I have been to this place a few times when Ive been in the neighborhood and I always make it a point to stop by before I leave because their shakes are just that good!The service can be a bit hit or miss especially when its crowded and there are too many people in line, thats when the service quality tends to drop. But their protein shakes are consistently fantastic. My personal fav is wakeUp call. Its a shame its far from where I live or else Id be a regular here for sure!

Just happened to stop by with my daughters and got smoothies. Staff was incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable of their product. We got the acai smoothie and it was incredible. The kids and I enjoyed a nutritious and delicious smoothie while enjoying a beautiful day at The village. Always great to see the Koi pond

I experienced the most blatant racism ever getting a bowl for my daughter here. 2 girls working who seem unable to handle the customer’s waiting and seemed to not care about who was waiting in line but did stop to to handle a customer of another race who went to the other window while I was waiting to order as I was next in line and then helped the non waiting customer and continued to make me wait. It seems customers of color are not important there…I will have go to Jamba Juice from now on!

Three stars because it wasn’t blended properly. Another star off because it seems they still haven’t restocked the 24 oz bowls. It’s a hit or miss here, sometimes I get good bowls and others I get bowls like this where the protein powder isn’t blended and it just tastes like banana instead of açaí. The fruit tasted old this time as well, but I would say normally it’s pretty fresh.

We started out loving this place, but recently none of our orders are correct. We keep getting açaí bowls with toppings we never asked for. I can’t imagine it’s that hard to put together a bowl with the correct toppings, but I’ve never done it so I could be wrong.. oh well.

Absolutely the worst. We got there 15 minutes before they closed, there were two girls working with the lights on and the girl opens the window with a smirk and says ‘we’re closed’.We asked if we could put in one more order since e they are supposed to close at 10 … and it wasn’t 10 yet, and she refused to serve us.After we walked away I looked back and the girls were literally laughing because I said if they looked open and the listing said they were open and it’s frustrating that we won’t get served.Clearly a management issue here.Additionally they are always out of one ingredient or another.There are much better spots with higher quality service and ingredients just 10 minutes away or so.I recommend going to The Real Juicery over this place any day of the week.They unfortunately have lost us as customers forever and the smoothies are not worth the bad service.

I enjoy there acai bowls and other fruit bowls they offer here. Can be a bit pricey in my opinion but worth it every so often. Their protein shakes werent the best they tasted a bit chalky due to the protein powder. Havent had their smoothies but heard good things about them and love the staff very friendly.

Its really hard to find outstanding or even good places these days, and when I say good places I mean businesses that are really there for you to serve you, and they care about you, the costumer! From A to Z... It starts with the nice modern appearance this place has, cleanliness, the staff, service, the product of course and the list goes on. This place has it all!! I am SO glad I found this little family operated health juice bar! When you get there, you are greeted by employees that you can tell are happy to be there and having a good day! The complete opposite of going to most franchise juice bars and getting a sub-par service as we all know and familiar with unfortunately. The staff over there is very knowledgeable about their products and the health benefits of each of their items and will explain and answer any questions you may have without rushing you... After placing the order, I had time to just observe everything and boy I was satisfied with what Ive been seeing! The place is very sanitary, they all preparing your items with fresh and ripe organic products! They are very professional and trying to really put their heart and soul into their creation for you. My wife and I have tried quite a few items from their menu and we were really blown away by the tastiness and freshness of those delicious healthy products they have for you! Not like any other Lets make it real quick for ya... type of smoothies and juices you would get in most other places honestly... The best spot at the village or anywhere! We had the greatest experience thanks to eduar. (I had to ask for the name because I have never met such a great person very polite and positive and makes everyone feel invited and just pulls more people to protini) Such amazing costumer service I had a lot of questions about the drinks and eduar helped me out a lot, and the smoothies were amazing!!!! We ordered 2 drinks the other day. The same thing, except one added one extra ingredient, chia seeds, shouldn’t change the flavor too much. It took 40 mins to get them, and when we did they tasted drastically different. The original was fine, the second was inedible and smelled really funny.Decided to try again now and it still has a taking over 25 mins for our orders andThere’s no one waiting. Came to grab an order to go through a tiny window and was rejected from a service because my mask was “see through”. Seriously!? Have you read the latest order that says you don’t have to wear masks anymore outside??!! And I was actually outside, it’s not even an establishment but a booth where you stand on the street and take your smoothie from a counter, still outside. And I was shopping entire mall without any problems.This is ridiculous and doesn’t comply with any “health” concept or even logic. Also no normal explanation or apologies or offering of a better mask. Super rude and illogical.

Being allergic to so many foods and being a health freak who loves sweets, this is my go to place. It’s so indulgent you can find a variety of things and everything is fresh and healthy. My fav is the acai bowl and peanut power because it literally tastes like your drinking a ice cream shake but it’s so healthy for you and no guilt after! I ordered a protein shake and waited 10 minutes before finally asking what was going on. The staff were not at all apologetic, brushed it off and said they would make it now. They didn’t offer anything to make up for forgetting my order. In the end I had to ask for a refund. I don’t need to pay $10 for a mediocre drink to have terrible customer service on top.

Be cautious. They use rotten bananas and cover them up in syrup and granola or some seeds. When I asked them why would they keep those rotten bananas. The guy said “we use them in our special menu” because a rotten banana has more nutrients than a fresh one.I had to go back and asked them to replace banana.I know the difference between a banana with black spots and banana that’s is rotten.Check your cameras.I noticed your staff used a rotten banana, but I wasn’t sure and I reached home tasted it and went back to get it replaced. If you really worried about your customers, just ask your staff to serve fresh fruits.
