2022-07-28 03:51:12The lomo saltado is amazing! Some of the best Ive had in California. The aji had good flavor, but didnt have the heat I hoped for. Had to slice up some Serrano peppers to give myself a proper roasting. The ladies were very generous in giving me extra aji as it were. Will be coming back.
