This is my 3rd Porsche. I have worked with other Porsche dealers before; however this is my first time buying Porsche from Porsche Ontario dealership. I believe they are just amazing! They are much better and much more helpful than any other Porsche dealers I have been to.I cannot thanks each and everyone of them, especially Dan, Aric and Shelly enough. They were so helpful. They kept the dealership open till 10:30 pm just for me, so I can pick up my new car. I am very happy with my new Porsche and the deal I got through them.

Seriously the BEST PEOPLE to do business with! My family and I usually HATE car shopping and dealerships because of the back and forth games they usually play. Porsche Ontario made the entire process so painless and easy for myself and my family. Frank and Tyson are seriously the SWEETEST guys and are the reason this entire process was a great experience! The entire process from looking at the car, test driving, negotiating, and paper work was ONLY a total of TWO DAYS and I was driving away in my new car! Everyone at Porsche Ontario truly means it when they say we are a family. Whenever I have any questions about my car I can text, call, or show up to the dealership and anyone and everyone is always happy to help! I seriously had the best experience! Even through all the draining paperwork Shelly made it painless and easy and truly had my best interest when talking about the extended warranty process. He made it clear to my parents and I that he wouldn’t recommend or give me anything his daughter wouldn’t need! Again making myself and my parents feel like we are more than just a family at Porsche! I would 100% recommend Porsche Ontario to everyone in the future!

IMPRESSIVE! The folks here are not only selling beautiful cars but also making real friends. Tyson, Frank, and Shelly provided exceptional service and treated me like an old friend.I live in the SF Bay Area and I’ve been looking for a 911 for a while. Early this month, I occasionally saw my dream car at Porsche Ontario which is 400 miles away from me. Frank Cinco quickly made a few videos to tour the car and provided extremely helpful information. After a couple of calls, I felt very confident to book my flight.Tyson Toeller, another amazing salesperson who is also a knowledgeable car builder & racing driver, picked me up at the airport with this beautiful beast and hosted my visit. We test-drove the car and Tyson walked me through all the features with a lot of useful tips.Shelly Fisher, the finance manager, patiently steps me through the financial process with ease. Not to mention, I encountered some expected issues in processing the payment, but these people magically turned it around.Unexpectedly, the car had a minor issue with one of the ignition coils right after it left the store. Tyson and Frank helped to prioritize the repair, reimbursed me for the flight tickets and a hotel stay, and booked an open transport to deliver the car directly to my home. Good things often take a bit more time to come, my partner and I received our first 911 in the Bay Area the second week.Since then, I have enjoyed my 911 every day and I am so grateful to get to know these people. It’s always challenging to make a big purchase like this from another city, but these guys handled it professionally and treated their customers with heart. Much appreciated!

Ive been a service client here for a few years, and have always had a 5-Star Experience. I just finished my first purchase at Porsche Ontario today (including a trade); and Jhovan Coronado and his team bent over backwards to make the process smooth and stress free. From getting me the highest value for my outgoing vehicle, to offering the best price on my new 2024 Cayenne Turbo GT, the entire staff were there to help. If youre in the market for a P-Car, I cant recommend them enough!!!

