Want to get Plucked tonight?This place has a Pluck ton of options between the chicken sandwiches and Pluck Sauce, Nashville style chicken sandwiches with hot as Pluck or pretty plucking hot sauce, tacos, chicken and waffles.The food we had was plucking good. I didnt try to get beer though.There are TVs if you want to come and hang out.When you leave youll always be reminded to Have a good Plucking Day

Want to taste Nashville Hot Chicken style food locally? This is the place! The food is made to order so its delicious and fresh. The spice levels are on point. Didnt have enough courage to try the highest level of spice yet. Theres options for non spicy as well. The quality of the food is great.

Everything. If you are looking for a little hidden gem, with great tasting chicken sandwiches and wings and yes BEER..this is literally it folks. The food was amazing, and the service was second to none, Tasha was our service for the afternoon and worked diligently as more and more guests poured into the establishment. My family and I felt at home and relaxed too. Thank you Tasha for being the best hostess. An added bonus is this place has television, to enjoy your favorite game..

Friendly service, good food and lots of choices in the touch-screen soda dispenser (non-soda, diet soda, low-sugar soda, regular soda).My friend and I ordered Naughty Nash sandwiches, he went with a hot spicy level, and I chose medium. It had a moderate heat level, and I liked the meat could be either fried or grilled. My side was the jalapeno sweet heat slaw, a different twist on an otherwise mundane BBQ side. My friends crosscut fries were crispy with a warm soft center.

Honestly I dont know how this place doesnt have higher star ratings! I absolutely loved this place! The people were friendly, it was very clean, and the food was so good!!! I ordered the Nashville and it was huge sandwich! Like the fried chicken itself was a big piece and it was so delicious! Messy, on my end, but so good! Plus the fries were perfect, like crispy perfect. It came out so quick and was incredible! I am truly impressed!

The chicken tenders are super juicy and have a lot of meat in them with just the right amount of breading and the Nashville tenders got some serious kick to them! I didnt even order the spiciest option and Im kind of glad I didnt because the middle option was almost too much for me. They were sill absolutely delicious though. The angry tenders were definitely my favorite flavor out of everything I tried.

I walked in right at 9:00 pm. I thought they close at 10:00. I asked the lady (I assume she is the manager) if they’re closed. She said that technically they’re closed but she can take an order. I was able to see the workers in the back wrapping up and cleaning. She rang me up and gave me my order with a smile. People like that make a difference. Flexible and didn’t want to turn me back. Aside from the good food they serve, this interaction touched me and would definitely go back for this level of courtesy and service!

First impression: the staff was super friendly and helpful, they explained how the beer taps worked very well. The food came out fast, and I cant stress this enough: it was EXTREMELY good! I havent had any sort of chicken sandwich that was this good in a very long time. I got the chicken and waffle sandwich, and my friend got the Sticky Chicky, which was also very good. 10/10 do recommend checking this place out when you can.

This is as the name implies a Chicken eatery.You either order via a computer or at the counter. Every thing is fried. I had the chicken sandwich and my wife had chicken tacos. They both tasted the same, spices but was good. The only negative side of the place was the loud music, we almost had yell when talking to each other.

The food is excellent, if you like spicy food the Naughty Nash is my go-to choice. The waffle fries and the mini donuts are amazing. If you love breakfast type meals, the chicken and waffles are a great choice. There waffles have just the right amount of sweetness while still being crispy and fluffy. I have a hard time not wanting to go here more than I should, its that good!

Let me first say I really enjoyed my Rooster meal with a side of mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was surprisingly creamy and a decent size for the price. My guy says he enjoyed his meal as well, which lies my problem. I was going to order online but he wanted the nashville hot patty instead of the regular chicken patty. He didnt want to put that in the special requests box and he not get it, so I tried calling. Twice! No answer. Expected them to be super busy upon arriving but they were just talking amongst themselves. That was disappointing.They accommodated his request, without issue And the food was ready in less than 10 mins. Ill likely be back to have the rooster with the med hot Nashville patty.

The food was really good. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because I felt the fries were too crispy and a little dry. They provided our group with good service and our food came out faster than I expected which is nice when you have a limited time to eat.

Last night was our first experience and it was a flawless experience. After retiring from the restaurant business I can be rather picky having run,owning and opening and building six.Walking the first thing I noticed was it was immaculate. Everything was stocked, cups,lids,utensils,straws,napkins.All the employees were all wearing the same shirts. The cooks had gloves on. The back kitchen was clean. The stainless steel was clean. All very positive signs of a well run place. The young man who took our order was very polite, called my wife mam and we threw ten dollars in the tip jar.I had the standard chicken sandwich with the fries. The wife had the chicken tenders with fries all non spicy. The place was empty except for us and one person. Lots of big door dash orders though.Our food came out very quickly and was blazing hot. It was delicious! They were continually bombarded with Doordarsh orders up until closing time. As we were finishing one young man from the back kitchen brought us more chicken breasts for no charge and more dipping sauce. I was full. He said no problem and boxed them up for us to take home. I use to do the same thing at my restaurant. If I had extra I would always give it away to my customers at the end of the night.So? Perfect score. Clean, nice, polite, very tasty. Go give them a try. We will add them to our top five places to eat in San Ramon. My waistline is in danger of getting bigger. I just heated up what they gave me......My cats loved it also. Cheers!

