I went into Popeyes you get a 16-piece family meal for my family. I arrived at 3:11 p.m. by 3:21 p.m. Im still waiting for someone to come out from the back to take my order. Finally they take my order I spent $55 on the 16-piece family meal which consists of 16 pieces of chicken three large sides and eight biscuits. Two or three doordashers came in after me and left before me. In total I spent about 39 minutes inside the restaurant waiting for my order because theyre mac and cheese was not ready. This is way too long to wait for fast food,( hence the term fast food). I dont know what theyre doing back there but there was three or four of them but they werent making any food. It doesnt Take 30 minutes to make mac and cheese at Popeyes. I complained a little bit towards the end which I regret because when I got home I realized my eight biscuits were missing and my Mac and cheese was kind of burnt on top as if they just reheated it. I would advise not to purchase any meals or food from this location because youll grow old waiting for them to take your order and then youll grow old again waiting for them to make your order. So it took me 40 minutes to get ripped off for eight biscuits.

I havent been here since their grand reopening. I didnt really like it. I did consider the fact that it was their first day, but since I hadnt tried Popeyes before, I had nothing to compare it with. This time, my grandkid was visiting and wanted Popeyes. I tried the blackened chicken sandwich. It was the best one Ive had, anywhere.

I visited this store on July 23rd, 2023 (Sun) at 4 pm. And 2 ladies who were working had the worst attitudes to customers. I waited about 20 minutes even though I was in a hurry and asked one of them if my order is ready or not. She immediately said they were packing my order but she found a packed bag on the counter and asked me Oh your order number is ⚪︎⚪︎!? & YES, it was mine. They handed it over to me WITHOUT any apologies for making me wait extra and didnt even call my order number. They just wasted my time. They were so rude and didnt have attitudes. The store was almost empty but how do they can be that lazy? Cant believe it.

It takes around 30 minutes to get food here pretty much every time, no matter what you order. Dont use the online order feature on the app, it doesnt seem like they know what theyre doing just yet and theres no benefit from using it. It never seems like they check the receipt either. The receipt shows what sauces, drinks, and stuff I ordered but they I always seem to forget them. The food is great but if youre looking for fast food, then look somewhere else.

We got three Chicken Sandwiches and one was PINK in the middle BUT they replaced it. Lucky we were eating in the lot so we didnt have to deal with bringing the half eaten sandwich back from home. They were TASTY as expected!

The food was good although it did take more than 20 minutes for them to get the order out. The fries have always been well seasoned. The spicy chicken tenders are nicely cooked and just the right amount of spicy for people who arent used to really spicy food. Their biscuits are a tad drier than KFC, but they do taste better in my opinion. Overall the higher than average price (in comparison to most fast food places) of the food did match with the good flavor. Will visit again.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE!I went to this place hoping to enjoy a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. The first sandwich was a couple of smashed buns with a piece of barely warm chicken, I returned it.Based on what I got for a second sandwich it seems to be that the employee, a young Hispanic woman, was upset because she had to make another one.The second sandwich cant even be called a sandwich. She intentionally made a sandwich with two strips of burnt chicken with pickles. I showed it to the cashier and she was amazed of what I got for a sandwich.The cook obviously knew that the chicken was burnt; it was dark and hard like a rock. She had to touch the chicken in order to make the sandwich, so she knew how bad it was all along; this wasnt a mistake, she did it on purpose. She had the odasity to give me a sandwich that look and tasted like trash, knowing very well that the chicken was not eatable.I really wish to be able to give this place a negative rating, but unfortunately Google doesnt allow it. I am never coming back, and you shouldnt either.Dont go to waste your time and money.

Consistently good service and food that is well-made. My family comes here when were craving fresh chicken because why bother with anywhere else? Theres a deal for pretty much any budget. Just be aware that there will be crowds for the Tuesday night special.

Not a very pleasant experence there at 7 pm on Wed night. It was my turn to order and the cashier clerk just ignored me to take care of her other orders! I’m a Doordash driver, and I saw my food order on the tray in the kitchen from standing in front of the cashier position. The cashier lady just worried about calling others to ask whether the food she is holding belong to one of those. She did not have the name of the customer and just spoke out the food items, but no one claimed the food belong to them. I waited for seven minutes for her to find out whose order the food belongs while she completely ignored me even though I stated that I’m a Doordash driver hinting that I need to pick up the order quickly to give it to my customer on time. The food was there and just give the food to me, man! Don’t let me wait!

2 stars are for other Popeyes locations. Customer service is meh. The cook was not working the day I went, they just warmed up yesterday’s food.I got chicken tenders. It was rubbery, dead serious rubber. I don’t usually say that but unfortunately it was true.I like other locations hell go to Atlantic Ave location it’s a little rundown but way better. Will not return to this location.

