Hello,I regret the undesirable experience I had at Q Pot restaurant. I was completely disappointed and upset when I discovered a cockroach in my food and felt not treated with respect and professionalism by the manager.I did not receive a proper apology and the managers lack of responsibility in handling this situation. This not only lost my trust in Q Pot restaurant but also caused concerns about hygiene and food safety.1. I came to eat around 6:15pm (12/5/2023), and discovered that there was a live cockroach in the food dish. I showed it to the waiter.When paying, reduce $10. I dont care about the $10 discount. I find the managers attitude irresponsible. What if I accidentally eat and get food poisoning? Q. Pot is a large restaurant, having a manager who behaves like that is so bad, lacks interest in customers and lacks respect for customers.2. Im really worried about hygiene and food safety. When I got home, I had a stomach ache and immediately went to the bathroom. Hope nothing happens to me.3. I see a lack of responsibility and disrespect for customers on the part of the manager. She didnt apologize or ask about me.4. Request an official response from Q Pot restaurant and propose a reasonable solution, including improving food safety and hygiene inspection procedures.I hope that Q Pot restaurant will listen to my feedback and come up with an appropriate solution to best overcome this problem. I give suggestions to make the restaurant more complete and have more customers.Sorry again for the inconvenience.Best regards,

This was my first time going to a Korean BBQ, me and my fiancé were celebrating our third year anniversary here! It was a lovely experience, for it being so busy, we only had to wait 30 minutes and even got called to our table a few minutes earlier. Our waitress, Mimi was incredibly sweet and helpful especially since it was our first time. The food was amazing! Didn’t expect to get full so fast, I’ll definitely need to prepare ahead of time. We actually asked our server if she could surprise us with a macaroon, we’re first time expecting parents and wanted her to reveal the gender through the dessert item. She was so incredibly kind about it, even though she was so busy!!! I’m very thankful she gave us that opportunity to have a small intimate moment, we are having a girl and we’ll be visiting back soon with her in the future 🩷🩷.

So I’m at the end of like a 18 hour day right now I was able to sneak in right before they closed. The host and hostess were incredibly understanding and friendly. They found me a table, got me started and I had incredible food in my belly within about five minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, better quality food, or a faster food to table experience! If this place ain’t franchised yet, it should be! Thank you for awesome experience!

WOW I truly enjoyed eating here! Super happy I was invited to celebrate my friend’s birthday Dinner at this Q Pot Korean BBQ & HotPot! Since I am such a huge fan of Korean bbq and Hot pots, this was absolutely wonderful!!!From the Fresh Flavorful Broth, to plenty of healthy Ingredients, Herbs, Vegetables, Fresh Seafood, plenty of Meat, Lamb, and definitely the Spices and the delightful Sauce bar! Just absolutely delicious! My favorites are all those lamb, Octopus, ribs, fish ball with roes, quail eggs, clams, white mushrooms, Prawns, and plenty of greens! Hhmmmmm😋❤️😍

Amazing BBQ experience at an amazing price! Their pricing simply doesnt justify the great BBQ/Hot Pot all-you-can-eat options they provide.While theres a slightly long wait typically, they do act super fast to keep things moving. The meat and appetizer choices are really good, and so is their quality and quantity!Plus the staff comes to check every now and then if your boiler needs to replaced to ensure youre getting burn free food🙂. Definitely recommend!

Service was quick, we ordered our food through an electronic screen, we could pick all of our sides, meats, noodles, etc. Server checked on us often and was very friendly. Theres a bar where you can make your own dipping sauce, but I have yet to try this. I tried the hotpot and kbbq, got full so quickly with friends!

