2023-08-29 02:24:55Food was okay, but didnt realize they gave us the the incorrect bowl until we returned home. Shouldve checked prior to leaving. Udon was okay as well. They do not take cash, bit inconvenient. We walked in not realizing that nobody actually helps you, everything is ordered from a touch screen, then after your ordered is placed and paid for, they get a receipt to start your order.Behind counter, one of the workers was talking loudly on his phone while watching us look at all the ingredients, before we realized nobody was going to help us. He just continued on the phone for a while.Pretty much the only time someone addressed us is when they called our order number.Would be great with more personal customer service. But if it works for them, it may be all good.

2023-08-26 17:01:47Decent place for Poki. The service is a bit lacking. Of the 4 people working, not one of them acknowledged that we were there. One guy was on the phone having a personal conversation and never even turned around. I understand you have to order at the kiosk but you can at least say hello to your customers.I do wish the staff that is making your food with long hair, wore hair nets or at least had to have their hair tied back.Food is fresh and decent.

2023-07-06 20:05:51Spotted this place while getting gas. Stopped by and was quite surprised at how spacious it is, but also, its 100% self-service.You order at a kiosk (so card only), and a robot server will come by with your food. Youre also expected to get your own utensils. So there is 100% no interaction with the staff. This point is absolutely great if you have social anxiety or just dont want to talk to people. One thing though, is that you cant 100% customize what you want or not want on it, as you order a set bowl and order extra items if need be. Im personally used to ordering a completely custom poké bowl, but this was fine I guess. The food came out at a reasonable amount of time, and I was surprised by the amount of food there was in the bowl. Mind you, Im a petite Asian girl who doesnt eat much so this is a lot for me personally. As for the food itself, it tasted pretty good. Fresh enough and delicious enough for a craving. I ordered the salmon tuna and spicy tuna poké bowl and a Hokkaido milk tea. The milk tea itself tastes pretty good as well.Overall, pretty good first impressions.

2023-04-13 20:55:32Our experience here was great, the food is reasonably priced. In total for 2 Udon, 2 Drinks and 3 Rolls (24) was $30. The rolls are a little smaller but still fresh, my favorite was the tempura roll (top.) We have big appetites and we ended up being full, so I definitely recommend. If you dine in a cat robot serves you your food and drinks. Also has booths and tables. The Menu consists of Poke Bowls, Sushi, Tempura/Sides, and Boba Tea. (Not a lot of options for the boba.)I got the shrimp tempura Udon and the shrimp tempura was soggy and the battered bits were in the soup. (Not that appetizing, but the shrimp was good.) And there was also a lot of sea weed in mine but you can customize it. Other than that the Udon both had a rich and savory broth. The bowls arent as big but makes up with the flavor and the broth being filling. Recommend getting a little bit of everything and try something new, each roll is from ($3-$9) depending what you choose.

2023-07-01 19:52:18Modern and minimalist furnished where you ordered via the Kiosk and serve by a robot. The portion/size is small but reasonably priced. The food was simple but good. A little disappointed with a few items from the social media that were not available with the updated menu.

2019-07-24 02:29:36This is my first experience with Poke Bowl and Im absolutely delighted! The menu was huge, easy to understand (pricing) and you place your order on the tablet and pay with card. Great pricing! You seat yourself and they bring you your food.Chopsticks, napkins, forks, and soy sauce are already on the table. The place is very nice and the food is delicious!! The bathroom is very clean and it was a great experience!! Well done Mr.7!! Bonus Star Status!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.....🌟!!!

2019-10-22 02:55:01Worst poki food ever. The only thing this place has going is location. If it wasnt located right by the community college I would never have come here. I originally had poke for the first time at poke Dot Irvine and that place is fire. This place is shameful.First off the customer service is no good here. They dont care about you or what your ordering. You have to order from a computer and the employees dont want to walk around to help you they either try to horribly walk you through using the computer or they tell you oh no start over. I almost walked out but really wanted to try the food. I should have walked out.The picture on here are so far from what you really buy the bowls are tiny. The large bowl is more like a small and the small is almost nothing. $15 with tax for 3 meats small portion. They dont even mix the sause for you. They have avacodo pre packed. They dont even make guacamole here they just buy the fake wholy guacamole. So sad. This place is a rip off. Drive 15 min or less to a better place. The bowl is the size of my hand 😕

2023-06-09 00:19:00Today after my last day of school, I decided to give a go at poki maki and I gotta say it was definitely worth the price! The small poki bowl will fill you up but if you want more variety you can go with the large poki bowl. I went with the small and I gotta say, the taste of the tuna combined with the fresh salmon and crab salad was a burst of natural and great flavor that I have tasted in sushi but this by far is the greatest that I have ever tasted it as! So delicious and flavorful! I also had a california roll not a bad price at only 3.99 you cant beat that. The small poki bowl was I believe around 13 but it was well worth it. I will definitely come to this place again as they have gotten a new satisfied customer! 😀
