Protein portion was very small compared to other poke restaurants. Paying close to $20 for a large I would like to see bigger scoops. Veggie, sauce and toppings all are very good. Up charging for for different styles of protein and toppings are not the best.

Visually the presentation was unappealing and messy, the veggies didnt look or taste fresh and for the business just being open for 15 minutes at the start of their work day. I was surprised and concerned the raw spicy tuna was warm and gross. I was looking forward to great poke based on some of the raving reviews and extremely disappointed with what I was served and I am back to searching for great poke in my area.

Unfortunately i had to update from a 5 star review to a 3 star. I come to eat here slot. But this time i was a bit disappointed. They changed their spoons to a smaller size....and they make sure the spoon is even and meat is not piled like usual. Also, look at the pics where you can see how small they cut the fish now. Same price....or even a bit more and slot less meat. On top of that the Salmon is unhealthy farm raised salmon and not wild caught which for a Poki place is unacceptable. I also noticed that they change employees all the time....i am starting to wonder if the owner has some money issues and thats the reason he had to cut back on the meat....anyhow, i am highly disappointed with this greedy change and wont be back as often untill they offer same amount of meat.

Hate to write a negative post about a restaurant I didnt eat at. I have severe food allergies, so its a struggle to eat most places if the servers dont understand what gluten is. And I get that and completely understand.However, when we walked in, I asked the server if there were any gluten-free sauces. He looked down for a minute and quickly said nope dont think so. I asked if he had a way to check the ingredients, hoping to try to eat here because of the great reviews. Again, I got a nope. Good luck, and he walked back into the back area. It felt like we were an inconvenience, and hed prefer to do whatever was going on in back rather than take the time to help us.

The service was outstanding. However the food was just eh. I think the lettuce in their salad threw me off. Maybe if they were using a spring mix as the base I would be happier. But like lettuce? Really? Its a filler! Anyway, the sauce was also just ok. Not exactly as flavorful as ahipokis. I truly wanted to enjoy this meal because its closer to me, but I will continue to go to ahipoki on day street. Also, the portion is not substantial enough. I paid $11.52 for my meal. I pay less than that at ahipoki. And for a bigger portion.

The Moreno Valley location has really gone downhill. We used to come in regularly but the portions have been shrinking. Honestly, Id rather pay a little more than get less for the same price.Theyre also frequently out of certain items. Yellowtail is our favorite and they have been out of it the last couple of times weve come in. This time they had no scallops either and ran out of albacore while we were there.As usual, we got our food to go, and once we sat down to eat I noticed how warm it was. Thats more than a little disconcerting for raw fish.However, the biggest reason for my low rating is what I found in my food. My second bite I bit down on something hard and rubbery. I thought it might be cartilage or something but when I took it out of my mouth it was a piece of hard rubber! 😳😳 (Ive attached a pic)If I lived closer and had more time I wouldve returned and complained but we were already eating late as it was. I begrudgingly ate the rest but felt kinda gross the whole time, worried Id find something else. Honestly, I dont think Ill be back. Which is a shame.

Wonderful service, very friendly staff. They are also patient and very welcoming. Location is clean and they are mindful of any allergies clients may hold. Location is take-out only from what I could tell, no seating available at this time. Teas and Boba are sold, for Boba and tea enthusiasts. I loved the Riverside branch of Pokilicious and was frequent customer. So when I came to know about this Moreno Valley branch, I went to check. I had a large bowl with three scoops, as a to go order.The food was really fresh and tasty. However, I felt their protein portions are smaller. Also, you have to pay extra for a lot of the toppings. Overall, its a mix of likes and dislikes.

If youre in Moreno Valley and craving Poke, Boba drinks or unique desserts--like Ube cheesecake--you must go to Pokilicious! The Boba drinks are some of the best flavors and Boba freshness Ive had in four states.The Poke is fresh as are the veggie choices. The ONLY best Poke in MoVal, hands down! i came from the dentist and i was craving for poke, but i didnt wanna drive all the way to Day st. so i drove here instead, the guy who took care of my order was really nice and accommodating, i explained to him that my dentist numbed my mouth so i couldnt speak very well lol, but i guess he understood what i was saying, i chose the large bowl bec. im really hungry from all that drilling my teeth :P, and im glad i came here bec. they even have a larger size (even bigger than the large bowl). its also good to know that you have the option to have toritilla chips as your main base, will try that next time. overall, they have more protein selections. i will never step foot to ahipoki on Day St. again, i hope you guys will stay in business for a long time! cuz the restaurants in these locations doesnt last very long.i love that once you eat your meal, the fish cubes doesnt run out first, (unlike ahipoki) and they said, they made their own soy sauce, and omg! try it! i chose the house special, and the eel sauce, it was really yummy! please do take advantage of their rewards! i discovered that late when the guy was making my drink and it applied 10% on my next purchase. oh well, ill definitely come back here!

