Pot Pie Paradise & Deli in Hayward

Great hidden gem in Hayward with a surprisingly diverse menu. There are many international flavors and vegetarian options. I had the Thai currency sweet potato pie to go. It was absolutely delicious. Macaroons and cookies are available for dessert

I’ve been wanting to try this spot for a while. Difficult since it’s open only a few hours in the industrial area. Overall cute hole in the wall with friendly service. I wouldn’t necessarily crave this place though. Things we got:Chicken pot pie: OK the chicken pieces were bigger than I’d like. Tastes like a fresh pot pie compared to frozen grocery storeSpicy Thai curry: good flavor with a sweet taste but I didn’t like the noodles in there wish more saucyAustralian steak: good steak and generous amountTurkey sandwich on Dutch crunch: good classicThey ran out of chicken tikka masala which id be open to trying in the future.You can get these frozen or ready to eat just need to heat up at home or if you eat there, they’ll heat up for you.

These are the best pot pies I’ve ever had, and they are easy to make from frozen. I will be eating these pies for as long as I live here. The flavor diversity is amazing.

Stayed with a traditional favorite, fory first visit and Pot Pie Paradise did not disappoint! The crust was flakey, yet sturdy enough to work for a savory meat pie, and the seasonings were great. The service was quick and the dining area was clean. My only complaint is that their hours are too short! I would love to be able to stop in after work and pick up a pie or two for dinner. Overall, I was happy and will definitely come back for lunch again

Curry and pot pie are my two favorite foods and i never thought Id see a place that combined the two, it was amazing!

I work nearby and tried this place and I never expected that the food here will be so good. Definitely love the vegan Tikka masala pot pie and the macaroni salad.One thing I should mention is the vegetarian and the vegan options they have.

Super delicious freshly made pot pies. The owner is an absolute sweetheart with hands of gold. Whether youre an omnivore, vegetarian or vegan, there are many options to choose from! Over the years Ive tried their meat pies, vegetarian pies, and since Ive recently gone vegan... Their vegan pies! (Yes multiple vegan pies! Not just an option or two, but 8+ options!). From American cuisine to spicy pies inspired from Asian inspired pies, there is a pie for everyone. Their coconut cookies are also house made. They have pies to eat on the spot or frozen pies you can take home.I used to not be particularly attracted to pot pies and didnt care for them, until I tried this place. Now I am a pot pie lover.They are a bit out of the way but worth the trip 100 times over.They also sell dessert pies which l have yet to try.This is one of my favorite places to eat. THANK YOU FOR YOUR DELICIOUS FOOD!!!!Try one or try them all. You literally cant go wrong. They are ALL amazing. Just depends what youre on the mood for 😉

The food was good and worth the price point. The wait staff was a little curt, but it may have been because there was a party going on in the back that made it feel less like a nice restaurant and more like sports bar or night club. Seems like they need to nail down their image a little.

Both fresh and frozen pies, sandwiches as well. Pies can be savory (from standard chicken pot pies to Thai curry pies to Kobe beef shepherds pies) to sweet (e.g. apple pies). Large frozen pie orders can be delivered around the Bay Area.

Not only are all her pies good (my fav is the jamaican chicken) but her gumbo is better any version I had in New Orleans...
