My son has taken Spanish lessons with Ms. Grace over the past year. He loves the class! Grace is very friendly and always makes learning fun and interesting. My son started at a beginner level and I’m very happy with how much he has improved. During class, they play games, do activities and have conversations- all in Spanish! I love that the approach to language learning is natural and relaxed. I highly recommend Portal to anyone looking to learn a foreign language.

So glad we found Portal Languages..Ms Grace is so good at what she does..makes learning fun and both of my kids love learning Spanish with her. The lessons are fun and light hearted but informative and the songs get stuck in my kids heads all week. Thank you Ms Grace!!!

We love Portal Languages Mission Viejo!! My children are ages 13, 12, and 10, and they loved Miss Grace. She really knows how to work well with kids and to make the classes fun and exciting. The class sizes are very small which allows for lots of dialogue between the teacher and kids, which really solidifies the language learning. She really goes out of her way to make classes fun with reading, writing, videos, great conversation, games, and even cooking! We would highly recommend Portal Languages to anyone interested in learning a second language!

I have been studying Spanish at Portal Languages for a couple of years now. I was already at an advanced level when I started, and attending on a regular basis has helped me not only keep up with my Spanish, but take it to a higher level. I take mainly conversation classes with Grace, and I love the flexibility and small class size. As a teacher, Grace is friendly and personable, and makes the classes lively and interesting. No dull, dry lessons here. I truly enjoy studying at Portal Languages.

My 7 year old daughter has made great progress at Portal Languages Mission Viejo. Señora Grace is so helpful with accommodating our difficult schedule. I am confident my daughter will become proficient in Spanish with Señora Grace.

Grace is the most accommodating and enthusiastic instructor. Her classes are small, fun and culturally informative.She brings in other great instructors who teach languages from their native countries which is the best way to learn!

My girls are enrolled here for spanish and French. Grace has been so accommodating during quarantine so that the kids don’t lose their enthusiasm. She and the other instructors are wonderful at fusing an approach to keep the kids engaged. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Portal Languages at Mission Viejo. I was a Spanish language student there for two years. While I had other teachers there, the teacher I was with the most was Grace. She was an excellent teacher and I came away as a solid high intermediate speaker.

Highly recommend! Great teachers that make learning Spanish fun. Very small groups allow everyone to be involved and improve your conversation skills. Plus, they organize monthly meetups with more students at local restaurants giving your a chance to speak Spanish, have great food and wine. I wish my entire education was like that !

I have been coming to Portal for 3 months. I will be moving to central America. Portal is giving me a way to communicate while living down south. Grace is my instructor, she is very good. And patient
