Ever since the new management the store looks great, it’s nice and clean and The store looks a lot more opened. You can definitely tell the atmosphere has changed. The employees are nice and helpful. I would highly recommended the cut and crispy pepperoni pizza, it’s delicious

I went into the store a few weeks ago. I thought I give Pizza Guys a try after some time. I was astonished by the friendly service I received. I was greeted with with a smile and was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. The food was prepared by the time they told me it be ready for. Not waiting around but not feeling rushed to leave the store either. The food was presented well, just like the poster and was hot. I will definitely be going back there and making this my new regular place for my pizza. Great service, thank you!

Ive been ordering from here for about 4 years now. My pizza is always fresh and hot af. Always arrives about 45 minutes after ordering. Ive only had 1 issue where they forgot my soda but they immediately brought it. They have good coupons and deals and a good rewards program where you earn free pizzas.

UPDATE - 5 star: The manager personally phoned me and made it right. He was very kind and sincere. We just ordered more tonight, since he made such a gesture of goodwill.Tonight it arrived on time and was delicious.ORIGINAL- 1star: We had a very pressing issue on Friday night. Pizza Guys used to be reliable and delicious, so I ordered through them. Not only did it say it would take 90 minutes to get their pizza to them, but then it did not arrive anywhere near that window, which left us in more of a bind and extra stress. I called the place twice and both times they claimed our pizza was out for delivery. The first time, it seems that wasnt true, as it should not have taken more than 5-10 minutes at max. From the time of the first call to see why the pizza is late and they claimed it was out for delivery was over 30 minutes.I did not leave an immediate negative review, because I wanted to try to resolve it through corporate first. However, that did not work. I have sent them two contact us emails and theyve not responded to either. Theyve had 4 days.So heres the deal. If something goes wrong, dont expect them to make it right. Until they get decent management, I would refuse to do business with them.

Loyal customer, left a tip. No ranch dressing with my salad. Called them within a few minutes after my delivery to let them know. No attempt to accommodate. Offered me a free salad next time. I told them I dont have ranch dressing here for this salad and was very polite in asking for someone to possibly drop some off when in the area tonight. Sad to say, bye bye pizza guys. Youre welcome for my money and keep your stupid reward points.

Just ordered a pizza 45 minutes ago... and they just called and said that they will be two more hours... that would mean our pizza delivered at 10 pm?I understand than we are in crazy times... but they took our order... how could they non know there was a three hour delivery window?Totally unacceptable.This was a five star pizza joint... but five stars require the ability to get the product.Update: So I was just thinking about this... We have ordered pizza from pizza guys a lot. To call us 45 minutes after our order to say it would be two more hours... and not offer some form of discount or even free pizza... As a result, I am dropping to one star and will not order from them again.This is a crazy time... but that does not excuse lousy customer service.

The pizza is good, the service is great. The people there remember my name, my order and they are fast. I love this place! Been coming here since 2016 and havent had any complaints, there is new management now and this place is better than ever! Friendly staff, and food is delicious, be sure to check out their new cup and crisp pepperoni duo, one of the best specialties next to the chipotle chicken.

Have had their pizza 4 times now, every time it gave me an upset stomach. They have a problem with either the freshness of ingredients or cleanliness. Tastes great but your guts will pay the price.

Always have a good experience from this location, either ordering take out or delivery. Pizzer is always ready fast and popping out of the oven right when I pull up or already ready for me. When I get it delivered the driver is always friendly and on time. We order pizzer a couple times a month and will keep going back to this location!

I was happily surprised with the quality and quantity for the price I paid. I recently had done some other local places where it was on the higher end of cost. However, was again very happy with the overall experience and taste. Thank you. Will order from here regularly for pizza night.

Picking up pizza here is always a long wait and on top of that I met two male clerks who said I was picking up when I arrived. He doesnt check the order, he just says 5 to 10 minutes habitually. He doesnt care how long it actually takes.

Ever since management changed this has been my go to spot for pizza. I cant imagine going anywhere but here. my experience has been so amazing every time I came in. The staff is great. the new management has really turned thing around. Definitely the best pizza in town!!!!!!!!!!

I go here because its the closest place to where I live, but I wouldnt go here if there was a pizza place closer. Even with coupons it is still expensive (26 bucks for two medium pizzas) and when you bite into a pizza with a pit still in your kalamata olive, its disappointing to say the least. Most of the time the pizza is decent, but not worth the high price.

This is the Cell Block 99 of Pizza places . We all know Vince Vaughn has his reviews paid for on rotten tomatoes and any good reviews of this place have to be the same . The pizza was on a pre made crust and if it wasn’t pre made it was of poor quality . It was greasy . It had little to no taste but left a terrible after taste that we couldn’t pinpoint . Me and my wife were unable to decide if it was the sauce the cheese or the toppings . This was our first and last time ordering from here . Good pizza is hard to find around here and this place just isn’t helping us to want to try more places . Perhaps it’s time to just make it at home .