RESTROOMS: 4/5SERVICE: 5/5FOOD: 4/5EFFECIENCY: 5/5COST/BENEFIT: 4/5The RESTROOM was not perfect but not bad either. There was not paper towels or tissue lying around. No obvious water stains on the sink (which would show lack of cleaning) or dried stains near the urinals. The electronic hand dryer is very effective and reduces over all waste. Only concern is that an inward swinging door can swipe you if you arent leaning to the left.The SERVICE is definitely where this restaurant shines. The minute you walk in youll notice a convenient tablet where you can register for the wait list. There are at least two workers monitoring the flow and calling out names. Our server was very fast and I mean fast with every thing we ordered. She made sure to refill our drinks without even us asking. The server explained out to order and would come by from time to time to ask if we needed our grill changed. It was never an issue if we asked passerby server for help (this is a huge problem at chain restaurants).We have been to a lot of Korean restaurants and the very best tend to be in Koreatown but this restaurant is really the best for Korean FOOD in the south bay / silicon Valley region. Everything was very flavorful. No unnecessary fat. There was even a self serve sauce bar. Honestly no complaints at all with the food.EFFICIENCY... this place was the very best in efficient use of space, staff, technology and teamwork. The restaurant was huge and there were no empty seats but even then we never felt cramped. The host had all the Korean side dishes prepped and saran wrapped at the front counter ready to be brought to the table. There was very little if any wait for any additional orders. The staff seemed very good at communicating and showed teamwork at all times. No one was slow walking. Everyone had a purpose.The cost of about $30/person for the BBQ dinner is an exceptional value and the benefits far exceeded any cost as we had six total meat dishes including cheese corn. We left full but not uncomfortable. We felt that we got more than our moneys worth.The last point I want to make is on morale. Something no one really talks about. From a customer perspective, the morale appeared high. I saw servers helping each other, smiling, talking. I saw two servers bump each other and play it off as if they were friends. Everyone worked like they were in it together.Yes. We will come again. Yes there is a 60 minute wait. Its worth it.

UPDATE:Came back for group dinner of 7ppl on a Friday night, the food was amazinnngggg. We did Korean bbq and hot pot. The Taiwanese spicy soup is fantastic! Tom yum was good too if you can’t handle the spicy soup. It burns…The meat was fresher during dinner than lunch. Pork belly and beef bulgogi are amazing! I would come back during dinner ONLY. As the lunch experience was terrible!We got the Soju tower which was $50, it lasted for 8 rounds of shots for 7 ppl!$30/person for a terrible Friday lunch… beef bulgogi was full of fat… meat tastes old compared to GEN… not marinated enough… steak was thick and tastes like leftover… sauce bar was messy… the seats are cramp and can only fit Asian size people… shrimp came in 3 piece per order… lolWhy is this place so high ratings..? I’ve been spoiled by GEN wonderful and fresh meat…Never coming back.

Over time the floors have become very slippery and there’s a smell of wet dog in some spots. First visit was very good, floors weren’t slippery, food and service really good but as additional visits occurred I notice the experience was dipping towards the “I will not come back and ewww I’m disgusted”. I had a recent visit and it was my mistake to watch the staff that clean off the tables. I observed that everyone works very hard and they have to turn the tables fast as more customers come in to eat. I’ve noticed that the tables have left over food particles here and there and the utensils aren’t cleaned as good and also have left over food particles too. But…. Watching how the staff clear off a table has left me disgusted and can understand why there’s left over food on the tables, why it smells like wet dog and why my stomach is upset after eating here. There were quite a few tables where patrons were done and crew came to quickly clean off and set up. The uneaten food that is left is scraped from the plates and bowls and dumped into a tub connected to the staff work cart, then the plates, cups, eating utensils put into bin, staff member pulls out a dirty, food caked towel to quickly wipe down the table and even wiping some food into the heating element where the food is cooked. Then the same towel is used to clean off the chairs then another swipe on the tables to add that extra smeared look. Then the employee flicks the towel sending some old food left on the towel flying about. The next employee lays out dishes and everything needed for next customers. It’s an unsavory thing to watch next to you when trying to enjoy lunch/ dinner. It left me disgusted and can only imagine what the food prep area must be like. It’s a visual that I’ll never forget.

The meats and hot pot was sooooo delicious I love it. Sad I didn’t took the pics ahah it was not bad price by how much me and my friends order. I will definitely come again. Only thing I didn’t like was we were waiting for a bit and other people show up later than we did and they got to go. One of my friend had to come up to the worker asking why we haven’t been serve and they basically forgot about us. Lol it’s only a small issue but other than that the server were nice to us and attentive!

