It’s very difficult to get a good pizza from Pizza Guys. The pizzas usually come overly crispy, or burned. The hot pasta came dry, and burned. I wasn’t the slightest bit impressed. The worst part is they don’t give you any ranch, which is supposed to come with the order. And when you ask for it, they try to charge you for it!!!

DEEEE-licious!!! I had no clue what I’ve been missing out on. I’ve been setting my money on fire with Round Table for years wondering if the pizza is going to be very good or COMPLETELY the opposite. Like one time where they forgot the sauce and tried to trick into thinking it was “hidden under the cheese” please man, my taste buds don’t make a conscious decision to lie to me.Anyway, these guys got it going ON. I knew the pizza was good when I delivered a DoorDash order from Windsor to Graton. I spring for the thick crust. Very friendly people from not only when I pick up DoorDash orders from them but my own orders. Plus they have insane deals all the time. I just bought an extra large for the price of a large, I don’t even know how they stay in business! Definitely worth your time.

This place is great! They were open early on a Saturday morning and, within 30 minutes of ordering, I was able to pick up 4 delicious pizzas at 9:30 a.m. for our Little League team party. Phew, they saved this team mom a whole gaggle of angry kids. Quick and super friendly service and yummy food. Ill be back for sure!

Pizza was good, but it would be helpful if their was a sign saying only takeout above the tables. I say that because their employees were giving us a weird look as to say your stupid for eating at a table with seats in our building. If you go to eat here, take your food and eat it somewhere else, unless you want to be in a uncomfortable atmosphere where their employees give you weird looks an talking about you sitting there. Not to mention, it did not say this place was for takeout only.

Pretty basic pizza joint, but the food is good for the price.Nothing in particular to write home about, but the one time they kinda mucked up my order they kicked in a free soda, so that was nice.Its certainly more affordable than other pizza joints on this side of town, so if youre on a budget this is a good bet.

Good, quick, inexpensive pizza. Check out their online deals before calling. They will not offer their specials/deals to you, you need to know them and ask for them when you order. 2 Lg 2 topping could be $50+ vs. $30 if you don’t say you want the special.

We ordered pizza online not knowing they didn’t deliver to Sebastopol. The website someone how entered the wrong address. We called to report and the owner got on the phone because we asked for a refund. We spent $80. We do not make a lot of money and so now we do not get to eat dinner tonight. It was a special occasion to order. He told us that he ran out of the money he has set aside for refunds. Saying he’s a small business and that he can’t make money giving refunds. He lied saying he’d drive over to the wrong address and if the random people hadn’t eaten our food that he’d refund us. He refused to do this and give us photo evidence that he actually went there to check. He told us he couldn’t refund without checking first and it was because he lost all the profit from making the the food. We asked how getting the food back from whoever got it would save him any money since he can’t resell the food. He was telling us he’d resell food that had been sitting out or already entered an apartment. When we questioned him because this would be a health code violation he started getting angry saying he didn’t have to answer any of our questions. And said different restaurants have different policies on reselling food that has gone out. We were shocked and disgusted. I can’t believe I’ve been coming here for years not knowing I’ve been eating pizza other customers have already put their hands on.

Excellence. Pizza guys has a nice crust, a tasty sauce, reasonable pricing, and quick service. Plus, they use GOOD bacon on their pizza. If youve had pizza with bad bacon on it, you understand the difference- all the toppings and even cheese are quality.If thats not enough reason to get you there, they offer a complimentary 2-liter soda for every take-out order over $20; thats including special offers and discounted items.So, I buy an XL pizza with 3 toppings, spend $30 after tax AND tip plus the free soda. Thats lunch for me, the wife, and leftovers for another lazy day. Even better if you have kids because they actually have really good multiple pizza deals online.

Good, consistent pizza. Fast, typically ready 15 minutes after online order. However, they make quite a few errors in toppings on build your own pizzas. If you point out the errors to them, they always offer to remake the pizza -- but I never want to wait.

Best gluten-free crust Ive had that wasnt homemade. For non-artisan, conveyor-belt pizza, these folks nail it. They have good sauce; neither too sweet nor too spicy, instead a nice blend that goes well with their cheese. Theyre fast and consistent.

Ordered a pizza that had very raw gummy dough which can make you sick according to FDA. It was thru door dash and delivered within a half hour from across town, including cook time, so of couse it was gonna be raw. The owner refused to deliver a cooked pizza because it was not in his delivery area. And told me to contact doordash for a refund. I just wanted dinner and now we have none and so far Im out 33.00 plus tip. I dont understand why the owner was not interested in keeping a customer happy since they were in the wrong!

