Update: Unfortunately, the invoice amount was charged to my credit card twice. All attempts to contact me to clarify the problem were ignored. In the end, the only option was to go through the credit card company. Too bad.———-This was the best poke enjoyment experience. Very personable staff that patiently walked us through the large selection. Everything fresh and crisp with a perfect topping selection. Very clean little store.

We had a great experience here. The staff was friendly. The fish looked good and was very tasty. I like the selection of toppings and they serve generous portions. We are going back for more.

Friendly service. Helped us through the menu with lots of personal recommendations. Great home made sauces. Fresh fish. Great variety of toppings. So many different combinations I’m sad I’m just visiting and can’t try more.

I Love Sushi and Poke. I would also consider myself picky. I must say this was a wonderful experience. It was a flavor explosion of everything good with some added extras wrapped up in a handroll burrito, literally! The service was extraordinary. The gentleman was extremely warm and inviting, and being a first-timer he gave excellent recommendations. All of the food was fresh and tasted amazing. The portion was quite generous, with a great selection. The Boba was awesome and they have additional unique treats on their menu. Im not a resident of Thousand Oaks, however, when I go somewhere and receive all around great service by great people, I go out of my way to return. I am now a dedicated Pokitomik advocate and customer. If you love Poke, you too will become a dedicated customer guaranteed!

Super amazing! The fish is very fresh, they have amazing sauces (hawaiian habanero🔥 and the lime ponzu) sooo good, so many toppings to choose from too. Great portions and pricing!! It was very clean and the guys that work there are super nice and great energy.Ill definitely be back!

I want to thank Jack for giving me and my son the chance to taste Poki for the 1st time. We tried the tacos. It was amazing!!! The flavors were on point. I was amazed, spicy crab and spicy tuna...with a side of seaweed salad. You will be coming back for more!!!❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯

We get Pokitomik on DoorDash (so I can’t comment on service or atmosphere) but omg the food is so yum! Finding good poke is hard and I’m so glad we found this place. Lots of customizable options.

Food was delicious, fresh and well-prepared.Guy making the food was a little gruff with his demeanor.Place smelled heavily of chemicals upon entry. Not sure if they just cleaned or what-not, but was bad enough to briefly consider leaving.Price is up there, but what isnt these days.

I ordered a poke bowl with salmon, spicy tuna, albacore and a bunch of toppings…it was SO GOOD. Sweet workers and the quality was a delight. I couldn’t stop eating it. Thank you again!:)

Some of the best poke my husband and I have ever had and we’ve eaten a lot of poke. Super friendly staff and such high quality fish and delicious flavor. Also huge portions. This is now our new fave poke spot.

For someone who is very picky, this place outranks all of my other favorites places to eat. The fish is absolutely amazing!! Taste very fresh! So many toppings! So much food for a good price! Sad I couldn’t finish it all. Customer service was also AMAZING!! Such sweet people. Highly recommend!!!! They just opened so go try it out!

This is the best poke place in the area. Not only does the food taste very fresh & delicious the staff is amazing as well. The staff helped me figure out exactly what I wanted & even gave me recommendations on what would taste good in my bowl! I will definitely be telling all my friends & family to come to this place & I will definitely be a regular as well!!

This place just opened and I think I have a new favorite Poke spot. It’s definitely better than the one off Janss and Moorpark. Love the poke burrito option with the spicy Cheetos crumbs, and everything was super fresh. Definitely a must try.

I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. The place is almost always empty so they never put in fresh fish. I got food here and got food poisoning and vomited. If i could give no stars I would.
