Used to be my favorite pizza place, not anymore. Ordered garlic chicken, Hawaiian and a garlic bread sticks. I dont know if its hard or what but all the chicken wasn’t putting all over pizza but only on one side and other sides was just empty with green onions and cheese, the other issue was the Hawaiian pizza was on red sauce even tho it should be always on white and I told them twice to make it on thin crust and they made it on regular. I have no more trust for them. I’m switching for other pizza place.

The man at the register not only was rude on the phone but was extremely rude and difficult in person. Long black hair with glasses. You could use some more training in customer service. I was nothing but kind throughout this whole experience in hopes you would switch your mood.

I used to live around the corner and go here every couple of months. It was not a good experience, so when I went today (for the first time in a couple years) I did not have high expectations. However, the new staff is positive and friendly and the pizza was the best Ive had in a while!

Im pretty satisfied with this location ive ordered online there now a few times since i moved to the area they are always on time and super nice at checkout. The pizza is always stacked with toppings so i cannot complain at all

Always good pizza here. Their staff are friendly and helpful, the pizza is always ready on time, and it’s easy to go in to pick up. The free soda for picking up is always a nice touch too.

I have ordered twice from this location . I love pizza guys. The only chain pizza I have liked. My kids love it. However, the last two order have missed items. I am disheartened by this. I even said I would pay for whatever is extra. I called to inquire. They just said you didnt order that. Ummm listen to audio ...um yes I did. Not order for. Thai location again period!

I absolutely love pizza guys and this location specifically. I just wonder why the online ordering hasnt worked for a good 4 months now. I used to get the best deal. About $25. I just ordered it without extras and I assume the delivery is about $6. Wondering why my total came out to almost $39. Whats going on?

Pizza is delicious the staff works as quickly as they can. Just like any other place they get busy and sometimes it can be a bit of a wait (1hr+) but its totally worth it. I usually get stuff during the slower times and get my pizza in about 20minutes.

Service is terrible! we were walking home with our little daughter, we had to pick up a pizza on the way! everything did not work at the cash register, there is no card, I gave her money, she opened the cash register, I have change, but she said that if she gives me change, there will be no others! she told us to go home ... my baby was hungry and started crying that we were not given our order ... I was very disappointed! the manager came and looked at me...he saw that I was Ukrainian and spoke with an accent and didnt even decide anything (is this some kind of classification of people by race?!)) when the Americans came, the attitude was completely different....pay attention to the managers attitude towards people is very terrible, I am disappointed with the attitude towards me... and the service...

We usually try other pizza venues just to see who makes the best in the neighborhood. Well...since my brother Samson in Antioch favored Pizza Guys, we decided to try them. It was delicious, not burned, not hallow and made just right. I like their choice of white or red sauce. Most of all, enough cheese. The price was right because my family wasnt going to pay for an expensive $30. pizza! We would definitely recommend this location in Citrus Heights, CA. Just a note: Customers can tell when pizzas are made with heart not just workers making it quickly.

Horrible quality and prices. Order a 8.99 cookie pizza and this is by far the worst Ive ever had the whole cookie was burnt and zero sweetness like they used sugar free chocolate and I paid almost $20 for a 10 inch that turned out to be no more than a personal size pizza. Wouldnt recommend

I actually used to order from here all of the time. At least once a month and sometimes as often as three. So there is a great deal of quality to the establishment. But last week I was charged three times for a meal that should have been just under $35. That is over $100 for an extra large pizza and a drink! Despite my efforts to get a refund nothing has happened yet. This review could probably change but honestly after the stress of losing so much money I am not sure I can order from here again even if I do get my money back. Was probably ordering too much pizza anyway and this is some kind of sign.

Fire every time! I live super close by to this location. It never fails me! CONSISTENT! Not gunna lie, it was hot AF in there tonight, which Ive never noticed before, the guys were still such great moods and my pizza is still superb! These guys deserve a raise! Product not appealing. Millennial zombies who just want to go home. I know that we all have to start somewhere but the turn of the times have kids learning less than I did. I had to start doing my own laundry at 11, cooking family meals at 12, got my first car and a job at 14.. Its not the same these days. They cant count change back properly. If I give a penny with my $20 bill, the look on their face is like deer in headlights. Extra cheese wasnt extra. Prices too high.

