Good restaurant, good portions but the service is beyond rude. The workers do not care about you as customers and try to hurry you up to get out of their face it seems like. I ordered a large plate with 5 portions and was only given 4 and charged for 5. Very rude customer service with little to no care for their people it seems like. Such a shame because the food is pretty good to be honest but I dont think ill be coming back. They dont listen to you and you almost have to yell to get their attention for what you want in your poke bowl. Other than that food was great but they really need to get their act together 👎.

Nice hidden Poki place in Norco. Highly recommended because the ingredients feels more fresh and tastier compare to other Poki places. Their boba milk drink was also exceptional. Definitely, will stop by more often.

Very little tiny meal. Compare what I got from Dina point, one dollar, 50% larger size of proteins. She keep asking me if I’m delivery and I said I’m not. I think she doesn’t speak English. Also, salmon is not fresh, it taste like melting bad protein which sit under the sun too long.Small size, not fair price, Not fresh sea food is what my conclusion. Hopefully I won’t get sick.

This place has the potential to be five stars, everything is delicious and the choices are excellent..... except that they dont have sauce options based with gluten free soy sauce. Its so easy! Get a bottle of tamari and have a few dedicated sauces! Then you get 5 stars!

We went on a sunday afternoon, the service was good, the menu is not too large but in my opinion it is perfect for what a poke place needs to offer, by far the best meal on the menu is the fire bowl if you like spicy go for it!

Monday thru Friday, hands down the Best poke bowl around!!!!! So fresh, flavorful and well balanced. And make sure you get it with a tea. I recommend strawberry green tea with boba.

Really good food in general! we are originally from taiwan and poke bowl is really famous there as well as milktea, after discovering this place we keep coming back with family and friends, they do a great job and we love the flavors and quality of what they offer.

Went earlier today for lunch, ordered a large poke bowl, they have the steps for you where you can choose your base, your mix, your protein of course (I went with spicy tuna and omg it was incredible), you then finish up with some seasoning and toppings, it was so yum, loved it.

Went to poke town for the first time a week ago and we enjoyed it a lot! we had some tonkotsu ramen, regular bowl, chicken salad and my favorite of all times the poke town roll which was 10 out of 10 for me, never tried something like that before so innovative and delicious.

If you want to have a great experience and tasty quality of asian food, then you definitely need to try Poke Town! it has recently became one of our favorite places to dine in with my boyfriend, some of our favorite dishes the fish burrito, the fire bowl from their popular items menu, as well as the big cali rolls, everything is so delicious!!!

This was my favorite Poke place. But never going back after today. Tuna was bad and had turned black! Shrimps replaced with tiny little prawns with zero flavor. The entire $15 bowl was just disgusting and I had to throw it in the trash. Waste of money and waste of my lunchbreak. Will be telling all my friends that go here.

Food is not bad at all! I haven’t tried that many things from their menu but from what I’ve tried so far I can say I highly recommend it, if you like milk tea then you don’t want to miss on the roasted oolong milk tea.

🚨Warning Siren 🔊🛑‼️⚠️❌🚨 Seriously I don’t normally write bad reviews but this is the honest truth! DO NOT EAT HERE! Ordered two bowls and $40 later… I opened the first bowl and the fishy old stench hit my nostrils and I jumped back about two feet! The “fish” was black/dark dark brown like it had been in the sun for days. The octopus was hardened rubber! Lettuce was brown, avocado brown. Everything about this place it rancid and should be shut down! This is not a joke, it’s a public safety hazard. I’m calling and reporting this establishment that’s obviously not administered by anyone who cares about people/customers health. 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮

Place went very downhill over the last few months.I came here at the beginning of the day - 11:15 am, and the avocado was already brown, and the pieces that I got, which I paid an extra dollar for, were not ripe yet. The fish tasted old, and the coloring on it was pretty dulled out. I suspect that the day befores ingredients were recycled to save money, or the quality of fish is low.At any rate, I used to like this place, but now I doubt Ill ever go back. Bummer, because there arent a ton of healthy options for a pescatarian in the area.

I was hungry and I came in for a poke bowl because my taste for poke bowls has increased. A man behind the bar was able to service me. At some point during the time when he was preparing my bowl he put about twice the amount of wasabi into my mixture of fish and onions. When I came home I tasted that the fish was already burning my nose after eating just one. I wont be coming back here.

I’ve been coming here since they opened, and I absolutely LOVE this place, but I walked out due to the WORST customer service EVER today!!! I always get cucumber base, and the girl REFUSED and said that is not a base. Please fully train employees! I’ll be back, but not unless the guys are working! They rock!!

I drove the distance to come here based on the hours listed on the Google page. Its 8:20 pm and the store is closed. The sign says they are open until 9:00 and so does google. Disappointed.
