The food here is very good. However, this is our second time coming here and also the second time we’ve had bad customer service.As a poke place, I feel you really have three main factors to distinguish yourself by.1. Quality ingredients, which this place definitely has. Though let’s be real, this factor probably isn’t all that difficult for any given poke restaurant to manage. It’s not like they have to cook much of anything.2. Price. This place is not cheap, but not outrageous either. The portions are reasonable. It’d be fine if not for…3. Customer service. I don’t know if we just have had bad luck with our visits, but both times the staff have just been rude and inattentive. They rushed our choices, and tried to rush us forward to the next station, even though they had no other customers. I don’t want to assume it’s because they’re trying to be skimpy with the portions/amount of options you choose, but it sure felt that way. And they also really don’t seem like they want anything to do with actually serving their customers.Look, I can sympathize with the staff. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry. But c’mon, you’re putting ingredients in a bowl, and that bowl isn’t cheap. It’s not particularly difficult to do, and hard to mess up up UNLESS you don’t put a little effort into customer service. We got what we asked for, but it felt like pulling teeth, for no discernible reason.While the food here is pretty good, we won’t be coming back anytime soon. If the prices were cheaper we could put up with poor customer service. But let’s be honest: poke bowls are just good ingredients in a bowl. We have other options in area.Hopefully things change down the line and we can give it another try.
This place is my go-to spot for poke. There’s usually never a line and the place is immaculate. Everything is so fresh, and their spicy tuna is AMAZING. Prices are right - they give you what you’re paying for. I’m here about 2x a week…. My guilty pleasure🤤
Take out is just as good as eat in. It may not look perfect but thats because it comes packed to the top and the lid needs to be pressed on, to keep all of the goodness in.

Food was fresh and delicious. Service was friendly. I believe it was fairly priced compared to the portions and amount of scoops of protein you get with each bowl size. I was surprised how much toppings I could get that didnt cost extra, like avocado, crab, and masago. Most definitely returning!
Amazing place! Brother brought me a poke bowl from this place recently. I was amazed at the taste and freshness of the food. I went back a week later for a late dinner and sure enough the quality and taste was distinctly fresh, even around 8pm on a weeknight the freshness was excellent for fresh served seafood. The quality and freshness of the fish was clear to me. I have ate at other Poke or Sushi places where you can tell the taste is a little off or the quality of the fish isnt the best. I had a Poke bowl with tuna, salmon, albacore, spicy tuna, and octopus. ALL WERE AMAZINGLY FRESH!!! Salmon was silky smooth, tender, and delicious! Octopus was so tender and not chewy at all. If you like Poke or Sushi then try this place and get hooked. Amazingly healthy, fresh, and oh so yummy 😋

My friends brought me here for my first Poke experience about 2 months ago and I fell in love with Poke. I have tried others in the area, but none can compare! The ingredients are fresh and tasty. I especially love the fresh chile peppers with spicy tuna. So much flavor!
Edit: use to be my favorite spot for poke, unfortunately new management has changed this place. The portions have decreased by 2/3 and quality has declined too. And of course prices went up.My favorite poke spot!! So fresh and delicious. No other compares. I love it!

Fresh tasting nice variety mix satisfied..until I saw posted price on the wall board vs the menu flyer ..a dollar higher on the board. They say the menu is outdated but still use the old menu with a dollar less than they charged me. They disputed it..I suggested to throw out wrong priced menu! Just saying!
My friend introduced me to Poke Parlor about a month ago, and I keep going back! The ingredients are always fresh and the atmosphere is very chill. Its all fairly priced (compared to other poke places- whose ingredients arent always fresh). The staff are friendly and helpful, and starting to recognize my friend and I :). Poke Parlor is definitely a must-try!
Small location, has all you need for a great healthy meal. No bells and whistles, just enough to fill your belly with a wonderful dish.
To start, the food wasnt very fresh. The fish was soggy and the vegetables were soft. The taste overall wasnt very good, but more bland. Im a little disappointed given this restaraunt was rated 4.7 stars at the time of this review. The staff also arent very pleasant to deal with. The restaraunt was clean.
My new regular Poke spot! Always fresh fish and ingredients. The house mix is the way to go for sauce if you like all the good stuff.

Best priced poke shop Ive encountered in the area and definitely best tasting. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the entire store was very neat and clean. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

The food is always fresh here. Never fishy which means they are keeping everything as fresh as possible. Seared tuna tastes delicious. Enjoy the poke all the time here.

Food is good, hegeine is questionable. They may wear gloves but they dont change them or wash between customers or they handle cash and go back to using the same gloves.

So I have never had a poke Bowl before I went in and the menu is set up clearly for people like me who have never enjoyed the experience it was incredible the atmosphere was clean and friendly the food was probably the most incredible thing Ive ever had......put it like this Ive been back four times and my first time eating there was last Sunday ......I will return, frequently

They kept the staff, so Rosa is still AMAZING and has the best customer service, but we also have Steven, who is awkward but very considerate. She gave so less than a scoop per items. 😔 when you ask her for 3 more cubes of pinapple for example, she gave you a dirty look and charged me so overpriced just for adding 3 cubes if pineapple and a bit more for each items when its not even a full scoop given in the first place. Not recommended to friends or family to come unless she change her attitude on customer service. The first time i went it was an old man and he serves good with great service.

For those who never been there before, I didnt understood what choose 2 meant. At first you pick vegetable, so I figured i pick two vegetables. But I saw the person in front of me pick multiple things so ..i thought it was same for meat as well. turns out choose 2 applies to protein only, not vegetables. So load up on the vegetables.
