I order combo 4 3pc fried chicken,The menu usually includes a piece of chicken breast, a piece of chicken wing and a piece of chicken leg.But there are no chicken legs in it! They gave me two chicken breasts and one chicken wing, not the chicken legs I wanted! This is completely different from what’s on the menu! I wonder what they do with the chicken legs? Take it home and eat it yourself?

After a long day at work I just wanted to grab a quick bite for lunch, sadly I chose this place. the service was okay. one employee was very polite and would be the sole reason to come back she worked hard and was very polite. Now as for the food. the food was where Id say things went from 60 to 0 really quick. After waiting a bit and picking up my order the chicken combo was as dry as my ex after watching lord of the rings. Every bite was like chewing dense rubber. If I would have known it was gonna be like this Id just would have gone to churches at least there I can pray for better tasting chicken chicken.One thing that I noticed was when I asked about the sides and if they were fresh one employee kinda rolled those eyes. While another ask if i could wait a bit i said sure while waiting by the food pickup counter i caught a glimpse of some other employees reusing what seemed like an old side, they went to the back a bit and just poured it into another container and handed the lukewarm Mac and cheese to me. Inside were the remains of drying cheese and sad macaroni Needless to say I didnt eat it but didnt want to cause a fuss over it so i just accepted the loss and left.

I brought a coupon just came in the mail. They would not honor it. They said they couldnt find it on the computer. I drove originally to the murrieta popeyes and they closed down. Drove all the way to Winchester. They then said only participating popeyes and they were not one. So on the coupon sheet it said scan this to locate participating popeyes and their popeyes came up first. Basically they lied right to my face. Still would not honor coupon. ????

The food is great if they get your order right.Check your order before you leave, dont just count the boxes. I usually do, but had a SUV full of stuff.Im in the process of moving, so have gone there twice this week. Both times they messed up!Today they got the order wrong over the speaker & fixed it to a higher price at the window. Which is understandable. Then they gave me one 4-piece meal with two sides. Instead of another 4-piece meal with two more sides, they gave me a box of cold fries. Plus there was barely any macaroni & cheese in the second side.

I had never used the drive-thru at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, however as I was coming home from work, I decided to get some Popeyes Chicken to my family, it was surprisingly cold and raining. When I drove up, I was a little surprised that there were about eight cars waiting to be served! So I adjusted my mind to be patient, in what might be a long period. I got up to the Order Speaker, and was placed the 10 piece chicken meal, and told the cashier I had a coupon, and provided the 4-digit discount coupon. I expected to be told, that a coupon could not be used, and was very surprised & very pleased that did not happen. As I continued to proceed to the cashier, I began to wonder, will the cashier actually allow me to pay the discounted price. Surprised again, and again very pleased, that I did get the discounted price, and I did get to keep that coupon, for another visit to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen for my favorite Popeyes Chicken! And I do love your hot Apple Pie! Very, very delicious!

Make sure you check your chicken because I paid $40 for little chicken wings when I specifically asked for half thighs and half legs. Host name was “Ginikachukwu”. Plus there’s having too much fun dancing in the kitchen while they made everyone wait more than 30 minutes for your order. Lol who ever manages this places needs to be fired and replaced ASAP

The employees were super busy but really polite. We waited in the drive- thru for 40 min. Once we got to the window, we waited another 10 min.The young lady attending the drive-thru window was super sweet and polite. Apologized several times for the delay. When the food was finally discovered, everything was super cold. The fries tasted like yesterdays reheated recycled fried. The rest if the order was incorrect and cold.We attempted to notify the manager of the mistakes with our order and the cold food. The manager was polite and extremely professional. Explained that since it was a mobile order, she could not reimburse us or credit our original form of payment.It was explained to us that we needed to contact corporate for a refund. $60+ down the drain.We ended up throwing away our order, driving across the parking lot and eating at another restaurant.

