Very good poke! They just updated their menu and added sushi rolls and appetizers. I’m a big fan of baked mussels and these are tied for my favorite baked mussels in Visalia. I’ll be back to try the rolls and other appetizers but I had to leave a review to let people know the mussels are bomb.

Food was great the first time I came, but the second time I arrived at 7:30pm. The sign on the door said it is open until 9pm, Google Maps said it is open until 7:45pm, but when I arrived the doors were shut and locked and the employees were already closing down. This was very disappointing.

I love poke and this was my first Time here and I was t sure what to expect but I can honestly say expectations blown! The flavor, the sauce, the rice and the toppings were amazing. I went from chop sticks… fork… and than a spoon… don’t judge lol I was starving but it was so good! My wife the got the LV raiders but in a bowl and I made my own with tuna, spicy crab, and teriyaki chicken with green onion masago, toasted onions, yum yum sauce and there sushi sauce. Absolutely amazing and very well balanced. The spicy crab wasn’t to spicy and very flavorful! we also got two Thai tea and they were so good! All in all I would definitely this place and I will be coming back. Also for the price I feel like you get so much! Definitely worth it.

I frequent this establishment more often than not. One of the things that I enjoy the most of it is that they have a variety of food items. On Halloween, I went in to try what was new on the menu. I had the david roll, and it was scrumptious, and since I was hungrier, then I thought I also got the udon noodles. I have never had udon noodles, and the broth was delicious, and the noodles just hit the right spot. The udon noodles are something you must try, especially now that the weather has begun to cool down in the evening.

I was i pressed. The tuna was very similar in taste to the tuna that I had in Kauai. Great place for poke and poke bowls. They even have cooked options like shrimp and chicken for the people that don’t like raw fish.I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!

Ive been a customer since they open but that past month they are being so skimpy with the food portions The price has gone up but theyre giving you less food its not right especially the older women there and she does it on purpose so you ask for more & get charged more. Zang was their best worker ever since he left the new works arent as friendly & barley give Rice or proteins

Amazing food, bowls never fail but why change the boba?? The old kind was so sweet, this new boba is flavorless with a chemical aftertaste. Will not be adding boba to my drinks anymore… the pictures explains itself.

Second time and still happy with my food and visit. The employees always welcome you, and they have a smile on their face, believe it or not, that counts a lot. All the items to choose from always tasted fresh, the place itself is large and clean. Overall, Pokerito is still on my white list..

Ive been to a LOT of poke places across cali and this is the best. Portions, quality, and service. There was maybe one other place in Santa Barbara for service but 😂 for pokerito, the price and all it’s the greatest! Love it !

Ive been a loyal customer of the place for years since the original owners. The girl working the front has a terrible attitude and never even thought to apologize for messing up our order. I ordered on DoorDash we got two bowls with the wrong sauce. Of course I call but nobody answers so I drive over and the customer service is trash. She looked at me like I was lying about our order. If you hate working there why work there? Its not my fault our order was messed up. If you buy from here its worth double checking they get your order correct.

I give this place a four stars because one the poke bowls are well balanced with how its structured in the menu, two you get a good amount for the price, three the price isnt expensive like everywhere else in town! Haha Although me and my brother have caught thin sharp salmon bones while eating so thats really the only set back is having to look out for that. Other then that place is great, love the food, always disappointed if I get a poke bowl from anywhere else lol.

The fish is extremely fresh and of high quality. Everything tastes amazing and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to others and come here again. Its amazing to have a place like this in town. The girl who was ringing us up made sure the topping guy didnt forget my red onions. The girls are young but theyre polite and attentive.

Customer service in the front is terrible! Especially the girl with the 4 tattoo on her neck. This is not the first rude encounter I’ve had with her. I said spicy pork and she proceeded to put spicy tuna. When I said no not spicy tuna she proceeded to look at me like I was stupid. Asked for jalapeños as a topping, she put 2 slices of jalapeños. Ok fine. My total came out to $13.01. I gave her $14 and I had no penny. She gave me $0.75 back and I was waiting for the rest of my change, but then she said everything’s already in the bag. I asked her wasn’t my total $13.01? She said yea. I said well you only gave me 75¢ and then she gave an attitude and gave me another quarter. Never greeted us when we walked in, doesn’t say thank you. If you don’t like your job in customer service, find one that doesn’t require that skill.

I’ve eaten here plenty of times and it used to be so good. But this time when I ordered they forgot to give me sauce and the masago was a bright blue, obviously dyed. I made my own spicy Mayo and when it mixed with the masago the dye on it bleed off and now everything is blue. Very unappetizing!