I just now recently discovered this piece of parlor. Im all good age that I cannot eat certain types of pizza that I used to enjoy. I now am able to eat more than one slice of pizza without an upset stomach and heartburn. I do plan on going back.

I just moved to Citrus Heights and Ive ordered from the Pizza guys 2 times now. . I have to say that their Chipotle Chicken pizza is literally the BEST pizza Ive had in a LONG TIME!!! Delivery drivers have been SUPER great and the pizza is AMAZING!!! Im a super happy customer and will order their pizza from here on out!!! 😁😁😁😁😁😁Ok, so 2.5 years later, I am still in love with this pizza!!!! Ive tried quite a few different pizzas and my family and I LOVE every single one!!! Tonight, I got the Hawaiin Delight with Jalepenos and an all meat. . SO BOMB AND AMAZING!!!!! It was good pizza. I stopped ordering here because the quality started going downhill. I have ordered twice in the last month. Both orders were wrong. I asked for a new pizza made the way I ordered it and I received a thin crust that looked like garbage both times! The pizza I just received tasted like garbage. Rancid cheese, old dough and it was so thin I put my finger through the slice while trying to take a bite! I just threw it out and cooked a digiorno. I cant feed my son garbage and Im certainly not going to call off work sick from food poisoning!

I called Pizza Guys a few days ago to place an order for delivery and when I called, they asked for my phone number, confirmed my delivery address and then asked what I would like to order, I placed my order and I was very clear on the size of the pizza I wanted and what kind, I ordered a few other items and he gave me my total and told me it would be about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes for them to deliver, so instead I said that I was going to pick it up because it was too long. The guy I spoke with told me that in that case it would be about 25 to 30 minutes for it to be ready. When it was time to pick up the pizza, I go to pick up my pizza and the employee brings me my order and its completely wrong. I ordered a large, they made a medium, I ordered a pizza that was half garlic chicken half pepperoni, they made it all garlic chicken. So when I told him thats not what i ordered, he tells me thats what they have as the order. I told him again that they made my order wrong and be showed me the receipt that he printed and tells me again well thats what we have as the order. So I told him that whoever took my order must have taken it down incorrectly and he proceeds to tell me again that its what they have as the order and gives me the receipt for me to see for myself. As if the person who took my order couldnt have possibly taken it down incorrectly. He kept repeating himself as if hes trying to convince me that they couldnt have made a mistake instead of apologizing and offering to remake the order. So I asked him if he would like to listen to the recording of the phone call when I placed my order and he said, and I quote actually yes. (I record all my phone calls, and it comes in very handy in situations like these). So I get my phone, turn on the recording on speaker and hand him the phone, he listened to almost the whole recording before he handed the phone back and asked me if I wanted them to remake the pizza and said that because its going from a medium to a large that the price will go up and it will be a 10 minute wait. I told him thats fine because Im not feeding one or 2 people, so I needed the large that I ordered. He didnt even offer to keep the price as a medium for the inconvenience and the hassle and they took 20 minutes to make it anyways. He didnt even apologize once for that. He had an attitude and acted as if Im the one in the wrong. Smh. Pizza Guys does not know how to take care of their customers, this is not the first pizza guys that Ive encountered that has made a mistake and refused to own up to it. Its almost as if they choose to hire people who lack customer service skills.

I order a large grilled chicken with feta cheese on pizza. my chicken was spoiled I throw up my pizza. I call this location there was no managed on staff I was told he might be in tommorrow. I called that morning on manager. I call there so called corporate office. I was told the owner of this pizza guys would call me back. I received no call from him. So I called the same location aging were I orders my pizza asked for the manager he answered I told him what was going on I told him all I wanted is my $ 24.22. back he was very rude asked a few questions I told him I called your so called corporate office and the owner was suppose to call me reguding this matter. So he said very rudely I will call you back and slammed the phone down. I work in a restaurant for 3 yrs. My manager were i work at would never let a guest be miss treated at all. I have orderd pizza from this location many times I had no problems. But I will never order from this place or pizza guys every aging. I just want my $24.22 back.