We have come to this Popeyes many times. We love the food here. Today we had something that went wrong and the way they handled it was so professional, courteous and generous, that I felt compelled to write this review.We have a large family, nine members total. So ordering fast food is painful sometimes. My daughter got her drivers license today (!) and we wanted to celebrate. I let her pick wherever she wanted to eat. She chose Popeyes. A girl after my heart.The customer service in the Drive-Thru was wonderful. The operator was very kind and reassuring to her as she fumbled her way through ordering for the family. And she was so sweet to my kid. I think she really enjoyed the experience.Since we usually have a big order, I was not in the mood to verify everything was correct. I recommend others take the minute to do that next time. They made a pretty big mistake in our order, completely forgetting some chicken. I had to go back with the receipt in hand and I snapped a picture of the food we received. I showed Jeremiah.Right away he corrected the issue and took care of us. I cant express how appreciative I am of something this basic. I dont feel like fast food chains give credit to the people that work in them as they should. And theres other restaurants where this sort of decency is not given.Great team. Thanks for remembering to be human.

Went here today to get a chicken sandwich. Which I ordered one it was on menu at $4.49. Cashier asked me for $5.43 I told him thats wrong. Look price is $4.49 He could not figure out it was wrong. Then I ask for manager she was not much better. She finally just gave me police discount. I will never go there again. What other items are they over charging for? Excellent CRUNCHY, moist chicken Louisiana style. Ordered the 2 pc regular crispy fried chicken dinner. You can get the chicken Cajun spicy or regular. The buttermilk biscuits were fluffy & tasty with honey, jam, butter to choose. Mac & cheese just ok. You can get sides like coleslaw, mashed potatoes & gravy, red bean & rice, Staff was knowledgeable, quick & thorough. Apple pie typical to McDonalds old one but way better. Had a blueberry type also. Other versions of chicken served like sandwiches, tenders, etc. Will be back for sure!

One of the best Popeyes I’ve been to. A while back I quit Popeyes cold Turkey because the one by my house was so awful. But this location made me reconsider. The food was very good and fresh. Rojelio took my order and assisted me when my mobile app had an error and turned my 10$ order into 30$. He resolved it and was very kind and clear. In addition while I sat back and ate, the staff was laughing and having a good time while working like a well oiled machine which was definitely refreshing. I hope this spot doesn’t change. 10/10!

Im very understanding when it comes down to food service, because I literally tolerated my only fast food job for 4 hours, but this is different. I ordered a family meal with all mild dark meat plus two sides and biscuits. The sides and biscuits were exactly how they usually are, but the chicken was a different story. They gave me spicy mixed meat plus they added 3 spicy tenders. I noticed this on my receipt after it was placed, so I told my cashier. He said he didnt know how to change it on the computer and then reassured me that he will make sure my order is what I actually wanted. 40 minutes pass and my order is ready. I asked the person who handed my order if everything was dark and mild. He said yes, so I took it home to my family. Found out that the order was completely messed up. I took it back and spoke to the employee that gave me the food. He said that he has no idea what is my problem and that he packed exactly what I ordered. Luckily, the cashier backed me up and said how messed the order up and didnt know how to change it. They called the manager on duty, and she basically remade the chicken to what I actually ordered, plus she said she will comp half of my next order. I did not get that statement on writing with her signature. To sum it all up, Im not happy with them at all.

Today I got so mad at the workers in Popeyes. This Restaurant I usually buy four / five times a week, even the manger, a very nice black lady, knows me and treats me well. But today, I think the girl is a new staff, probably not well trained, talked without any patience but with so much arrogance, because she is white and I am Asian? The worst thing is, when she brought out my food, the box dropped on the floor, she just took up to me instead of changing a new one, even without saying “sorry” or “have a nice day”. I dont typically review fast food unless its really bad and I need to actually warn people about getting food there but I was really impressed with how sweet the cashier was. And it wasnt flirtatious or anything inappropriate. She was just very warm and welcoming and her smile and friendliness made my day. It was like that southern hospitality. So I hope she knows that she is very much appreciated. And I think she deserves recognition for her willingness to be kind and professional. Plus the food was great. I enjoy the flavors of Popeyes chicken. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. The reason why I scored 4, when the staff have a big rush. They forget some of your items and when you try to call them back, they do not answer the phone and you do not want to travel back to get your items. So, you wasted your money. Id give them a zero. I waited 40 minutes for my order. It took them 15 before they even acknowledged my presence at the counter and another 25 before I got my food. Mind you, this was an online order that had been placed 20 minutes before I arrive. The managers are garbage too. They had no sense of urgency or concern for all the irrate customers in the store and were scolding their employees in front of the entire restaurant. This location has been awesome since its recent opening in 2019. The staff are great, they give good food portions, unlike some of the other Popeyes I have been to, and the service is fast despite how crazy busy it gets at times. I even had a issue where I was incorrectly billed but the manager, Marco was fantastic in getting it resolved. It was a simple issue but he went above and beyond to ensure I knew he cared that the mistake was made and he was going to fix it.That goes a long way even if it is a small fast food establishment!