Went with my family and got BBQ and hot pot. I wish they had instructions for novices for how long to cook things. The food itself was great, we just needed some guidance to make sure everything was cooked to be safe to consume. At one point they did bring us the wrong meat, and did not give us our actual order (we assume a mix up between us and another table). Regardless, it was overall very good!

We did the hot pot and kbbq combo. Both were good but Ill probably just pick one next time because I got too full.For kbbq I liked the plain pork belly and beef finger meat the most. The brisket and pork jowl was okay. Also tried the garlic pork belly but my sister and I both preferred plain. The garlic seasoning made it just taste like sausage to me. I tend to prefer not heavily seasoned or marinated meats for kbbq though.For the hotpot, I got the Healthy Herbs soup base which I really liked. My sister got the spicy tofu soup which came with clams, shrimp, etc inside the soup. I liked adding instant ramen to the hotpot though not sure I can recommend it for everyone because it fills you up meaning you wont be able to order as much meat (this place is AYCE). The beef brisket for hotpot was my favorite. They also have other nice options like pumpkin, pig blood, etc. Also note if you order rice, they give a lot of rice, its overflowing from the bowl so consider sharing.

Stellar experience at a fair price. The BBQ was fun to cook and amazing to eat. The soup was just the best (helpful tip: get the udon noodles). The sauces were really great too. Altogether an amazing experience and Im glad I came here to try the Korean BBQ and Hot Pot for the first time.

Honestly totally not what I expected. the place smelled bad & everything was really dirty, even the bathroom was not in good condition with no inside handle. you had to leave the bathroom door open so that nearby tables could hear you go or you would get stuck inside.🤦🏻‍♀️ the food was mid at best. it was very underwhelming to receive food that didn’t have much flavor/tastiness. their only good item would be the dumplings. you also get charged for the food you don’t eat so order what you can handle. server wasn’t very helpful either.

You can also make your own sauce and I really liked that idea. We had the hotpot as well and I chose the spicy tofu which was very good. Great customer service. They want to rip off people while charge a kid for $31.99 . We always eat there and never have that problem. The lady today want to charge us $31.99 for a 7 year old kid and make a big deal of it. We are really upset and walk out of there. The manager need to take a look at their employees customer service. Their customer service is too bad for today. Was actually pretty disappointed. Night started off great but just went downhill from there. The Pros: service was good at the get go, they were quick to bring up dishes, they constantly changed our grill in the beginning (maybe even a tad too much). The Bad: Meat quality was not as good as other places (think cartilage, excess fat, or tough cuts), portion sizes were too large (a problem because some of the items just arent good and youre stuck trying to finish them when all you wanted was to try it), they became completely inattentive after we passed our first hour of eating, their ordering pad was faulty, and they really do stick to their two hour eating limit to a tee and were pretty blunt about it. Most places will use the two hour time limit as a guideline and generally exercise more finesse when it comes time to gently remind you to wrap up. Here they hand you the bill 25 minutes before your time is up and tell you youre almost out of time. No last call for orders, drink refills, or offers to get anything. If two hours sounds adequate, youll quickly realize it isnt since they seem to count even the time it takes you to sit down, learn how to use their ordering system, and not to mention theres a line for the sauces. We realistically got about 80 minutes of eating time. Add to this the time it takes to grill meats and youll quickly realize two hours isnt really adequate to actually have a good time. When we got the bill, we were also charged $26.99 for dinner instead of the advertised $25.99 price. +$3 for hot pot person but I thought it was worthwhile since I liked the hot pot more. In terms of selection of meats and veggies, they dont offer as much as other places though we did like that they had oysters which was different and the highlight of our bbq. Recommend coming here for lunch first to see if you like it. Dinner doesnt seem worthwhile to me.

