In my opinion they have the best fried chicken out of all the chicken fast food places. With that said I tried their new Ghost pepper wings. My first initial thought was that they were not that spicy but then after awhile the spice sneaks up on you with the aftertaste. I’ll have to say these wings were nice and crispy with a juicy center. Very good for wings. Don’t be afraid to try these they are hot but not that much hotter than their spicy chicken.

Ordering from their website? Think twice if you don’t want to be cheated by them.To put it short: they intentionally serve me two items as opposed to three that I ordered on their website where the tenders were missing and they didn’t tell me until I found it out myself later. The manager told me because I ordered from their website (popeyes.com) they are adding some arbitrary additional charge so the price I paid was only enough for two items. They also couldn’t explain to me why I was extraly charged for the fries and biscuits either but simply told me to go and he will follow up with his boss to see what he can do. The manager showed no sign of apology, and I was even wondering if he realized this was a mistake on his end, not me. Ridiculous. I cannot believe this is how they are doing business in the US! My first time there and will be my last time as well.

Food was hot and tasty. Service could be improved. And when are they gonna put the table n chairs back to welcome customers. Covids over, make UR restaurant pleasant to visit again.

Ordered the 16 piece to be delivered. Got 6 legs and the rest was backs.Not 1 breast and no wings. Guess they know how to get rid of those

I ordered, but my Friend had ordered way before I did, and I got my order first then we waited for 15mins. Because the guy said they had to take the pie??? Shouldnt have been that long!

Never have an issue here.. quick and fast.. Asian lady here is so sweet and funny. Got the chicken sandwich today and yes its really good!

The food is good, but it is almost always short on the fish sandwich, and sometimes even the chicken sandwich.The atmosphere is poor. Chairs remain stacked on the corner of the store, and it doesnt look inviting at all. I understand it was due to the pandemic, but its no longer pandemic times, and many restaurants have resumed normal operations. Really no excuse for it to remain looking in disarray.

Myself and a great friend from India were looking for a place to eat lunch.My Indian friend saw Popeyes and he immediately said it is one of his favorite restaurants in Southern India.The chicken is always crispy and tasty, never soggy as other chicken places can be.The fries are spiced so well and mashed potatoes and gravy taste like real potatoes. Highly recommend 5*****