This place is B O M B. I never have issues with the quality of food the countless times I’ve been here. The customer service is fire, even tho one gal who used to work there was the absolute best person I’ve ever talked to is gone 😭 She was so cool! Wish I caught her name, but she made the place for me in addition to the rest of the staff. Anyway, their milk tea is the best I’ve ever tasted and I’ve tried so many milk teas from various restaurants and places in the United States, especially Southern California but they win, hands down. The food is bomb as well. Their ingredients are good quality, good flavors, only complaint might be the price but it’s seafood so like… expect it lol.

Good food. Went there for my first visit. I was confused on how to order, but the girl up front was very helpful. I wasnt sure what I was ordering, I just didnt want to eat any octopus or something like that. 😆 I highly recommend this place. Very nutritious too if your trying to eat healthy.

Came here on a whim since I travel for work a lot and like to eat around. Let me start off with: there really are some weirdos in these reviews but whatever. This place as my first poki experience was awesome. Good portions for the price. Scallops and crab were on point. Good sauces. Very good consistency. Veggies were crisp and excellent. Moved into the area a year ago and had been meaning to try it as i have really liked similar restaurants where i lived.They were very friendly, ingredients looked incredibly fresh and the food was phenomenal.I ate my poke outside on a bench in beautiful sunny winter day and thought to myself, why hadnt i come sooner.Definitely making it a routine for lunch. Used to be the place but not it anymore. The A/c hasn’t been working the last few times I’ve been there. I asked about it and the employees said it’s been out for months. Last visit I seen that there was flies in the serving area. The city shut them down a few months ago. You could tell the employees are working unfair working conditions and are unhappy. Not evening mentioning The food is over priced for a low amount of food.

For starters, the service is amazing. You’re greeted with a warm welcome as if you are a regular friend walking through the door.Second, the food is always fresh. Staff was very personable and hospitable.The customer in front of me was ordering poke for the first time. The male employee assisting her thoroughly answered all of her questions and explained the different options to her.The young woman helping my brother and I was equally amazing. I wish I had gotten her name because she made it feel as if we had known her for years. She held a conversation with us the entire time that she made our bowls.

I wanted to like this place so much because its so close to home, but I wasnt impressed at all. Dont ever go here near closing time. They literally ran out of everything so ended up choosing things I didnt even really like. Their scoops of protein are much smaller than other poke bowl places Ive been to and the girls dont even use a full scoop. For the price youre paying youd think theyd at least use a FULL scoop when creating your bowls. Every little thing is that will cost extra, so your bowl ends up costing double at the end. The works were also not very friendly or helpful at all. When I asked which sauce they recommend or which was the most popular, they just shrug their shoulders and didnt want to help. The made me feel like threw just wanted to get me out of there so that could close up and go home. Id much rather drive further and go to AhiPoke Bowl on Day St. Theyre way more friendly and generous and their bowls are DELICIOUS with so many other options!

Also ordered my usual 2 scoops of tuna and when the employee scooped it the first scoop was literally 4 pieces of tuna. She didn’t even give a little more to even it out. For $15 a bowl I expect more. Never had any problems here I love this place but this visit kinda disappointed. I even commented on how little of the tuna I got and she didn’t care to fix it for me. I need to be contacted by a manager immediately. I purchased two large bowls, with the total coming out to $30.09, I signed up for the loyalty program and received 10% off. And I authorized a final charge of $29.97. After I signed for the transaction, your employees decided to help themselves to a tip, and changed the amount charged to my account to $35.96. Fraud. And completely unethical and unacceptable. I need your manager to contact me and to refund my account immediately. Ridiculous.No where on my receipt is there an amount of that $35.96.

Thought my first trip in was great! The staff was so helpful with suggestions as it was my first time in. My poki bowl with salad base was delicious. The ingredients were fresh, cold and delicious. This poki treat was excellent on the hot summer day that I went in. There are many many choices here on what to add to your bowl, my fav was all the spicy options. The sauce selection is solid too. I did think the portions of toppings was a little on the small side, for sure my only complaint here. The place itself was very neat, clean and cool. There is plenty of seating, I appreciate that, just not a fan of sitting on top of ;) others while I enjoy a meal. I will definitely be back in, you bet!

I loved Pokilicious in Riverside and when I found out they were opening one up near my home I was so excited. Portions are generous for the price. Customer service is great. Not only do they serve poke bowls but also boba teas and smoothies. They also recently started a loyalty program which I’ve been waiting for them to do since I come often. The four stars is for convenience, value, loyalty program, and customer service. My caveats are that avocado is an extra charge now when it wasn’t before and no more sprouts, which I loved. Also, the cucumbers are marinated. They used fresh cucumbers before.

I was in line to get a drink after i had finished my meal, as one of the chefs were making a bowl for one of the customers, and while i was in back of them, one of them asks me what was i going to order and i say i just wanted another drink; and he said he was going to attend the people in back of me. I was shocked and wanted to leave. I had to wait for them to order their bowl, and he had a friendly attitude but I took it very disrespectful to hold my order because it was a drink. I rate restaurants mostly on their service. Other than that the food is good, if you want to order a drink just wait till everyone is done ordering their bowls and then go up unless you want to be dismissed and stay standing until everyone has ordered their bowls.