The first time I ate there it was good. Some people at work got sick of only raw fish options. Recently I went back and they had different protein options like cooked Korean beef and spicy pork, and another one. As for all the comments of servers being rude I never had that experience in about 5 visits. Try and keep the rice fresh is my only critique.

7/13/20I’ve been on a poke bowl kick and been eating this type of dish nearly every single day as I’ve become addicted to its delicious contents. So naturally, I came across this restaurant. I can’t recall exactly what I ordered but I usually get half and half of rice and iced greens along with whatever marinated raw fish they may have. This location has a very delicious ceviche style salmon, in a slight acidic taste. I really enjoyed it and came back again for another order. I also enjoy all the vegetable options, and picked the house ponzu sauce as well. The customer service here is top notch, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Give this place a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been to many Poke places and they portions are small with mostly rice. Pokerito has huge portions, the prices are reasonable. The staff has always been friendly. The place is clean. I love their customer rewards. Getting a stamp card is well worth it.

I think its amazing for the price. Its like sushi, but in a bowl. Its awesome and an amazing healthy alternative to fast food. Its set up like subway - they put the rice in a bowl, then youre at a bar and you can see all the proteins and toppings that you can add. For the price, you cant beat it. But I do think the quality of the proteins are a little lacking. As for customer service, I agree, it can be lacking. It just reminds me of any other minimum wage establishment with a poor owner presence.

To start with the staff is so awesome, I had never been here they asked me what I liked and answered every question I had. I am a very indecisive person and that did not bother them, they wanted me to be happy with my food. The food here is so fresh and amazing I have had a poke bowl before and didn’t care for it but my mother raves about this place so I had to try it and let me tell you this place is so YUMMY! I will be eating here any chance I can get.

Overall: Will not be coming back due to expired food.1) The customer service was bad. I got there before the server was going on break so she wanted to rush me out as fast as she could. Didnt answer any questions and rolled her eyes when I asked about the bowl sizes.2) The food was expired or at least bad tasting.... I took about 2 bites and noticed a strange taste. I looked at my food and saw that the salmon was discolored in spots. Salmon should have a pinkish color throughout and there were lots of light brown spots. Also, the edamame I ordered had dark brown spots on them too. I threw away the food and did not bother looking to see what else was rotten.

Love this place, but the last few times I went in I walked right back out because one of the guys handling food isnt wearing a mask. People in line also not wearing a mask. If this is how they handle sanitation during a pandemic, I dont want to know how clean they are without one.

I’ve visited this establishment about 3 times. 2 out of the three times, I’ve been satisfied but had not so good customer service by some females. Also, when they make my bowls, it’s so messy. You would expect something decent looking at least.... I went back in today and had Kao help me & he did an amazing job! I ordered a custom made sushiritto & it came out amazing. He was super nice & gave off a really good vibe.

Food is good. The unfortunate thing is, the way the cut the items is too large. The onions are sliced thickly, the cucumbers are unmanageable and the avocado is just thrown on top in almost one large chunk. They pile everything up and add whatever sauce you’d like then put the lid on your bowl smashing everything into the plastic and making a huge mess... effectively loosing half your toppings to the plastic lid. Over all good food, but just taking time to think about presentation and function could REALLY help this place.

My biggest problems with this place are the Service and the presentation. The workers there are miserable. How can the workers already be miserable when this place hasnt been open for that long? The presentation of the bowls is a joke. Put some pride in building your bowls! Ive been to some Poke places in the Bay Area and those are top notch. They take pride, the workers are friendly. Im glad were getting other Poke places in Visalia. Maybe that will put pressure on this place to clean up their act.

Disappointed. I was so excited when a Poke place opened up in Visalia. Been there twice now and every time the workers have no idea what anything is called and give you blank stares whenever you ask for anything. The last time I went it was mostly rice and the entire bowl was soaked in “sauce” AFTER I had asked them for light sauce and less rice. The second time we ate in and it was pretty dirty. Don’t think I will return unfortunately

If I recall, salmon is not supposed to have a sort of brown color in poke. I was wondering why my salmon tasted funny in my bowl, so I looked at this piece and found more that had this brown discoloration. Absolutely disgusting!

Won’t be returning. Bought two sushi burritos and both were filled with old dried rice. Tossed the two away after two bites. Just couldn’t eat it. Called the restaurant to complain and when someone came on the phone, instead of giving me his name he said he was the manager, “the one with the tattoo”. No apology. Just a, “rice was from the side of the rice cooker”. No thanks! I’ll pass!!