I bought my Cayman GTS from Porsche Ontario, and my experience was seamless. I was in the market and browsing the inventories online, and I inquired about the vehicle and Jhovan, who was my sales representative, was very prompt to reach out to discuss its availability. I am glad that I bought the first Porsche of my life at this dealership. I think they completly understand the fact of the business. They dont waste time and play games at all, they made their promise with strength. Thats why I also use my respect to reply to them. Jamie was the sales guy who helped me everytime I went there to take a look. He had a lot of patient on me. Never pushed and rushed. When I couldnt wait for my appointment any longer, Angel was very accommodating and set up an in-person inspection of the car for me on the same day. I visited Ontario Porsche in March and expressed interest in a specific Porsche 911 trim that I was interested in...About 3 months later I get a call from the associate I spoke to that day who told me that a similar car had arrived at the dealership.I got down there in about 2 hours and was able to get my hands on a brand new 2023 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S in red. This was exactly what I was looking for!They had remembered me from months earlier. That is pretty astute customer service to understand I was a legitimate buyer.Primo Garcia was my final sales associate and he was fantastic to deal with and very easy going. We went in January 2023 to check out the Porsche Taycan over the few options such as the BMW i7, wanted to try something different.Luckily Patrick Posey was there to facilitate that customer experience. Sure enough we came back the next day to put a deposit on a Taycan, he walked us through the process, he very much appreciated our build.Fast forward to July 2023, the Taycan was at the dealership and ready for us to take it home. Sha Peng was simply the best! He took care of us from the very beginning when we were trying to find our dream vehicle. We wound up custom ordering our own configuration and Sha helped us every step of the way. He was upfront and didn’t play any tricks or games and was concise and clear in walking us through the whole process of ordering our custom Cayenne. Never once did I felt any pressure during the entire sales process. The vehicle took almost 4 months to arrive at the dealership and Sha kept me in the loop every step of the way, from when it finished production to when it arrived at the port in San Diego. When the vehicle finally did arrive at the dealership, the final purchase process was also pain free. Sha got us in and out as quickly as possible.Even the finance office was pain free as well. They were upfront and played no games. The cost for any of the back end products were clearly stated and nothing was hidden. Again, there was no pressure to upsell anything. If I didn’t want something, it was gone. Even though I live within a 10 mile radius of two Porsche dealers in Irvine, I made the 40+ mile trip to Porsche Ontario as their service team was more accommodating with my hectic schedule and schedule me in sooner. I was put in contact with Jaime Avila who was the Service Consultant that assisted me with my service request. Jaime went above and beyond with his customer service by providing me with frequent updates and making sure to accommodate for my schedule. The two separate occasions in which I dealt with Porsche Ontario for purchasing my car and getting it serviced went above and beyond my expectations. I was only here to pick up parts for my Carrera Turbo and Angel approached me to and showed me around the dealership and all the new Porsche line up. Our experience at Porsche Ontario was far from satisfactory. Our intention was to purchase a 2018 Carrera, but our excitement quickly turned into disappointment due to concerns about the front brakes. When we sought Salesman Hanks opinion on the matter, his response was shockingly irrelevant and self-centered, he was bragging that he only buys new car and that he paid cash for 2 Ferraris. However, during the test drive earlier, he said that he only makes $200 flat per sale. Sales manager Dans behavior was equally appalling, with a rude and condescending attitude that left us feeling disrespected. Thankfully, the only positive outcome was our decision not to spend our hard-earned money at this establishment. This dealership has genuine nice people. The day we went in to pick up our vehicle we had just dealt with the passing of our fur baby. I was emotionally a mess and not in the best version of me. Ontario Porsche is a five star red carpet dealer. Gilbert assisted me with my purchase and stayed late without even any pressure to finish the deal so he could go home and even offered to help me set up my phone and go over some features. Bought a 21’ Cayenne Turbo S E Hybrid out of state. Got lucky the inventory spec was pretty close to what I wanted. Car was delivered to WA in pristine condition and Gilbert/Christian were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Incredibly professional.Minor suggestion is to streamline online / remote purchasing process better. Had to pull information for updates a few times. Since these out of state deals take a while, super important for consistent daily updates until delivery. For higher end spec’ed cars, high chance buyers will be out of state as there is very limited inventory and allocations. WA/OR/ID all have small Porsche dealerships so it’s prime opportunity for more CA dealers to tap into the market.