Who doesnt love all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ. this place also gives you the option to add a soup hot pot for an additional $3. But because of weather was warm we opted just for the regular Korean BBQ. We got here about 6:30 and the place was just having people trickle in. By 7 it was pretty packed in here.So this place you order your dishes by touch screen. Youre allowed to order for dishes at a time. So we ordered for and submitted it and some dishes came. Then we ordered some more if you more dishes came. The kitchen was very slow about getting our food out. and we kept ordering more more food though it didnt seem like much was coming out of the kitchen. Since it was all-you-can-eat we werent really worried about starving but I had a feeling that not all our food actually came out to our table. The things we really liked was the marinated short ribs, the red wine marinated pork belly, and and the any of the thinly sliced beef that we ordered. We sat there and ate for almost two hours. We never felt rush and we didnt over eat either.we got plenty of attention from the serving staff as they were constantly checking up on us and bringing food. Whenever our grill even gotto the point where anything was slightly sticking they would come and change it.There is a caution sign about parking in the lot and that people should not leave valuables in the car or insight because there have been numerous break-ins.

Long read: First time eating here for my cousins Bday since they had damn near 4000 reviews and 4 stars. Walking in the place had a weird smell. We sat down at the tables and the chairs were all torn up. Regardless of the environment I was hoping for the food to be good. Since they looked tasty in the pics. They also had an open sauce bar as well which was nice.Once sat, we ordered various meats and veggies. The meats looked and tasted like they were freezer burned. Out of the 9 meats that came out, I would say 6 of them gave me that back of freezer type vibe and taste. The veggies were fresh at least. The open sauce bar was where the smell was coming from. I wasn’t sure if it was the rugs or the sauces. But it smelled like feet and I can also see others in line making weird faces because of the smell. Only good thing about this place was that the workers were fast and responsive! Tbh this is my first and last time going here. We drove from SF to give this place a try. I blame my cousin for the find haha. Would not recommend.

I always enjoy my time at QPot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot! Their all-you-can-eat style menu features a wide variety of hot pot broths, vegetables, meats, seafood, and a dipping sauce station. Although this place specializes in Korean BBQ, there is also a large selection of vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian dishes to choose from. They utilize a self-serving kiosk for orders, which I find highly convenient.Out of all the options, I absolutely love the Taiwanese Spicy broth! It’s so flavorful with an authentic Sichuan peppercorn twist. (If you haven’t already tried it, you definitely should!) Additionally, the staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. Overall, QPot offers an amazing all-you-can-eat experience that never disappoints. I’m looking forward to my next visit here!

New obsession!Loved this place. It was my second time coming here and the food is incredible! Not only because you’re cooking it to your taste/pallet, but its FRESH, CLEAN, and the friendly staff will help with suggestions too!They have an open bar as well to hang at, but sitting and eating is really where it is at. Q Pot I have mix reviews. We tried it because its suppose to be coming to our area. We paid for both Korean Bbq and the Hot Pot. The Hot Pot was really good the broth was great and they had a variety of items. Now the Korean BBQ they need to work on that. I dont really report anything negative and really it was not that bad but compared to what we have our Korean BBQ is really good. Would I go back yes for the Hot Pot. The meat was tender, juicy and well-marinated. The grill was easy to use and the staff was attentive and helpful. Food was absolutely great. The quality and how soon our orders were brought was on point. Just when it gets busy in the rush, you can get things you didnt order by accident so please pay attention so you dont get the odd plate of food. Its an all you can eat Korean bbq restaurant where you cook your own food on a grill on the table. Great variety of meats and vegetables, as well as seafood. You can also have the several types of broth as add on.The quality of the meat is good and its a must if you like meat. Absolutely amazing experience. Went with my family, 4 of us total and we all left full,happy,and extremely satisfied. You order with a tablet at your table and food comes out within minutes. Make sure to check your receipt and bank statements match! I checked my bank statement the day after coming here and there was an $15 tip added to my card even though, I never put a tip in my card and left a cash tip in the envelope. There was also a bug on our table halfway through our dinner.

