Love, love this place! So glad my friend told me about it. The fish is so fresh as well as all the other ingredients. Ive had both the burrito and the bowl. Both are delicious, filling and healthy. The price is perfect! Quality of a fine dining restaurant but super friendly ans casual. I love it, especially as a busy mom of two lil ones! So great!
So the spicy mayo is literally just mayo. And while it is on me because I forgot to say no spicy mayo, just slathering a perfectly nice poke bowl with mayo is just awful in my book. I couldnt even salvage the rice because it was saturated 😔
Honestly it’s good but the most annoying thing is ordering online and you have to wait 30 min before you can pick it up…. most places are 10-15 minutes. Bowls are small, fresh. Always clean restaurant.
Service is always fast and easy. Portions are generous. Prices are good but I would be happy to pay more for fresher, higher quality ingredients. If they stepped up their fish game this place could be amazing!
Very good. I love that you can build your own bowl. A good spot to have a quick bite. We went here on a satuday night and we were the only ones there which was kind of nice cause its a small space. The staff said mornings are their busy times.
Delicious poke bowls. We made our own. They were plentiful, fresh and delicious! Not much room to dine in, but perfect for carry out!

We recently went there for the first time. We werent really sure what we wanted, but they were so kind and helpful. We were helped by Min, he walked us through each step and helped us choose the right ingredients for our junior bowl. The food was amazing..it was fresh and tasted great. The customer service was outstanding.
I had to update my review, after a few less than stellar visits its becoming clear this location isnt just experiencing new restaurant syndrome, the customer service is just lacking. Multiple lost orders on different occasions, long waits and major inconsistency in how much of any given ingredients you get, shrugs from staff when you bring up issues in the moment. I dont think Ill be back. I sincerely hope they get their staffing issues figured out, and do some major training on consistency and customer service, Paso could use more healthy options.
If you enjoy Asian food, but dont have time (or money) for a sit-down restaurant, then this is the place to go. Ive been seeing these pop up in places like the Bay Area and Vegas, but we finally have one in Paso! So far, Ive only gone for the bowl and I thoroughly enjoy the Classic, but Ill be trying a burrito, too.
One of my favorite places to go. The fish is always fresh and the ladies that work there are so kind and generous. 100% recommend to anyone interested.

Omg yall if you havent tried this place you are missing out big time! When my daughter first brought me here i was thinking, hmmm, yea i dont know! She eats there about 3xs a week. It looks like a hole in the wall. But those tend to be the best, right!?. No doubt this hole in the wall was worth mentioning. Apparently, they have been there a little over two years and i have been missing out. Well i was, now i eat there at least three times a week. I like to get my rice all mixed in with everything cause then you get a bite of it all instead of each spot having its own area. I know what Im eating for lunch today...

A Poke Burrito taste was great. I recommend eating it there because the seaweed wrap may not hold up if its togo.
Be me, it’s friday, just got paid, thought i’d try something new so i came here.i walked into a very cute environment and i loved the atmosphereas i gaze upon the menu, i am greeted by an employee and so is who i was with. as i was ordering, i never felt such a tremendous looming anxiety and pressure given to me by a restaurant employee since i was in middle school. by what i saw it wasn’t busy, and they were preparing other orders and we were the only ones in the restaurant . it was my first time but man throw me a bone, i felt like i was going to say the wrong thing every single time i spoke to choose what to add to my bowl. i could tell she seemed to hate me for even being there (understandable) and seemed to get impatient when i would take a pause to read the menu, and i’m blind in one eye.. please have some patience i felt like i had a frog in my throat the whole time. however, besides having an employee making me feel like i has an IQ of 12, the bowl was GODLY and i will be coming back.
Very nice people and delicious food
Dress is casual (as my out-of-focus pic suggests). Staff nice. Portions a little large for me, but the rest can be eaten the following morning.

Just like sushi, rice is a key component of poke. If your prefer hard to chew rice, this is the place for you. By the way, they close at 3:30pm for an hour.

I mostly order take out at lunch time. I like to place my order online and just pick up- sometimes there is a lunch time line.

They are always kind ladies who seem so grateful to have you in their business and when I tip (which is EVERY time) they are so appreciative, which makes me think there are a lot of nontippers which is just crazy to me! Please tip, even if it is just Togo, doesn’t have to be a lot, but something! We always end up spending so much less then any other lunch even after the tip.My favorite is the Freshman, which is the 1 protein with choice of base, with white rice as a bowl and Salmon as my protein. The salmon always tastes super fresh, buttery and not fishy at all! Even fresher tasting then the dine in Japanese spots around. And I have been here many many times. Same thing every time, Fresh!I like lots of sauce and they have a bunch you can choose from or get multiple, I like a little sweet with spicy so I go for the Unagi and Fireball, soooo good!! And the toppings and mix-ins are plentiful, fresh and delicious. You really can Not go wrong choosing anything from here. My fiancé is more of a tuna or chicken fan so he always switches it up and has loved every single choice! I just really could not say more fantastic things about Poke Chef here in Paso, hidden Gem totally worth not being able to dine in. We take to go and head over a couple blocks to the city park, people watch and enjoying our bowls.Thanks Poke Chef you guys are great!
