I remember I came here when it first opened because I saw that they were offering free dole soft serve with check in. ✔️ The amount was super generous, just like the bowls here and it was honestly one of the most flavorful pineapple soft serves I have ever eaten. Tbh I have only had these at Disneyland and in Hawaii.The price has gotten steeper over the years but you have to remember that they let you choose four proteins.They have two tables which is unfortunate but there is plenty of seating in the mall such as the tables and couches outside of Nordstrom, the food court, 1st floor, etc.Now they have a self-order kiosk but they did let me order from them. I found you can pick as many toppings as you like this way but the ipad does limit you. Also just a reminder. for the bases, you can do half/half like brown rice and yam noodles.Definitely among the top 3 poke places in the bay. I also like Poke Paradise if you were wondering.

Delicious poke spot! Expensive but average for the South Bay Area ($17.50). The food was fresh, worth the 5 star. For the price though, you don’t get a lot of food. People with big appetites will probably still be hungry afterwards. I ordered the salmon and spicy tuna bowl.

Wish the servings came with more rice. No service interaction if youre paying by card. Saw a kid lick all the water cups...so theres thatAvocado was brown, but the poke otherwise tasted good.

Ive just about tried every Poke place in the South Bay/San Jose and this place is definitely a contender for my favorite poke spot. The person helping us patiently explained all the available selections and there is a large variety in bases/toppings/sauces that you wont find at other poke places. The portion size is not the biggest but I found it enough to be a satisfying meal. Definitely would recommend giving this place a try!

They have you order yourself on an iPad so a kid with air pods in can make your bowl in his own peace without having to talk to you. I got a tuna poke bowl and my tuna was very oxidized, not bright in color at all, almost gray. It passed my smell test but I was very turned off and threw my bowl away. I didn’t notice until I took it home because I grabbed it to go and did not watch the staff build my bowl.

Really good poke. Great to see some toppings that are common in Hawaii but hard to find here, like limu and kukui nut. Theres a ton of variety available in sauce, fish, etc. We will definitely be back!

Really delicious poke!! Highly recommend! You can customize your own poke box. Dole whip float is also good!

I’ve gone to this pokeatery a couple times a week for the last 6 months for a quick snack during my lunch as i work in the mall, and the service is among the best the mall has to offer. staff is always friendly with a smile, and service is stellar. i love the spam musubi

Located right by the theater among many restaurants. $17.5 for 4 scopes. Free crab salad option. The portion is not really big. Portion is only for 1 ‘light’ eater. With all the other food options nearby ( famous fried chicken, ramen, udon etc) this one might have a hard time competing in a long run.

Food was tasty but not very much fish for the price. Felt like I only got a couple pieces of each type of fish. Overall the meal was filling but definitely have had more substantial amounts of fish for the same price at other spots. But it was still a tasty meal if youre at the mall and are craving poke like we were.

Id say due to inflation but the condition of their poke just didnt beat the other ones Ive had before.Service: 4/5Their self-help kiosk was very specific and I appreciated the dietary restrictions they listed on there for me to choose.Atmosphere: 3/5Environment was meh. Not a lot to look at, and barely any interaction at all.

Waited 20 mins for a poke, and the poke tastes fishy and bad. Felt really sick after having it. Salmon was out, staff didn’t even ask me what I want to replace but give me one of her choice.

Service is quite friendly, food is decent, and price is good. Only complain is Im pretty sure although they give the correct portion, they are using 2 kinds of fish instead the 4 kinds I ordered, maybe due to its they already start packing the fish early for that day. But thats a little sad consider the missing fish is what I want to eat most... Oh, the limu and fried onion I ordered are also missing...

Dont even bother. Horrible service. 20 minute wait for rice with raw fish. Visited on a friday night and there wasnt even an employee at the counter.

A very healthy and refreshing diet, common healthy foods that are rare in American fast food, such as edamame, cold weather, mustard, brown rice, etc., plus fresh seafood and fruits such as raw tuna, raw salmon, mango, pineapple, etc., it tastes great Its not burdensome and very suitable for Asian tastes. However, the ordering process is complicated and is not inferior to taking a questionnaire. It is not suitable for those who have difficulty in choosing.