Food was good. The tables for 2 are small and they expect you to fit the grill, bonchon, plate of meats and the hotpot bowl if you added that. Drinks are party cup size and no refills so its 1.50 each drink. I wouldnt have minded since Im glad I can even do kbbq but the service was ridiculously slow. Being seated next to the entrance and having servers pass by every couple of minutes you would think they might stop by and ask if you needed anything. Especially if 15 min have passed and you clearly have no meats left to grill or eat. I spent more time drinking my drink than eating it seemed like. The outdoor model doesnt work like it does indoors where the kitchen is near by and service is fast. I will not be returning until indoor service is available again. The spicy pork belly and the galbi short ribs were my favorite. The premium steak looked like dried dog treats. I didnt get to try any seafood since they forgot it on our second round of meats. I left after that.

This is one of our usual spots for kbbq and as a bonus, they also serve hotpot too. They have a variety of great soups and broth for hotpot but my personal favorite is the mushroom soup. The lunch menu is much smaller than the dinner menu, but its still good for the price. Pork cheek and chadol are on the lunch menu and really, thats all I need. But they serve, sea food, Korean starter dishes and bonchon. Complimentary sauce bar and you order through a tablet. The staff is pretty quick to help you however you need it. Overall, great place if you like AYCE kbbq and hotpot.

Love Korean BBQ. Went during Covid and they have a bunch of tents set up in the parking lot and sidewalk...plenty of tables. The food is great and keeps on coming until you cant eat anymore. Everytime I come here I overdo it, and then go home and look at myself in mirror in disgust. Thats how you know your Korean bbq experience was amazing. Great food, and the service was amazing. Our server was super nice and apologized for being slow, but he showed up less than a minute after we ordered anything, so he was actually really great. If I could criticize anything, which I cant really think of, maybe the rice paper tasted a little funny so we didnt have much it. It was the only time it tasted funny so maybe just a bad batch. But still, great experience as usual, and didnt even wait 10 minutes for a table during a busy evening. 10/10 would recommend. Luckily, we came at the right time (6pm) and were able to grab a table in ~5 min. Around 6:45 pm though, it starts to get REALLY crowded; plan to arrive a little early if you dont want to line up. Ordering from the touchscreen is a REALLY nice concept; we liked the convenience of ordering at our leisure and seeing what were buying. Orders were quick to come as well. Unfortunately, I would say that other places have better seasoning for the meats. Whether it was seafood, chicken, beef, or pork, the seasoning that accompanied them was overbearing and a little on the sweetish side. This came as a surprise, as other KBBQ restaurants were able to find a balance. I would suggest ordering the dishes without seasoning, but then the food would be too bland in my opinion. Staff were nice and attentive. Service was quick. I would not come here again though.

Look food is absolutely amazing, but its just way too expensive. Consider this.Its $35 just for either barbeque or q-pot(soup) or a bit more for both(5-6 extra I forget the exact amount). You can order as many items as you want afterwards, and as long as you finish it, its no additional cost. If you have one or two items afterward its about $5 or so per item. Drinks are also an additional cost. If you are not very careful, your bill for your party can increase heavily.The experience is obviously a part of said cost and cooking meats / soups on your table with hand picked ingredients is one youll not find elsewhere.That being said, soups are easily replicated creations with multiple methods online to get great tasting soups with solid ingredients even with 0 cooking experience. If youve come for soup, its overrated.The meats on the other hand, are quite stellar even if more expensive. Again, the food is amazing, its just not even remotely cost effective. For your picky eater who cant decide between grilling or hot pot, you can have them both here. Great place, service was great, food came out quickly. You order on a tablet on the table so no waiting for waiter to place your order of meats. Pick what you want and summit order that easy. Only problem my friends and I had was when ordering for hot pot and grill we sometimes put the hot pot items onto the grill which is not a problem, just need order another round. For hot pot you each get individual pot, they have maybe 8 or so broth flavors. I had the mushrooms flavor which I throughly enjoyed. Will be back again.

