I went here for lunch. They always run out of grilled chicken. If the restaurant is for grilled or fried chicken, they need to have both available at all times. The fried yuca I got today, they reused whatever they didn’t sell the day before, very dry. I ordered a salad which comes with chicken, same thing, chicken is burned and dried. The quality of the food is not the same when they first opened. It’s getting worse every time I go there.

My family and I usually like going to El pollo Loco. Thats our go-to. Since Im from El salvador and would always go to El pollo campero over there, I was so excited that they made one close to my city here in California. The service was good, the employees were friendly. As for the cleaning, they need to make sure they wipe the tables down better because they were left very dirty. Also, there were no napkins on the table. We had to ask for some, and they gave us like 5 napkins (remember, we are eating chicken with our hands) . Overall, the food tasted very good. The chicken was nice and crispy and juicy. I was a little skeptical because of the negative reviews, but thankfully, it wasnt too bad at all.

Honestly by far the best service I received was here. To having an abundance of menu to receiving recommendations form the staff. I really like how they explain everything in detail to me. And the food super delicious was very very hot and taste amazing. My favorite were the sweet plantains. Will definitely be coming back.

As a first timer, the staff at the counter introduced me on whats on the menu. Crispy chicken on the outside and juicy on the inside. Nice clean place, friendly staff and plenty of parking space.

Very MidOrdered the Classic Chicken sandwich. It was really small, flavorless, dry, no Mayo no sauce, and the chicken was not crispy at all, the breading was soft.Fries were not crispy and they have a bad tasteThe Staff were nice.Packaging is nice.Pricy for what it is.

It’s Sunday, as a mother didn’t feel like cooking today. I saw this new pollo campero in our neighborhood and decided to try it.I order the 12 pcs grilled leg and thigh. The chicken was really burn and not sure bc of the pepper but I think the chicken should cook properly and not to the point where is burn. It was more work for me bc I have a 6,4, and 2 yrs kids and didn’t like that burn taste. It was more work for me to make food look good for them. On top of that it came with 3 side and I order coleslaw, rice and French fries . The coleslaw was half way and it states it for 6 people. I understand people have bad days but I believe a restaurant should take care of there customer the right way. I call the 833 number and ask the customer service if the cup should be filled up full or just halfway and he mention it’s should be full to the top.I just didn’t want to cook and save time but now i need to cook for my kids. I will not come back to this restaurant no more. I don’t like arguing with people but if we pay for our food we should have good food and proper cooking. I paid $53. 56 and it’s pricy but I said well hope is good. Really bad experience. If your going to this restaurant please make sure your cup is full and chicken cook the right way.

The manager was really nice, friendly and helpful. One of the crew members was rude, I did not get her name to report her. The chicken is okay not the same as the one from El Salvador. I believe the chicken is very pricely.

Bought a couple of thighs to try this chicken. At the window, asked for some salt and was informed they dont have salt. Well, turns out this is some very tasty chicken and needs no salt.The rub they use is subtle, but tasty.If you you try it, youll like it. Really

What a bad service I received today, the lady at the cash desk doesnt like her job, she serves very badly, the chicken took time and they gave it to me raw and with a bad taste, it was one of my favorite places I dont think Ill be back

We went tonight for dinner I told the manager they were out of Pepsi. She said Ill refill it and never did. An hour passed another coustomer asked too. This location really needs to work on giving better coustomer service. We had to go ask for utensils, plates and napkins. We had to take our plates of trash to counter because no one came for them. They Santa Ana location is so much better on Grand. For $85 dollars I expected better service.