Every delivery/take out restaurant in Santa Rosa has their issues, but, I have to say Pizza Guys, on Piner Rd., gets a 99% approval rating from me. Theyre quick, feature online ordering, pay attention to your special instructions, and - most importantly - make really tasty pizza. They seem to have happy employees, too, which means Im super-happy to tip them. Any pizza-lover, within their delivery zone, owes it to themselves to give Pizza Guys a shot. Stop reading reviews, and just order, already! :-)

Both Piner Road and Windsor locations have consistent quality pies. Pick up and save the delivery fee and get a soda or Ice cream included. Always look for specials on their website. Lots of options with crust, sauces and toppings. Owners are hardworking and active in the businesses.

Horrible customer service. Not sure if they recently changed owners but the pizza that was delivered was the wrong order. When I called to complain the owner/manager told me it was my fault because I ordered online. If he was following what the order said we wouldnt have been delivered two pizzas instead of one - both were the wrong order. If you are going to order from these guys make sure you call them because they do not care about making anything right. They just want your money. I paid $37.89 for food I couldnt even eat. Not to mention they didnt even want to fix it. I had to hang up on the guy because he told me it was my fault.On a good note - I used to order from them and the service was great. Very polite delivery guys - its just the manager that stinks

Pizza was hot and delicious. It was a busy football Sunday when I ordered 2 medium pizzas for pickup. Poor guy was swamped and shorthanded. He was definitely having a hard day but he was friendly and fast under pressure. We will be back.

That was by far the worst food Ive ever had. How this place has good reviews I do not know. Salad had a scoop of sides and came with a bag of croutons dressing in a squeeze pouch it was just iceberg lettuce in big chunks. We should have ordered Dominos and it would have been better and about 50.00 cheaper. Chicken wings were awful. I dont get it. Whatever you do, do not order from this place.

I love this Pizza guys. The gluten free pizza is always delicious, and I never get sick from cross contamination. That being said, it is always very sad when I get coupons in the mail and they always say ***gluten free crust excluded. Please send out some coupons I can use!

I loved these guys right up until the time that they delivered the wrong pizza...twice. The first time I said nothing, the second time I did and they offered 30% off a future purchase and I accepted.Tonight I called in to use it and they claimed they knew nothing about it and told me that if it doesnt pop up then they cant honor it, regardless of the fact that I have ordered at least 30-40 pizzas in the last six months. As a widowed father of three young kids, they were often my saving grace. Not anymore.They were rude and acted as if I were trying to pull a fast one. That is not the way to handle a regular volume customer and it certainly isnt worth losing my future business over.I will now take my business elsewhere and as a third generation Santa Rosan I wont hesitate to tell everyone and anyone who asks to stay away from Pizza Guys and to take their business anywhere else.

Sometimes I get stuck at office and cant go get lunch and on those days I use The people at Pizza Guys on Piner Rd. They are awesome, always come on time and food is hot. I am a big Pizza eater I get one from them once a week or more . I also have Tried the Flatbread and Buffalo wings love it all and priced great

Im a Pizza guys customer, but not in the Santa Rosa area. My California Army National Guard unit was deployed to the area for the Kincade fire. We couldnt find any businesses open that could deliver. I called this Pizza guys location. The owner him self delivered the pizza for me and my guys. Thank you so much for going out of your way Sir.

I got hung up on twice by a worker. I asked her to hold for just a second because we were trying to figure out what size we wanted, she didnt say can I put you on hold or anything and just hung up. The second time I called I said I just got hung up and she said can you hold but was really rude about it in was talking to my husband and said what a rude *** she heard me it wasnt meant to be said to her and said excuse me I was in the middle of saying why did you hang up on me and hung up on me again. I tried calling back and they didnt pick up, Idk if they had caller Id but the way she said can you hold.. was so rude I shouldnt have said the b word but it was so rude. I called the third time and asked to speak to a manager and she stated no manager was on site I told her Id come in tomorrow because it was just not okayAfter placing our order she didnt ask If we wanted delivery or pick up..she didnt ask if we were going to pay with card or cash or anything i mentioned that and then she said I did ask you just couldnt hear me I had her on speaker and everyone in the room said they were out of line. She was just trying to get off the phone. Then she told us it was going to take up to 1 1/2 for delivery and my cousin said hed just pick it up but she stated no because we were already charged. He said Idc if Im charged Id still like to pick it up. She hung up without saying anything else. They are so unprofessionalI love pizza guys but the workers now are so unprofessional. Idk if I will order again. Round tables is so much better!

Deceptive advertising offers free soda/ice cream with $18+ pizza order. Manager refused to honor the agreement because my pizza order also included breadsticks. Argued with me about it rudely and claimed if he gave free soda to everyone who spent $18 he would have to shut down the store.Got home to find I had none of the ranch dipping sauce I ordered for my breadsticks.