This is the place you go to have fun with your friends, not so much with your family or younger children. It had a colorful party atmosphere and both times I went the music was loud and uncensored. There were also quite a few groups of customers who were tipsy and loud. The food was great with a wide variety of meats, veggies, and soups to choose from. Classic foods with a highly trained team. iPads for ordering directly from the kitchen at every table was welcome. Be prepared to make your own dipping sauce at a communal salad bar like station. Its a fun way to get you even more involved with the food your grilling yourself. The place had an overall clean feel to it, even though my tables iPad was a little busted up. The tables here are also user-friendly and interactive, you can adjust your own temperatures on the Hot Pot grills. On the main Grill I think the servers all have control over it at the end of your table to regulate temperature. The servers do seem, by necessity, to be a little over present in order to make sure youre using all the (more than likely) unfamiliar equipment correctly. It feels a little baby sitterish at times. I had the dessert ice cream. Its a large macaron ice cream sandwich. The macaron taste seems to get in the way of the flavor of whatever ice cream you were getting a bit. But its an overall good treat. And it also seemed like the correct choice of dessert after all the foods and flavors that came before it. I ordered the hot pot and the normal meal, and was very satisfied, I enjoyed myself a lot. I will probably be back.

We mentioned it was still sticky and she did another quick swipe with a dry napkin. We sat down and found food on the table and on the seat. The server was kind but never showed us how to work the grill or really explained the ordering system (which was through a wall mounted iPad).I went to the washroom before we left and noticed a lot of trash on the floor in the restaurant (napkins, food) and the bathroom itself was horrible. I’ve seen gas stations with better hygiene.This place would be okay if they actually had some service and some cleanliness but shouldprobably be avoided until if and when that happens.

Wait time is a bit of a hassle on the weekends. My party waited 30-45 minutes after putting on wait list. Its not bad considering its weekend. The service was great which is a must for me since its our first time in the place. Even though our server had limited English but he made sure we still understood him. They always check if your grill needs to be change. They change it for us without even have to ask. They have variety sides they offer before you order i.e. kimchi, seaweed salad which my son loves. Arrived 10:15pm Sunday night with our niece and some of her friends. The location had just discarded all of the broths, so Hot Pot was unavailable. Our guide picked this place since it closes 11pm. He got us started with the wait staff to bring in many items. We scrambled to grill a bunch of meats. In spite of the challenges and shortages, this event was still surprisingly enjoyable. We got 3 trays of spicy salmon that came off the grill full of flavor. Premium thick, steak, shrimp, calamari, pork belly, bulgolgi, side bar of deserts, dipping sauces, diced garlic, etc...Wait staff brought in lettuce wrap leaves, which was a good way to mellow out the spiciness. Chicken Karage was out, other items too, however, I was fulfilled enough by the major provisions, those deficiencies seemed minor.Our gathering could have turned out much worse without the scrambling by our nieces (frequent diner) guide that night. He had been there enough times to know what to quickly order, and captained the management of the center grill between the five of us. The rest of us would have just been lost.We initially went there for Hot Pot, but the next day, I checked the online menu. Hot Pot actually costs $5/person more than the Korean BBQ.Key Lesson - for your 1st time here, bring a friend, a guide, who knows this place well. Otherwise, you could easily get lost in dimly lit chaos.

I unfortunately did not take any pictures of the food. I went with a friend about a week ago. I have never ate at this place before so I was excited. My expectations were not met, but that doesnt mean the experience was terrible, but rather it was mediocre. The meat was alright. One of the meats we ordered was beef short ribs and it was mostly fat. The flavor of the meat was okay and compared to other Kbbq places lackluster. The complementary side dishes were okay though a few tasted good. The mashed potatoes side dish were horrid. It tasted like warm mayo and cane sugar. The tteokbokki tasted pretty good but it was cold? I wished it was served warm. Apparently, there was a sauce area but the waiter never told us that there was a sauce area, so my friend and I ate the meat without sauce which was okay but made some of the food taste a little bland . We even told them that it was our first time going there so the fact they didnt tell us about the sauce area is quite annoying. The sauce area was not close to the table we were seated at so we didnt notice it until after we paid for the meal. The customer service was fine, but it could have been better. My friend and I had to wait a good five to ten minutes just to get the check. I dont really think the food was worth the money spent and although the experience was pleasant, I will not be coming back here ever because theres just better Kbbq restaurants around the area that are around the same price point.

