First time trying and can I say, yum?? The dough is chewy and delicious, the toppings all great quality and I love that they grate fresh parmesan on top after baking. This place will definitely be the new treat myself to pizza place in Sebastopol

LOVE this place. Do yourself 2 favors. 1, dont go in there expecting standard pizza, have an open mind. 2, its by the slice, and the minimum portion size is small, so order a bit of everything that sounds good, but especially the ones that sound weird. And dont skip the cookies!

I was excited to try Psychic Pie because of the limited great pizza options in the area. Walking in, all the pizza looked good. Pie by weight is a traditionally Roman concept. Two average sized slices of pizza was $21. It’s just not worth it for that price. Unfortunately despite my best intentions, will not be returning.

Amazing pizza! The crust was so delicious - crispy and chewy, with a great variety of topping options. Also lots of yummy drinks and snacks in a cute atmosphere to boot!

These folks are artists! The pizza is incredible. I love the vibe, love getting served pizza with scissors, the attention to detail, the quality ingredients… big fan! The special coppa with peach is incredible. Bianca is delicious! Pepperoni is one of the best I’ve had.

The sourdough crusted pizzas were so delicious. First time to this nice little town and this popular pizza joint. Not your standard pizza place. Looks like menu changes based on what local ingredients is available, and got a variety. Cost can be deceiving as you are buying by the pound based on cut width of the slice you want, but at least you will know how much weight you will be eating, good or bad. Sorry. No pics. Ate it and enjoyed the meal and then the pizza was gone.

Cool spot to enjoy a beer and have some delicious pizza. I really liked the “by the weight” purchase concept and tried three different pies. All were delicious, I can’t wait to go try more. The owners were great and friendly, always nice to support small businesses.

Best Pizza in California - this was so delicious I lost my mind a little bit - I had no expectations and was shocked at how incredible this pizza is. The crust is perfectly baked, the toppings are so creative, and cooked to the perfect texture - they put lemon zest and fresh herbs on each slice ! ! this is better pizza than I had the entire time I was in Italy, not joking. And the cookies made me extremely happy. Next - going to try the ice cream and homemade toppings!

Seriously the best pizza I’ve ever had. They are masters of their craft. The general vibe is very warm and welcoming. I noticed a lot of the customers were on a first name basis with the owners. Owners seem genuinely interested in building relationships with their customers. We drove from Alameda to try it out and was not disappointed.

This place is incredible. They have an excellent variety of pies -- and all varieties are excellent. They prepare all the different pies, slice off exactly as much as you like, and then quickly cook it right in front of you, so its super easy (and worth it) to try a variety. We loved all five of the styles we tried. They rotate out the recipes regularly, and I would definitely make an effort to come back weekly if I lived here.

Well, … incredible pizza.We for the most part are a gluten free couple.The pizza dough is sourdough and we experience non of those uncomfortable gut issues.The pizza itself is top 3 we’ve had in Sonoma count!Great staff, great food…. Do yourself a favor and give this place a go

Dont let the odd name fool you. This place offers stellar gourmet pizza that is bursting with flavor and textures. It definitely tastes like California cuisine and isnt your typical pizza flavors or format.Even though a typical pie is round, the pizza slices here are rectangular and served by weight, which is kind of hard to grasp; But after your first visit and an explanation by the server, you will easily be comfortable ordering next time. You can mix and match pizzas to have a couple of different varieties on your plate.The staff is unbelievably welcoming and cheerful. The restaurant is small, but cozy and feels inviting. When I went there for dinner on a weeknight, there was a line of about 3 people in front of me and the line went quickly, but the place was well-attended for sure.It seems they put up varying different pizzas to choose slices from. When I was there, two were vegetarian and one was meat. (Im a vegetarian). The flavors and textures are so robust, that even the biggest carnivore would not miss the meat on one of the vegetarian pizzas. The pizzas feel very satiating. Overall, it is a fantastic gourmet pizza experience that deserves your visit.

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very friendly (even with our baby!). We ate two slices there, and got two slices to bake at home. The sourdough crust was perfectly baked, and the toppings were creative and super fresh.We live a few hours away, but we will definitely be back when we are in the area. 💛

Incredible and interesting pizza! I love how often they switch out their specialties but keep around their classics. I would’ve never thought to put broccoli on a pizza, but they make it work! The pizzas are quite pricey though, so it’s best as a special treat.

Ive spent quality time with pizzas all over the place, including NYC and Chicago, as well as many wonderful local places that take food seriously. This is my personal favorite pizza ever. The key is the real fermented sourdough crust, but the toppings are also super high quality local obsessive foodie wonders in themselves. Great music and bathroom art as well. Hard to save room for the fantastic fresh-baked cookies, but they are worth the effort.

Insanely good - the ingredients are really high quality and it’s one of the best pizza dough I’ve ever tasted. I would truly eat this pizza every day if I could. My favorites are the potato one and the pork + poblano peppers one. It’s a bit pricy but it’s worth it for the price. Great service too!

Great new unique pizza place in sebastopol where you order the size of your pizza slice by the amount of fingers on your hand! I go for the usual 3 finger slice, each week their menu varies. They always have great options with fresh ingredients and delicious vegan options also! Their sourdough crust is the real show stopper and makes for a delicious crunchy flavor! The mushroom pizza and the one with pancetta this week have been my go to! Check their website for their weekly menu! They also have great salad options and delicious cookies! Super great spot for dine in or you can do take and bake and cook at home! The owners and staff are super friendly, helpful and passionate about their food! 5 stars all around, I HIGHLY recommend when you are in the area!

Amazing creatively flavored gourmet and the most beautifully done crust I have ever tasted!!! Nicolai and Leith have created a gem!! I am a Private Chef for HNWI and I am super impressed!!! Have the Mushroom Pie - piled high with all types of perfectly cooked mushrooms and topped with lemon zest. Ricotta and of course mozzarella adorn this as well. My husband is vegan and their carrot, raisin pie.....amazing Pizza 🍕 !!

Deeply delicious pizza, with subtle flavor combinations. Go early, or run the risk of their selling out. This brick and mortar us quite new, doubling down on their business that started as a pandemic meta-locals secret ghost kitchen. Im all for it. Hip, and friendly, the folks that run it present a pleasant social exchange, especially for folks who havent had a lot of social contact for a bit.

If pizza is your passion then get this place on your radar. Super chill foodie couple who are both die hard pizza people that have further spoiled us here in town. In all my years, pizza has never felt so right and now I dont know if I can go back to whatever I thought pizza was before. This is how it should be done. One night I started driving and found myself at Psychic Pizza… I’m not sure why I ended up there but I’m grateful I did. It’s odd… Nikolai behind the counter knew exactly what I wanted and it was perfect. The oven cooked the pizza just like I like it. I highly recommend finding yourself at Psychic Pizza and getting pounds of pizza!