I interacted with roughly a dozen Porsche dealerships during my recent search for a 918, and while all of them were professional, Jhovan went above and beyond. He responded almost immediately to my inquiry, and since I live roughly 2 hours away, it wasnt as simple as swinging by for a test drive. He walked out and filmed a full walkaround and interior video, and we agreed on informal financial parameters before I even got to the dealership. I wish that I can give zero stars. This place is the absolute worst. I bought my car a year ago from this dealership. I recently traded it to get another vehicle at another dealership. I submitted a request to cancel my tire and wheel plan and also my extended warranty plan. I submitted it almost a month and a half ago only to call Porsche financial today and find out the cancellation was never submitted. In other words, the warranty and tire and wheel are still active and I’m not even driving the car. This is the poorest customer service that I would expect from a Porsche dealership. I have nothing but great things to say about my recent Taycan leasing experience with Sales Ambassador Gilbert Villagrana and Finance Ambassador Shelly Fisher III. Both were ultra professional and helpful at every stage. I emailed the dealership about a Taycan 4S that had just arrived, and heard back from Gilbert the same day, with a video of the car. The next day we negotiated a very competitive lease price, and I put down a deposit to hold the car. I then discovered I needed a bigger battery and asked Gilbert to find me a different 4S, in a hard-to-find color, with other desired options. Diring the next two weeks he scoured all available and incoming inventory at dealerships throughout Ca and neighboring states, keeping me posted along the way. Eventually Gilbert found just the right car coming into another dealership.Even though Porsche Ontario needed to swap a car with a dealership hundreds of miles away to get me the one I wanted, they honored the original price we had negotiated for a car in their inventory. The day after I signed the lease, Gilbert drove 6 hours to pick up my car at the other dealership, dropped his own car off, and then drove my car another 3 hours further to deliver it to my home. I told him he didnt need to do that, but Gilbert wanted to configure the PCM and other systems, explain the cars features, and answer any questions I might have. He then Ubered back to the other dealership to pick up his own car and return home. All on a Friday! During the next week Gilbert checked in regularly and helped answer my follow-up questions. The Taycan is a complicated car and this proved very helpful. Hows that for going the extra mile?Shelly was also great to deal with. Ive come to dread the usual finance department add-on pitches and hard sells. Thats not what I encountered with Shelly. He explained the add-on packages that Porsche makes available, made straightforward recommendations about what he thought made sense for a lessee, and completely left it to me to decide with no pressure whatsoever. Shelly also arranged for me to docu-sign all the papers and expedited completion of my lease.Im an attorney, I dislike surprises, and I know when someone is trying to game me. I encountered none of that. On the contrary, I have never had a better car buying/leasing experience with any brand or dealership. Not even close. These gentlemen are the best, bar none. I would do business again with either of them, and with the Porsche Ontario dealership, in a flash.As for the Taycan 4S, its a high spirited thing of beauty. I have never driven anything quite like this solid rocket. After blast off, you can just sit back and enjoy the sound system, which also delivers the best acoustic experience Ive ever had. Nice work Porsche. Now Im thinking 12k/year will not be enough.

I was in the market for a Macan S and I had been in contact with 4 different Porsche dealerships.The customer service I received from Porsche Ontario was head-and-shoulders above any of the others. Brought my 992 CS in for routine maintenance yesterday. Initially I was hoping to wait for the car but was informed when I scheduled the appointment that it was going to take several hours for a detailed inspection including the service. I was able to schedule an appointment to have a loaner car thankfully.My appointment was scheduled with any advisor as it was my first time at the dealership. When I arrived, David Barron was quick to step in to help as the other service advisor was assisting another client.David was very professional, courteous and informed me about the process of the inspection and service. Got my loaner from Luis and was on my way.A few hours later I got a call and video of my cars inspection with pertinent mechanical details. Francis, the technician, explained that the car was great and he also noticed that I had a sticker from my detailer in the door sill (for the cquartz finest reserve ceramic coating). He wanted to double-check with me if I wanted a wash or no-wash after seeing that sticker. Thats awesome attention to detail. For car guys whom a majority border on OCD in how they treat their cars, this was just too good. Btw, I dont do dealership washes ever and used to put an index card with NO WASH taped to my steering wheel for my other cars. I didnt do that on this car/visit just to test the waters so to speak but I did mention the no wash to David when I dropped off the car.Not long after, David texted and told me that the car was ready. The process of picking up the car was smooth and easy. Met David at his desk, gave him the loaner key, signed a couple papers and he went to get my car.Ive had my fair share of dealership visits with various makes and various dealerships.This was probably the best dealership service experience Ive had so I figured Id give praise where praise is due.Update Nov 2023Came back in October for 2 yr service (oil, filter, cabin filter, brake fluid, etc) as well as a few noncritical recalls.Another 5 star performance from the team. Jeff was my SA as I had a very early drop off. He explained the work clearly. I had a service special coupon which helped save a few bucks (which always helps no matter what car one drives). Jose again helped with getting me situated with a courtesy vehicle - took 5 minutes since I had been there before - all they needed was updated insurance info.Was told it would probably be ready tomorrow.A little bit after 5PM, got a message from David - cars ready. On the website, Francis, the service technician posted a video going through the car and describing the brake pad levels, tire wear levels and just going through the pertinent mechanical details. Heres the kicker: Francis noticed the booster seat in the back and my sons pretend Porsche steering wheel (drawn on a paper plate :)) and left him a few Porsche/Porsche Ontario swag. Francis said Jeff had told him that I was hoping to get my car back same-day, so Francis pushed through and got the work done early.From Jeff helping me in the morning, then Francis getting everything done in a super-timely manner to David updating me; this team is stellar. I had been looking for a retirement gift for myself and knew I wanted a Porsche since owning a couple during my younger (Pre-kids) years. It was a real pleasure working with Anderson Lai on our first Porsche. I submitted an inquiry about a new Macan which was still in transit. Both Emily and Frank sales assistant were attentive and professional getting my interest and setting up an appointment. This was our 3rd Porsche dealership during the past 2 months. As soon as we walked in we felt welcome and was greeted. Did not felt any sort of pressure from any of the sales. I have to say this was the best dealership out of the others. Working with Anderson, he was patient, understanding, well listener to our needs, and gave us his best professional opinions. Never a moment where we felt pressured. Which lead us to purchase our first Porsche Macan S. Michael the finance manager was great in explaining all the details of the signing process. Great doing business with. My first service visit after purchasing my Porsche Cayenne (Pre-owned Certified) exceeded my expectations! My tech, Kevin Hayes, was great—very knowledgeable, professional, and, most of all, super courteous. He treated me as a valued customer even though it was my first time at Ontario Porsche.All of the service was explained and my questions answered. He even took the time to show me how to program my garage opener to the car 😀 after I had been trying and failing for the 4 months I’ve had my beautiful Cayenne! This Porsche dealer is the best! I just brought my second Porsche last Sat here. This dealer is 50 miles from where I live, not the one I use to go to get my service done etc. Because of the low inventory situation, the car I’m looking for is hard to find. Luckily, porsche ontario does have more inventory compare to other dealers. Besides that, their team is extremely kind and professional. The sales person Patrick is very helpful and patient. I enjoyed working with him throughout the entire process. The manager Pouya is also super nice and friendly. I’m a big fan of Porsche and I’d love to come back for future purchases.

