ..

Great service; the manager answered all the questions and worked with me through the process and even gave me some discount. I had a party of 40 people and the manager personally made sure the pizza is ready on time boxes are signed drinks are cold and theres enough utensils for everyone. Definitely recommend this location for pickup and deliveries.

Oh my goodness!! I just waited a hour and half to get my pizza delivered to which I already paid for kind you online and they also forgot my soda!! Had nerve to ask me if he wants me to bring it back?? What! Well after waiting so long youd think they automatically get it before coming to my door and my pizza Cold.. My response is they can credit me for next time.. Thats sad, this is first time I ordered I normally go timeouts table.. They should have automatically sent me another pizza thats not cold and my soda to make it right.. SMH never again

The pizza took over an hour to get delivered and it was Luke warm at best. The quality was terrible. The delivery kid blamed it on his boss. Very disappointed and will never order from them again. I hope I dont get sick from eating this garbage.

Slightly disappointed. I have loved them, and only bought from them. I have ordered the same thing for years. Recently, they wont allowe to place my same order. They say that their manager wont allow it; Even though I have ordered it for years, and offered to even pay extra to keep my order, and they still said no. Looks like Im going somewhere else.. 😢😢

After seeing that the pizza makers werent wearing gloves or hair nets, we wont be going back. There were two guys that scratched their heads, chins and noses and with the SAME hands, dipped into the cheese bin and put cheese on the pizzas they were making. Not sure how they managed to get a green sign in the window.