I like this location the best out of the ones available in the area, however just wish the flow would improve to keep the lines moving. The employees are always really friendly and greet you with a smile (even with their covid-19 masks on) and a heartfelt welcome. The quality is hit or miss depending on whos working I suppose. **UPDATE 040821** I have increased my rating from one to three stars. I would go a higher, but I will leave room for improvement. After receiving a call back from the General Manager about my situation, she really went above and beyond remedying my unfortunate experience at my local Popeyes. It went a long way with me that she took the time to address this shortfall personally. Thank you very much.This had to have been the worst experience Ive had at any Popeyes in my lifetime. From ordering online, through the app, and the wait I had to endure was so disappointing. Both the app and website did not display mac n cheese and the Bigger Family Feast order/customization was not cooperating whatsoever. I even had other family members try it to ensure I wasnt doing anything wrong to which they couldnt figure it out either. This whole event was miserable. What really ticked me off was that neither the general manager nor the owner once acknowledged my hour-long wait. Nothing was offered as an inconvenience even as multiple families and customers piled in and out of the restaurant, and I was left standing there waiting, steaming! It took all of my patience not to create a scene, but Lord o Mighty did I want to. This was terrible and unacceptable service. After about 30 minutes of waiting, youd think my order would become a priority. NOPE not here! This will be the last time I order anything of this size again. For a customer who spent nearly $70, I expected better service.

I actually live in Hemet but if Im heading home from temecula I make a point to stop here. The staff are friendly. The food is always fresh and they always have all the sides and other items on the menu. The hemet store never gas sides I want Only fries. Food is hit or miss and theyre always busy makes no sense. Management really needs to concern itself on making sure there customers get not only what they pay for but also the food is hot or warm n not less than room temp. Its really disappointing when going thru the drive thru only to get home n find out that what u ordered us not what u got n the food taste less than acceptable. Review of below complaint. June the Manager is so sweet and very helpful. She called me to apologize for all the inconvenience I had to go through and refunded my entire order, as well as replaced my complete meal today 2-23-20. I am very pleased and satisfied now. However it is still a good idea to ALWAYS check your entire order in your bag at the window of the drive thru real quick, just to make sure you dont experience the same situation i experienced. By only having to eat 1 apple pie for dinner because the restaurant didnt give you your entire order.I went to this Popeyes on 2-21-20 at around 1015 pm on a Friday night because they close at 11pm. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal with fires. Before leaving the drive-thru i ALWAYS make it a habit to ask the worker if this is it, if EVERYTHING IS IN HERE meaning the BAG they handed me. Like ALWAYS they say YES IT IS. By time i got home which from my house its a good 15-20 minute drive. So by time I got home it was already 1104 pm. I go to open my box and its filled with completely fries all the way to the top. Not just a little hand full of fries, I am talking about over excessively packing the box with fries, like some employee thought it be funny to pack the box with just fries and no Sandwich.

Name it. First time at this location, first mobile app order- total failure!Not only did it take excruciatingly long with only one other customer ahead of me in the drive through, first they tried to hand me somebody else’s order, then it took another five minutes and then they screwed up my order (they gave me the wrong side) and it was cold. Also they just closed the window without asking me if I wanted any sauces and before I could ask myself. I had to honk multiple times to get their attention and finally at the end they made a rude sarcastic comment to me when handing me the sauce I asked for.

Decided to order through the app. They were really good at getting the order wrong! Gave us 1 thigh and two wings when we ordered a 3 piece dark meat (leg & thigh). The pieces were spicy when we ordered non spicy specifically for one of the meals. Person handing out the orders did not even try to ask for my name while calling out other names for orders after mine while my order languished in the corner. Do yourself a favor, if you really want to have Popeyes eat in, dont use the app. Hope they can get their act together soon.
