I had a craving for a hot Italian beef sandwich with hot giadiniera but they dont have it so I ordered a beef dip with the giadiniera added to it. It did not disappoint. Im glad it came in a smaller size as well so I could finish the sandwich. Yum! Ill be back to try more.

As always my freshly prepared lunch was extraordinarily delicious. The roast beef was cut as my sandwich was created as well as the provolone and the subsequent parts of my sandwich. Their private blend of Dijon mustard is truly like no other .... One draw back... My sandwich seemingly evaporated almost immediately from the unwrapping. Lol

Ordered from doordash twice. I live down the street but work from home. I got the pastrami sandwich... hands down the best pastrami Ive ever had. Certainly tops the hat. Im eager to try other things off their menu

Pulcianos was a place I went to before, though a decade ago. I didnt remember what their food tasted like anymore, and decided to find out today at lunchtime.The boss is really nice. His parents came from Italy. Also, he has many repeat customers. Everyone I saw there today was a regular.Got the BLT and it sure hit the spot! They can put extra bacon, avocado, and/or cheese if youd like. I recommend provolone.I will be back!

Meatball sandwhich was perfect... good amount of cheese sauce was delicious and the meatball cooked proper! YOU CAN TELL THE OWNER CARES about every sandwhich coming out of his kitchen! Cant wait to try their famous mafia sando for dinner! Love supporting these type of small business

Im kinda ashamed I have lived in San Gabriel for 11 years and havent visited this place before. Came in for the first time and the owner was super friendly. Ordered two California Mafias and they really packed on the avocado which is expensive these days and put a good amount of meat too. Great sandwich and great people you havent seen the last of me.

I recently lost 5lbs but I think that all changed when I had my first Mafia sandwich at Pulciano’s Deli & Cafe (will definitely come again, like tomorrow). My aspirations in life now are to one day MEAT a charming Italian man with a RYE sense of humor who will eat cold cut sandwiches with me until death do us part. Awesome sandwich, staff are so sweet and it really felt like I was picking up food from my mom’s house. Love!!!! Sorry I don’t have a picture :/ got caught in the moment and enjoyed my sandwich.

This is great deli in the heart of San Gabriel across from the San Gabriel Mission Campus and the Mission Playhouse Complex. Just around the corner from City Hall.They have great sandwiches both hot and cold. My favorites are the Mafia Sub and the Tuna on Wheat Bread. The rolls are so fresh and add their sandwiches.They are usually open for lunch M - F and some Saturdays. If you call ahead, theyll make your sandwiches to go. Weve also ordered their food for parties.

The sandwiches are Super Delicious. We had the California Mafia and The Meatball. They were both Super Delicious. They really know their sandwiches down to the bread. Everything was great. The Service was just as great. Can’t wait to go for another round when I’m back in the area.

Saw an ad for it the other day and decided to check it out next time I passed by. I got a california mafia and an egg salad sandwich to save for later. Egg sandwich tasted pretty decent, hard to go bad with that one. The california mafia I really liked: good amount of meat, a little bit of sauce, toasty bun, just right. The owner is really nice too, so definitely will come back next time Im around.

Excellent sandwich and service. Its a bit of a drive from the office but worth it. I will definitely be going back. The bread has a nice crispy crust but soft inside. The meat and cheese was freshly sliced. Went with a very basic turkey and cheddar. Im looking forward to trying a meatball sub and the mafia sub.

Vegetarian and three cheese sandwiches are awesome! Perfect mix of everything to make it fresh and tasty. Also they carry a kratom drink that really helps with energy, just have to get used to the taste. A new taste is coming out this Thursday, excited to try it. I would recommend this Deli anytime you want to eat sandwiches especially Italian! Very nice people also!

If I could rate this six stars, I would. Amazing, tasty and hearty turkey sandwiches and equally awesome people. As an SGV resident, I wouldn’t really consider any other place to go to for a deli sandwich than Pulciano’s. Looking forward to trying all of the sandwiches on their menu.

It seems they forgot my order or something caused my order specifically to take forever. I waited for well over half an hour and saw numerous people order and get their sandwiches.The sandwich was decent but not worth my unusually long wait.

Pulciano’s makes great sandwiches and has great service!In my search for a great sandwich that reminded me of Bellybuster’s I found Pasadena Sandwich Company and my wife found Pulciano’s. I’m sure glad she found this place because PSC was a big disappointment. Every sandwich from Pulciano’s we ordered was tasty with great balance. Both places had nice service but if you care about taste go to Pulciano’s!

Best Italian sub in the area. I cant speak to anything else because Ive never gotten anything else. The gentleman behind the counter is always fresh with jokes and has a really fun attitude. Great local spot. Highly recommend.

Story of me having perfect sub.first time at pulcianos was yesterday.mike and his staff were open and friendly. mike recommended the mafia special. i asked him if i could have a pepsi with the meal, but to add it to my thermoses as i was a driver and the holders would keep it cooler.he filled both of mine at no cost.at this point i told him he was good proprietor.i went outside to eat the sub.it is the first perfect sub i have eaten.the bread was soft but with a crisp crust.they used just enough olive oil to allow the different meats, cheese, and lettuce and tomatoes each to be tasted without being runny.the hardest thing to do is have avocado added. usually it is too lumpy or runny.at pulcianos it was the best, the sandwich was itself well assembled, but the two dollops of avocado fell to the side when i ate the sandwich i was able to scoop them up with my finger as they had good form.after i finished, I went back inside to tell mike that he was a great proprietor.

Best place in San Gabriel to get a real deal Deli sandwich,... like Phillepes from DTLa? Grab the roast beef deep with hot mustard and you wont be disappointed... dont k ow what to pick? Stumbled upon this DELI-cious spot while looking for pokestops (theres ALOT around this area) during my lunch break. I wouldnt say sandwiches are my favorite meal but Pulcianos yumminess changed the game for me. Balanced flavors, fresh bread and for a great price. Its family owned/run and the man that takes your order is full of lively energy. I suggest the California Mafia for first timers.