I love Popeyes chicken. I gave it a 4 because the chicken can be greasy, my husband says. That was with the extra crispy. Me, I LOVED IT! My family gets the take out at least 2 to 3 times a month. The service is pretty good. Ive never had to stand in a crazy line and get frustrated because of the service. Its efficient, courteous and pretty accurate with the orders. I gave the atmosphere a 4. Its very clean and quiet. Stop by and check them out...

The last 3 times we have ordered food at the counter we have had to wait from 20 minutes to 40 minutes each time.. We didnt order anything special just a family meal of chicken. If it wasnt for the fact the food is so good we would have stopped going to this location a long time ago because of the service. There were 3 customers in the entire store and it still took almost 40 minutes to get my food. Ordering took forever because the kitchen employees had to keep coming out to reenter the orders which were put in wrong. Then after everyone already ordered we were informed they didnt have chicken ready and it would be another 9 minutes which became 15 which became 20. I ordered 2 thighs 1 leg and a chicken sandwhich and it took almost 40 minutes. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is cause luckily the food was yummy since we got it fresh.It will be a long time before I go back here if ever.

The service was okay. It wasnt busy when I got there so I was helped right away. I got my food in a decent time from when I ordered it. The reason that I gave it three stars is because it was just average and when I tried to get my drink, the machine was off so I had to wait until someone turned it on. It is Popeyes so the chicken is pretty consistent. I had the three piece meal with Cajun rice. The chicken was juicy and the rice had just the right amount of spiceThe dining area was relatively clean. Again, to me it was pretty average. There are other ones in the area that are cleaner but I feel that their service is not as good.

Warning this is one of the SLOWEST Popeyes establishment Ive been to and I live down the street.Three different occasions I purchase spicy chicken and they gave me regular chicken. I love Popeyes food in general. They are affordable & the food is always good.However, at this location, there is always an issue. Either one of the registers is out of service and the lines are outside the door or the workers are so overwhelm that their attitude reflect that. The visit has never been one to feel as though the employees like their job. I’ve seen a lot of disputes between employees and customers.Overall, I think this place could customer service can be much better. Have working registers and smiling workers and that make the visit much more worthwhile.Other than that, the food is always good!

I come here often when coming back from work as my partner loves Popeyes. The service is fairly quick and the employees polite. The only problem is the parking. Popeyes has one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches around. (Oddly, the menu board does not list them.) Many sauces to use with any of their chicken. They are serving fish sandwiches during Lent. Slightly fishy tasting, but overall, good. I do most of my business with Chic-Fil-A, but this is a good, cheaper substitute.

Of 3 visits within a month ordering the same item, only the first visit was hot, crispy and fresh. For the other two visits, the chicken was stake and warm at best. One day, I placed an order online, which was worth $20.55, and I got charged twice the amount. When I tried to call to recover my money, no one picked up the phone to hear my complaint. Another day, as I picked up my order, the girl who was bagging the food used her saliva to open the bag she was going to use to put my food in. Service was extremely slow. I waited over 35 minutes for my food and it was still wrong! Order was wrong. Chicken was overdone! The young lady who did not speak Spanish with the Spanish-speaking cook could not get anything right for many of the customers! I dont believe a language barrier should come into play when its a fast food restaurant or other. So much that Ive probably gone here at least twice or more in a month, on Tuesdays, for the 2 for Tuesday deal (a leg and a thigh piece will set you back a cheap $1.57 (tax included).My own favorite her is the Red beans with rice or the Cajun Rice.Theyve also started offering Shrimp by the tackle box, by itself or with Chicken tenders for $5/ box (comes with two regular sized sides).Food is quite good. While not being my favorite fast food chicken spot, which is Churchs Chicken BTW, I would stop by Popeyes on occasion for their Tuesday legs & thighs special in the past.For my initial visit to the remodeled Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, I went with the $5 meal - 2 pieces mixed, 2 sides & a biscuit. Nostalgia wears rose colored glasses. I found the small pieces of chicken to be kinda dry. The mashed potatoes & gravy & the red beans & rice cheered me up, with the flavor of Creole seasoning permeating each spoonful.Service was good, as my order was taken right away with a short wait for my food to come out. Plenty of seating for those looking to dine in. Parking is in a private lot on the right & in the Food 4 Less shopping center on the left.Popeyes, I missed you. However, I think my memory of you surpasses reality. Your fried chicken doesnt find my happy place like Churchs, but I do like your seasoned side dishes. Plus, I did enjoy your crawfish entrees in the past, which is something you have exclusively.