My wife and I needed to replace her Panamera 4 so we Purchased a new Panamera 4s for my wife. We were able to track the purchase from Germany which was kind of special. They have a tracking system where you can see the progress from the Porsche factory to the port in Germany where it is loaded onto the ship, then watch the ships progress all the way to the destination. You get notifications each step along the way. In any case our sales representative Christian Agraso was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very professional and worked with us securing the vehicle and giving us updates along the way. It finally arrived and he delivered to the vehicle to our home. Now that is service. My wife and I love the Porsche brand, have had many different models from the 911 Turbo S, 911 GT3RS, and her Panamera, their vehicles are simply the best driving vehicles. This new car is replacing her Panamera 4, and she would not even consider another vehicle or brand as she loves her car just that much. Me, my fiancé and our new fur baby leased our first Porsche with Patrick Posey at the Ontario location and it was the BEST experience ever! Patrick was down to earth and made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated our business. He also recommended some nice Honey moon spots for us. We were searching for a new SUV and only had Audi and Mercedes in mind. After having a not so pleasant experience at a neighboring dealership I suggested looking over at Porsche. Once we saw the Cayenne Coupe on the lot we both fell in love and the test drive sealed the deal. Since we are young business owners sometimes we come across people who dont think we are serious or can afford a certain type of car (neighboring dealership) however, with Porsche we did not once feel this way. We are so happy we purchased our new Cayenne over the other SUV makes we were originally looking at. UPDATE- 9/29/21- We purchased a windshield protection contract that we cancelled within the window for a full refund. This was done in early July when we were told it would be 6-8 weeks for the refund. It took almost 10 weeks for this to be resolved. That seems like an excessively long time for this to be resolved.ORIGINAL REVIEW- We had a wonderful experience with Porsche Ontario sales. From initial contact with the dealership to driving away in our new Porsche, the entire team was responsive, thorough, friendly, courteous, and exceptional to work with. Primo Garcia was fantastic. We connected early on about a Porsche that we unfortunately couldnt come to final terms on. However, once a couple of other options became available, Primo and his colleague Patrick Posey provided us prompt and complete information. Never did we feel pressured to make a quick, uninformed decision. It was a thorough process and we felt very good about our final decision. Even when we took our time, they still never made us feel like we were monopolizing their time. At the end, we know we made the right decision for us. And when we decided to sell our other Porsche, Pouya made us a great offer that made it very easy to sell it to them. And the great experience extends to the finance department, where Shelly made the process easy and complete. In the future, will definitely reach back out when another Porsche is in our sights.
