Great staff, very kind and communicative. We usually order for delivery and the drivers are always quick but cautious when driving through our apartment complex. The drivers are also always very kind.Best pizza, best prices, never go anywhere else but Pizza Guys!

I received the wrong order and I called in to have the order fixed and I was offered a free soda next time I ordered and I said I would like to have the correct pizza delivered and was told to give the driver the wrong pizza back to receive the correct one. Ive been ordering from this specific location for the last 15 years give or take and I have never been told to give back the wrong pizza for the right one. I was always told to keep the pizza for the mistake and they will get the right one out to me as soon as possible

If I could give less stars I would. Been a customer of this establishment for years. This time we ordered our usual, weekly pizza and when it arrived price was way more than our usual order. Got no appreciation as a usual customer. We sent the pizza back. I hope they enjoy theyre pizza. We will NOT ever order another from this place! Buyer BEWARE!!

I always ordered their pizza before and it was good. I wanted to order a lot of pizza for the birthday party and they said they could do it. I counted on them, but eventually they said they cant make it and deliver. A big disappointment and bad customer service. Will never order a pizza from them.

Their pizza is a real good one. Their price surprised me a lot in a good way. The girls who work over there showed a great attitude welcoming me.I had a trouble finding them since the shop is very small one, but that was the first time. Overall, I am very pleased by their business and hope to try all of their pizzas.

So I have been here several times 10+ this time the staff was short tempered, no helIo nothing. Just a also usually I always get a free 2 L of some sort of beverage. Everyone staff wise prior to my visit today have been so awesome and friendly! It’s not a big deal it only cost me three dollars to get my root beer which I did but my order wasn’t ready when I was told it would be ready nor was it correct. I left a 15% tip which I regret now because I ordered online and picked up myself. I wasn’t asking anything extra just thought it would be a nice gesture. Either way the pizza is delicious I just wish I would’ve got my free soda pop lol, as well as some sort hello, thank you, or goodbye, have a nice day would be even nice. Nothing, felt like I was talking to a robot but hey, maybe I was? Poor customer service and I unfortunately probably won’t be back.

Russian Pizza company - but it’s cheap, and great quality. The kids who run this place are supper nice. And some kind of voodoo magic will text you when your pizza is done. So, that’s legit! Get pizza from these guys. Their like the chick fil a vibe. Nice folks!

It use to be a good place to order good pizza. Lately deliveries are late and orders are messed up. Ordered my pizza on the white sauce today, waited for it for an hour vs 45 min and got my pizza on the red sauce. They are dropping the ball big time. It’s not the first incident with them.

We order online for delivery often and our orders are always made correctly and delivered hot, fresh and fast. So far, I love everything but I have never gone in to pick up an order so I cant comment about their brick and mortar service yet but, their drivers have been very polite. I prefer The Pizza Guys over that Gigantic Pizza Place (name has been slightly changed) next to 7-11 near Antelope Road and Zenith Drive. Give The Pizza Guys a try! They seem to work really hard at putting out a great product.

Oven too damn hot! Pizza was overdone on the bottom, dough was gummy, had burn blisters, and the sauce was bland. Will never be back! One star counts for the general politeness of the staff. Very nice folks, pizza left a lot to be desired.

This business is off a very busy street (Antelope & Roseville Rd.) It is very dark in the front as building lights were not on & can be a tripping hazard as well as someone could easily get jumped trying to go back to their car.

Never had a problem until tonight 5/12/21 called at 430 was told it would take 45min which is about right but an hour 20 went by called they said driver left and should be there any minute waited another 20min then called back the driver gave my order to someone else very mad and frustrated especially when they already charged me why did driver not call me when they clearly had my number and make sure it was right address supposedly there trying to fix it but will food be right and not spit in this will be last time I go to pizza guys was looking forward to them tonight but dont if it will even come now
