I’ve been to several Poke places but by far my favorite! Our server gave us his favorite combination along with AMAZING PORTION SIZES! I got the medium with 2 scoops of scallops and 1 of salmon, extremely fresh and tasted. Telling all my friends and family this will be our go-to place, thank you Poke Hana!

Wanted to give this place a try, even though the reviews are mixed about the freshness and rudeness. Unfortunately passed by at 750 and was already closed. All signs said open. Google has it closing at 10pm and confirmed 2wks ago, the sign outside says 8 pm but didnt see anyone inside.

The owner is absolutely rude and handles food grossly! I spoke up and questioned him and the food and he got mad and cussed at me. The fish is NOT fresh. Also, beware they charge $2 to use a card! The quality of this place has deteriorated drastically. DO NOT WASTE your money on the high likelihood of getting ill and/or being treated poorly. Take your business elsewhere.

The food was fresh and tasty! I will definitely be going back for more. Its hard to find good Poke spots in this part of the IE. The staff was friendly and helpful. I like the salmon, tuna and shrimp! Top it with furikake or sesame and you have a delightful meal perfect for all occasions. I signed up for the frequent diner program and now I can get an extra scoop if i return within a week :). Satisfied customer, happy tummy!

I had an awesome experience here. Delicious food! The staff were outstanding, with an awesome attitude and they were very willing to help me out with my order and describe / recommend ingredients. I always enjoy coming here for some great tasting poke. You can never go wrong at this location everything always tastes so fresh. I enjoyed a medium size bowl which you get to choose a base, you can do rice, or a salad. If you like both you can even do half and half, the medium comes with 3 scoops of your choice of fish. Then you can add some toppings.They have over 10 to choose from! They can even add sriracha and soy sauce at the end to top it off! Make sure you bring some $ because poke is not a McDonald’s dollar menu item! South of the 10 freeway off of Sierra, if you are coming down it is on the right hand side once you pass the chevron. Come check it out! You won’t be disappointed!

The food tastes great but dont ask them to make it look pretty, their customer service is horrible too. Even though the food is expensive there is a white male employee who has no idea how to make it look pretty, he made my bowl look ugly. I wanted some pretty looking comfort food to cheer me up.Also when I called to complain and tell them that this male employee needs more job training, instead of giving me just the tiniest amount of human empathy, a female coworker told me that I need more than just comfort food and that there was nothing wrong with my bowl, then she told me to never come back!All I wanted was some pretty looking comfort food to cheer myself up but apparently thats too much to ask for!! I paid $15 for a bowl but it isnt even pretty to look at because its so drenched in sauce!!!

Originally it was a good place to go to with a decent price, I found a bone in the fish and went back to show them and was told they would give me my money back but usually if its found towards the end of the meal they wont refund. Kinda of dumb reasoning because who the hell goes thru the meal looking for bones. I eventually went back. Couple visits late I found what I assume was a pebble in my rice. Definitely not going back now if I keep finding things in my food something has to be wrong and the excuse of we try our best to take everything out doesnt cut it.

Food is very good but very overpriced. And the new system for poke is way much worse than before. Theyve been raising their price ever since 9.99 and now its $12 for a small bowl. And put very small portions. So if you want to get this is very once in a while. Ive been going there almost all the time but I cant go no more.

We use to be regulars to their old San Bernardino location but even before closing the new system for ordering is too complicated and causes even more mistakes than before since we used to watch them make our bowls. The prices are too much as well even taking into account inflation. We miss the interaction and personality of the place. Now its just soulless. If we wanted to order through a machine we would have ordered online and picked it up.

Ive had much better than this place in other states. Terrible to serve raw fish over hot rice. Never have I had that and never do I want it again. Cool or room temp rice only! Not to mention it can be dangerous. Especially if the rice is too hot which mine was very hot.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now and am pleased to say that they are the best poke spot in the area. I love them for a few reasons. 1. They are always friendly. 2. They are patient with me and my super complicated order. 3. Their ingredients are always fresh. And lastly 4. Their shop NEVER has that rotten fish smell that some poke and sushi places get. 10/10 will always go back.

