I ordered curbside pick up and waited more than 10 mins while the staff was on break. I had to get off and ask for the pizza. I told them I ordered curbside but like many fast food places the staff didn’t care at all. PIZZA HUT please do something about the TIP feature, you want the customers to leave a tip before knowing the type of low quality service we will receive? Definitely won’t be coming here again.

I was a walk-in at the El Cajon store and ordered two meat lover melts with extra cheese, I was told it would take ten minutes while I waited. Twenty minutes later they couldnt find my order so they made me a new order. This one only took ten minutes, but when I checked it - it was extremely hard (over cooked) and appeared to have NO cheese, so much for being a melt! So instead of wasting more of my time: I took the two melts, donated them to one of the local homeless encampments, and went to Dominos Pizza to get something edible. The homeless were very appreciative, but Pizza Hut has definitely changed for the worse! I will NOT be returning.

Pizza was ok, I got the pan pizza and normally the crust is soft and puffy but this time it seemed over cooked on both pizzas. I also got the cinnamon rolls and ordered extra icing that they forgot and had to go back to get & the Large cookie I was very hard and crumbled. It was not warm or soft like the pizza hut on Chase and Avocado, seemed like it had been cooked way ahead of time and definitely over cooked!

I called this place tonight to order some pizza. When they asked me for my name I said Pete, then the lady said, Me? and I said no, Peter. So right then I knew it would be a challenge.When I asked for specials or deals they were offering she still didnt understand me. So communication was the first issue. I ordered a large 3 topping with stuffed crust. I asked for extra sauce, pepperonis and cheese.As you could see from the photo, there was hardly any extra sauce on the pizzas. I also asked for square cut by that never happened as well. Instead I extra cut it myself as you could see in the photos. The crust was also really, really thin.Now normally I go to Little Ceasars but this time I went to Pizza Hut for the stuffed crust. Needless to say Pizza Hut failed to deliver and I regret not going to Little Ceasers instead. For a lower price I couldve had a better pizza.Ill really think twice before going here again or recommending the place to family or friends. Ill give them this though, I went to carry out and when I arrived my pizza was ready. At least service was fast so 2 Stars instead of one. They missed 3 ok stars cause they didnt square cut or put extra sauce.

It’s actually been years since we’ve had Pizza Hut, and this was a sweet reunion. Our order was ready within the stated time, the service was friendly, and when I was handed our pizza boxes, they were HOT. The pizza was delicious and not greasy. Two thumbs up. :)

My son earned a free personal pan pizza from his school reading program. We dont usually order from Pizza Hut since there isnt one in Santee any longer, but I told him we could do his free pizza tonight. I went to order online, but I couldnt add his free pizza so I proceeded to try to call FIVE times to try to place an order (This was also at 4:30PM). The first two times, the call center on the other end said they would transfer me to the store. I waited on hold 10 minutes each time. Called back again and they transferred me but then all I could hear were the employees in the background talking and no one picked up my call (like they picked up the phone and just left it off the hook). Tried again and they answered and hung up right away. It had become one of those Im determined to get a hold of someone... situations but I was so frustrated that I knew Id say something and probably end up being concerned about what came in my pizza. I wont be using this Pizza Hut again.

Pizza done right! Exactly what I ordered, super fast and HOT. I dont mind paying a delivery fee for this kind of service. I order online and Pizze Hut really lets you get EXACTLY what you want with options for crust, sauce, ingredients and extras. OH, the wings were great also!

This Pizza hut location is my go to, its close near my apartment also. I tend to always place an online order, very quick, convenient and simple. I always tend to get carryout. I get pan pizza, which is yummy, the sauce amount is good. The toppings are yummy, fresh and I usually get half cheese and sausage plus pepperoni. The cheese bread stick are/were good. The pizza is also good next day, just warm in oven

Im more than one occasion this place is charged my credit card and not even brought my food even when ordered for you prior to them closing. They seem to close early as quite regularly and when you order online and its within 30 minutes before they close you wont receive a phone call you dont receive your food and you will receive a refund unless you give them a call and tell him that you didnt get your food the next day. In the meantime your order says processing and it never changes. They should not have the hours of operation on the website if youre not going to adhere to them at least most of the time. Ive had this happen to me twice or they just never showed up never called never did anything

I order online from here 1 every 2 weeks or so. The service is always Super fast! I usually get my pizza in 20 minutes! It always is hot and fresh. Delicious pizza is what keeps me coming back. The drivers are always super nice and friendly. They always thank me for the tip. ALWAYS Tip. Gas is expensive! The only small gripe I have is that they could slice the pizzas a little better. Sometimes i have to cut them myself and I don’t have a pizza slicer. I still love this location and will be coming back.

They did give us a credit for another pizza but skimped on the cheese. I prefer Pizza Hut over Dominos but I never had this issue at Dominos off of East Main near Pepper.

I wont be back. I ordered over the phone for carry out, but when I showed up, they didnt have my order. They said it might be at another location, apparently they have a call center, but couldnt be troubled to find out where my order was. I called the call center back and they placed me on hold for several minutes trying to find a store manager. Not sure how they stay in business like this. I eventually gave up and went to King Pizza around the corner for more pizza at a better price.

At first we were disappointed because we received a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni as ordered over the phone to the busy rep... after being disconnected 3 times trying to call in. When I called to let them know about the mistaken pizza that was rapidly being consumed by my family, there was no hesitation on them sending out another pie with the correct topping. The new pizza was even better than the cheese so all ended well and thats good customer service. It wasnt ever made to be my problem and I appreciate that. Thanks!

The rudest employees and worst customer service... they charged my card for someone elses order and told me they could not refund the charge until the manager got in next week. While talking to one of the employees, he started speaking to me in a condescending manner. When I asked him why he was speaking to me that way he said because HE WAS FRUSTRATED.... really!?!?! This place makes you feel like youve come home. Always bustling, so many servers with smiles and a warm, charming ambiance. My children beg me to take them as much as possible and we dont live in the city. The pizza is just perfectly crisp and flavorful. I love the shrimp appetizer in a lemony, garlicky marinara with crostini, yum! I also love the tender eggplant Parmesan. The salads are also very crisp and fresh! The wings are also a must try. Good pizza thought the large was more of a medium size so was kinda dissapointed with that, we had ordered the pepperoni stuff crust which was good just wish it had been a little bigger for what they charge. I usually order authentic Italian pizza from our favorite spot on 2nd st but they are closed on Tuesdays so Pizza Hut was the next best thing since we didnt want to drive to far and they are down the street.
