Love shopping at B&B Do-It Center. They frequently have what I need, and goto the big box stores after I cant find it here.

While an aging strip mall, don’t let this shopping center fool you. It’s bigger than you think and full of vitality. It includes many favored restaurants by local Camarillan’s: Topper’s,The Good Morning Cafe, Love Pho N’Mor, Taqueria El Tapatio, Chester’s Asia Chinese Restaurant, Hector’s Taqueria Fresh Mexican Food, Sushi Fujiya and Wendy’s. The bargain stores of Camarillo exist there, too- a dollar store, a pawn shop and Goodwill. In a category of it’s own, there is a music school( Music Freqs, Music Lessos), a vet and a Moose Lodge.

Great place. Big Taco Plate is great. Carnitas burrito is a go-to.And get the horchata.

An aging strip mall that takes you through a time warp to the creepy 1950s. It certainly aint The Collection in Oxnard. A dive bar, a massage parlor and Toppers Pizza. What a combination

Friendly staff, always have a smile. You can pretty much find almost everything here that you dont find in other places. I like the selection and options available. Generally their marked down veggies are the best deal in town. I purchased 2 2lb bags of spinach for less than $3! Thank you smart and final, your store is the go to for my family.

The toppers pizza was good. The experience was unpleasant. The salad bar area was unclean with spills. I was disappointed that no one in the food prep area wore gloves. Bare hands!

Great place to go shop,eat with family and friends. There smart and final grocery store, 99 cent store. Goodwill, Club house. Plus there bowling alley 🎳 too. Enjoyed all restaurants here and bakery too. Be nice and kind to everyone.

If I could give zero stars I would.Seems like every time I get food from one of the restaurants in the plaza to share with some of the homeless persons I run into there, this particular business owner that is renting a space, calls the police.Tonight was no exception.Except this time, the business owner drive up in his car and started shouting and asking how long I had been staying there, how long the gentleman that I was sharing food with had been staying there. Stated that he owned the plaza, it was private property, that he owned it.And called the police.But only about the gentleman that I shared food with, brought a pillow, warm jacket and backpack to store what little belongings he had.I asked the self claimed owner of the plaza if he knew it was zoned for public use and we had a right to be there and that I had purchased food at the plaza to share.He stated that he didn’t care, I had no right to be there and the person I was sharing food with, had no right to be there either.Even though we were sitting, eating and having conversation behind the store fronts in the rear.He was just concerned about harassing a repeat customer who gets food and other items to share with persons in need and calling the police on a newly homeless person.Who happened to be black.The self proclaimed plaza owner kept changing his story about his ownership of the plaza, eventually revealing that he was a business owner there who rented a space.He declined to answer me when I asked which business was his.I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

I have not been there in a while but only sweet memories there. Their a couple of quartersfrosties during summer a super hit for us, their salads to die for and the boys enjoyed their burgers and fries. Also, back in the day the boys enjoyed a kids meal here and there. They are always on task, I never had a bad experience. Surroundings and decor. pleasant and nice. Time to go back.

My mother-in-law loves the shrimp pho with extra veggies. We love everything else lol! I know its been hot here in California but she was craving it and what grandma wants she usually gets especially because she never asks for anything and does so much!