So this business has been around and has changed owners before but it always has great staff and great food so there isnt much to complain about on the service side. The inside is always changing for events and holidays so the owner knows how to visually please the customers. The downside is he doesnt know how to make them comfortable consistently on the menu. Constantly there is a change to what is available and what he gets from his supplier. One week they give out a free scoop of avocado for kahuna bowls and the next its gone. The tuna is sometimes just not ordered or he just doesnt get it from the supplier so there was times where it was just straight crab meat and salmon choice only. They removed the spicy tuna and made it an extra charge the next week. The spicy tuna was replaced by spicy crabmeat and that tasted terrible. They started charging for seaweed so I never order it now. Then this past week they changed the spicy tuna to one scoop free on the kahuna but after that they charge. Then there was that week where they used cabbage instead of red leaf lettuce. They use to have other main options available but they ended up making them extra charge. Point is that the place has good service but an inconsistent menu. Even if its on the menu board so people are aware of seasonal or weekly changes then it would be fine but having be told by the employees that something is extra or something isnt apart of their options is upsetting.

Still open for to go orders, there are no signs on the outside that says they are open, entrance is on the side. Only place I know of in MoVal where you can get poke and boba. So its anbassembly-line-style joint, right? Like Chipotle. On my first time here, I threw in whatever ingredient I knew I like to eat, and I got some extras at cost. It was just OK to eat, and it was too much to eat.On my second time, I realized there are ingredients that are essential to elevate the lunch to its true potential. Here are my suggestions:1. Buy the smallest bowl2. Dont bother with many extra-cost toppings3. Add as much as you want of everything else, but the essentials are brown rice, cucumber, seaweed salad, cilantro aioli, sesame, edamame.P.S. AhiPoki off of Day Street is my usual go to place. However on my days off I go to pokilicious because it is closer to my home. I arrived at 7:10 (50 minutes prior to closing) with the intent of ordering 2 bowls. I wanted one bowl with white rice and one with brown rice. Upon stating my order I was informed that they were out of white rice for the night. That was the first issue i encountered but I let the young lady know that was ok and that I would just take both bowls with brown rice. She then goes to the rice cooker to begin making the bowls and informs me that she only had enough brown rice for one bowl. So not only are you out of white rice nearly an hour before closing but now you cant even fulfill my order because you are also out of brown rice which was the substitute she offered me. I understand running out close to closing time but with nearly an hour left before closing time its extremely upsetting and a waste of time. I will not be returning.

I just left this location and haven’t been here for maybe a little over 2 months or longer only because I was addicted and visiting this place seriously 3-4x a week. I was very disappointed to know that they got rid of their original square bowls they stated off with and the prices went up. I’m extremely sad to say the least I moved out to this city 2 yrs ago and I come from Rowland Height if you know this city well y’all know that this is the capital (😂) of all things Poki, Sushi Asian food everything (locally). So when this location opened I truly felt like home. Their new black bowls are out of control experience for the sizes not to mention their scoops where to small to start with but it compensated for the size of bowls and the food was pretty good. It makes no sense with their 4 different sizes and the price. For this price I can drive back to RH for 11$ and get the size of the original large bowl and scoops are bigger. Or even a closer location in Ontario it’s unfortunate I cannot remember the name to this Poki because I’d give them a shout out on hear but it’s off of Vinyard right next to Starbucks thank me later 😘 anyway sadly I will not come back to visit this Poki I just can’t deal with ripoffs. I’d rather spend my $ else where being greedy is no bueno especially when a city like MV doesn’t have many Poki locations or good authentic Japanese Sushi locations. Not a Smart Move!!! I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shuts down. If the rent is to expensive move locations just as Subway has✌️

Awesome Poke closer to my home than Ahi-Poke.... They have good sauces as well and give BIGGER portions of food than Ahi-Poke.... Fish taste fresh just wish theyd cook fish too because my kids dont like raw fish but love cooked fish. So that means getting Poke for me and my wife and having to go somewhere else to get food for my kids..... Ahi-Poke does cook fish but too far to get Poke quick if you live on the east side of Moreno Valley..... Definitely recommend if you have the taste for Poke....

This place is so good, best poki in Moreno Valley. I got the large with green salad and comes with three choices of fish, I picked tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. Part of your toppings you can also add spicy tuna! Avocado is also included with no extra charge. The amount of fish is plenty, Im stuffed. I had the three spicy sauces combined. Restaurant has a lot of tables and chairs, and a bar style seating too, self serve soda fountain, and separate restrooms. I came during lunch time on a weekday, it wasnt busy and the place was clean. The two workers are friendly and helpful with suggestions for the toppings. High chairs available. There is also a Boba bar here with a lot of flavors, will try some on my next visit. Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Apple Pay accepted here.