Had lunch here for the first time. You can do an online order, but I called in. When you enter they also have tablets to side where the condiments are to make your own order.For the most part I really enjoyed my lunch. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich meal, for my side I chose mac n cheese. Mac n cheese cup seems very small but the mac n cheese sauce was very thick so the small was very filling. White sauce and a good amount of black pepper which I love.Reason for the 3 stars. The pickles in my sandwich were sweet. They had a nice little crunch to them, but they were not sour at all, just sweet. Ended up taking a few out. Ate my order there and was disappointed that my chicken wasnt crunchy. It was warm, but you could tell it probably sat for a bit. The time I ordered and picked up was about 15 minutes. Chicken piece was a nice size and buffalo and blue cheese queso had a good flavor, but left disappointed in my fried chicken. My total came out to a little over $15 and it felt like $9. Mostly cause of how excited I was for the chicken.Will come again, looking to try the wings !

I like my wings cooked to where the skin is crispy and this place cooks them to perfection. Ive tried a couple of different coatings, they were all delicious. Ive also had a sandwich here, very good. The sides are a tad pricey though. I like this place, Ill eat here again.

The nacho fries were cold. The server was clueless about Covid rules. Didn’t want us to dine-in at all and made every effort to do so.Poor service and fried chicken in the sandwiches were not cooked properly.Very poor experience and will not recommend this place at all! This is a unique experience, which I really wanted to like, but missed the mark. The food we tried was just okay at best. The mac n cheese is pretty bland. My buffalo chicken was okay, but my wifes tweety bird didnt appeal to her, and she ended up throwing away most of the chicken. Waffle fries are pretty plain, not worth the money.We really came for the self serve beer, which is a cool concept, but limited to 12 varieties. Also, there seems to be a $14 pour limit. The beer is sold by the ounce, and prices are clearly marked. They also display caloric content as well as ABV. What irritated me here is that I asked for $15 on my card, and the cashier didnt say a word about a pour limit. Now I will have an extra card to carry around until I return.

I loved the chicken sandos when they used to be available at Sauced. Now...I dunno what changed, but they are just not the same. The chicken breaking doesnt seem as crispy and both times Ive gone much greasier than before at Sauced. I miss the og sandwiches. I really hope they get things figured out or back to when the fried chicken was amazing. I believe the chicken tenders my wife got were thigh meat. Usually I like thigh meat but not as a tender and my wife didnt enjoy them at all.. And both times Ive picked up food here there was something missing from my order. Really annoying when you drive 18 minutes away to pick it up to get and find something missing. My fault for not checking that all the items were there and correct. Still annoying though and definitely not going back for the cinnamon butter that was supposed to come with the biscuits I ordered because then you just have dry biscuits that just arent worth eating. Also, whats with the biscuits? Theyre more a roll than a biscuits thats for sure.

Great 2 days ago, but today was another story! Polar opposite... the worst. I got a 16 long weed with branches and flowering top in my salad, literally an unknown weed, not in the edible family of greens!Couldnt eat the salad after pulling that thing out.My wifes salad had slimy tomatoes, a huge chunk of a lettuce base just above the root (reddish), very little blue cheese, a very strange taste to dressing... and not a good one.Not sure if businesses think cause its a pandemic that quality and service dont matter anymore, but...The kicker was, is we asked the store manager about a refund and to try sending again but free, he basically let us take the option of going elsewhere for our business. Needless to say, we wont be returning even though we had a great meal two days before. Not even to offer a discount, future order free/discounted... nothing, as though our business doesnt mean anything.

Almost all of their chicken offerings have some sort of spicy component. I appreciate that very much, but unfortunately other people may have a hard time with it. Its too bad they dont offer some less spicy options too, such as their chicken and waffles with just plan maple syrup instead of the spicy version they currently offer. The only real issue I have is the price of their side dishes. Their spicy coleslaw is the same price as their Mac and Cheese provided in the same potion size. Either they are discounting the Mac and Cheese or their slaw is overpriced. I believe its the later.

Last week I enjoyed a 10 PC wing. It was ready extremely fast and everything was cooked properly. Great first experience. 5 stars.Today, I ordered 10 pc wings. Walked to bofa atm and on return trip it was ready. (Scary fast). The wings were so bad today. Extremely chewy and slightly undercooked and also quite soggy. I suspect they precook them and warm them up in sauce when ordered. I would prefer to wait for fresh food. Waste of 15 bucks. 0.5 star. Bad experiences are more memorable then good. So 2 stars.

My first time visiting today, talked to gentlemen who I am assuming is the manager because there was younger adults doing the work, but after telling him this was my first time here, he explained that I order from a tablet screen with pictures. I ordered something called sticky chicky which in the picture looked like a sandwich, and buffalo blue fries to go. When I got back to my work desk I was surprised. One, how small the two little boxes where inside the bag for $15, but also I didnt receive what I had ordered. The chicken in the box was three sm chicken strips, so if that is the sticky chicky, it looked nothing like the picture the manager had me order from, and it had no sticky sauce, jalapeno sweet heat coleslaw, pickled jalapeno, spicy mayo at all. I will not be back, just wanted to inform other patrons, open and check your order before you leave, and the amount of food is not good for the price.

The waffle fries are terrible, the chicken sandwich was all right the price is very very high for a small fast food restaurant I would not recommend a place to eat especially if you’re bringing your kids it’s going to cost too much for sandwiches.