I wanted to like this place and so far as I can tell it wasnt bad tasting. But I ordered online and they mixed mine and my roomates ingredients SO BAD that neither of us got what we ordered or wanted.Doesnt it show you guys what we ordered separately? Ive read other reviews and noticed similar concerns regarding the quality of the ingredients and my guess is towards the spicy salmon. Different areas in the salmon has lighter and darker tints of coloration especially being a bit darker towards the end of the tail but is due to higher amounts of fatty omega-3s which is actually better for you. There is no way the quality is ever in question due to the high demand in their business. I, myself, eat here around 3 times a week for my lunch breaks and see how busy they can get. So now being educated on the subject I hope it affects your views on this establishment, the best poke restaurant Ive been to and is unmatched due to the quality AND quantity of their portions.

Food is pretty decent... but the inside of the restaurant needs a SERIOUS scrub down... Tablet used for payment had numerous sticky fingerprints, all of the tables appeared to not have been wiped for weeks and my soy sauce packets were cemented together because apparently one had busted in the container where they store them. Covid is real... so are germs. PLEASE SANITIZE your high contact surfaces Poke OHara! Staff was friendly and accommodating but the restaurant itself seems to have fallen into disrepair. Delicious. First time I had poke was here and the owner was very cool, he helped me out in figuring out how to order and what was what. I have since become a regular before I hit the gym. $8.99 you get 2 scoops of fish and all the toppings you like. I get stuffed with that, and I can eat a lot. A lot cheaper than getting sushi rolls, and if you get the right toppings, it can be a lot better!

The staff is friendly and professional and the food is fresh and taste really good. i recommend this place defiantly. this is what i get here. Small bowl 50/50 white rice and wontons. Protein: salmon and shrimp Mixes: mango, pineapple, cucumber. Sauces: Hana sauce, cream cheese, eel sauce. Toppings: avocado, crab toppings, crispy onion, crispy garlic. Today I made a online order. I went to the car wash to give some extra time for my food to be ready for pick up. I got an email saying my order would be ready at 12:08pm. I arrived at 12:38pm. When I asked for my food. The worker told me to wait in the pick up line while she made two customers order. I got frustrated and asked where my order was and she said she hadnt made it. After waiting 10 more minutes my order was done. When I got home I noticed several things I ordered were missing. I am so disappointed. I was a loyal customer but I will not be eating here no longer.

Outstanding. Had the medium sized bowl with regular salmon, spicy salmon, spicy tuna over 1/2 mix of rice and salad.The fish was very fresh and did not have any fishy smell or taste whatsoever. I pretty much got any and every topping I could.The bowl was so large and full of food that I could have made it into two meals!In addition to soda and tea, they also have infused waters such as watermelon basil, Ginger Citrus, and cucumber mint.

This is my go to spot for poke. The first time I actually tried Poke Hana was a year ago because my friend recommended it. Its so fresh and you have it your way. Personally, I would get spicy salmon, spicy tuna and shrimp. Then I choose green onions and soy beans for my mix-ins. The best sauces are spicy mayo and eel sauce! Lastly I like to top it off with crispy wontons, crispy jalapeño, seaweed, sesame seeds, and avocado! Recently I tried the half and half where you pick half rice and half salad of choice. It was very good and Im glad I tried something a little different atleast. I recommend this place! 🔥🙌 They always take care of me!

Me and my wife have been here a few times in the past month since we found out about it. We have been here within 2 hours of closing every time and customer service has been on point. I have had no issues with any employee until today. I had just read a review on him yesterday and figured it was exaggeration. Oh boy, was I wrong. This older Caucasian male was passively rude. You could tell he did not care about being there whatsoever. The cherry on top of it all was how sloppy he was. He was dropping everything from my plate like he was nervous. The deal for Tuesday’s and Thursday is free crab I believe. When I asked for it on both bowl they said it’s only a reward thing. I have not received any texts or emails so I did not know. What easily could have been done was to say they can do it this one time except the older man very rudely said you have to pay for the other bowl. He acted like he didn’t know what the deal was when I mentioned it, but he was very quick to say it’s per reward account basis?The very last thing I have to mention is the prices. It’s not horrible but it is not cheap either. They have flyers inside that show different, cheaper, prices. Which should either be replaced or honored if it was brought up. This was a great place my first few trips but, this most recent trip, is making me debate if I should ever come back. I would highly suggest to work on that specific employee, or risk losing customers because of him.

First time here and Ive lived in Fontana for 2 years now and I didnt know this place was here. Everything was really good starting with the people attending you and the Poke was delicious the only thing is that I think that the rice was overcooked. Other than that everything was good even the infused water they have for only $1 👍👍. I will definitely be coming back for more 🙂.