I would have given this place 5 stars and it was going well till our server came by and told us it would be last call in 10 minutes. My party and I immediately put in an order to get the hotpot items out. The system confirmed it and everything. We saw everyone else around us get their items that they ordered. Around 10 minutes after last call ended, our server came by and asked if everything was okay and we asked about the items ordered. He said the kitchen is closed but he would see what happened. They came back and mentioned that they kitchen had missed our order and they would see if they could serve our last few items. They then came back and mentioned that the kitchen doesnt want to slice more meat since the slicer was already cleaned up. This place is AYCE so we were trying to eat as much as we could. In the end no recourse was given to us, till one of our upset party members asked if Q pot could do something. They did provide a slight discount, but thats really not what our party wanted. We would have loved to have a good experience and would have liked it that when we ordered on the ipad that we actually got our food.

But after one order of meat dish for each adult. The meat order after that is ignored for the rest of the day. They have a really good deal: $30 for hot pot or bbq, $35 for both. Meat quality is decent as well. The only issue is the restaurant sometimes cuts corners at random things: the white mushrooms (hotpot) are not washed at all (theres still dirt on it). The waiter rarely came by our table, and there were long periods where we didn’t have meat on our grill and no server around to order more. We were sitting outside. There were a couple of hiccups with getting our grills started at first, but thats the first time people in my party had had that issue, and theyd been there several times. I will say that they should ensure that their servers are equipped with longer lighters, and not pocket lighters. I felt really bad for the guys trying to get our grills going, as they kept nearly burning themselves trying to light the flames. Very attentive staff, though. Id definitely return, if invited to do so.

First, they ran out of the banchan, specifically the fish cakes, then their ordering tablet didn’t work, and worst of all, they brought out the wrong beer pitcher for us.We didn’t even get a chance to try their “dessert”. They would have fruits and small cakes at the sauce bar. But once they’re gone, they don’t refill.I wouldn’t recommended this location. It’s not worth your money or calories.

My favorite restaurant! Sometimes the wait is long but worth it. The price is great for the unlimited amount of food that you eat. Kids eat for free. They sit you down, and you select the food you want brought to your table, you have 2 hrs to dine. The bulgogi is my favorite! They also have a bar! I miss the sauce bar, I hope they bring that back. The staff is great, although sometimes they lag on bringing your food/orders or dont check up on you, I guess it depends who is waiting on your table. I like coming here with a group. You will end up smelling like food when you leave.

This is not a place you should go solo. It was my first time as Yelp gave it high ratings. They seated me in a large booth area (no spots for singles) and I am sure that could be troublesome as my potential is lower than what a group can bring. I let the server know that it was my first time and she seemed preoccupied as I needed help to explain what to expect. I am not a fan of cooking my own food and paying for it so I missed that one. I asked another server who was very helpful to explain some basics and give me his favorite spices to use. I ordered the popcorn chicken and BBQ beef. Getting seated isnt the issue you have to worry about sitting down with your food in front of you but not utensils to cook or eat, you have to wait 1hr and a half just to get six orders of food in but still pay 66 bucks at the end of the night. Service really was a disappointment. When we were more then half way with eating our food, they brought our drinks. It takes a whole hour or more to get seats to sit down, and it wasnt even that busy, according to them. Outdoor dining review: Expect a wait for everything. The servers are overwhelmed and understaffed. Management should better support their wait staff with trolleys to help with the load of dishes since the walk is anything but short with their new outdoor set up. Or they shouldve not bought so many tables for seating as their staff cannot handle the amount of customers that their new set up offers - this was obvious as my group arrived to many available tables but it it took 30 minutes to be seated.Menu is on paper which is discarded after use so theres no reusing of those. Most beef items are raw and grill-able. Other items are cooked in their kitchen and brought out to you ready to eat. You could also put those on the grill to adjust doneness to your liking - like I like pork belly to be on the golden, crispier side.Not a great ayce kbbq experience as many of my items were never brought out/had to ask several times for the same thing. My group ended up leaving after 2 hours feeling unsatisfied as we kept waiting and not getting any service. However, I sympathize with the servers as they are ill equipped, overwhelmed, understaffed, and dont have the support they need to keep things running smoothly. Hopefully the management will better provide for their staff. I understand they want to keep up with customer demand (for outdoor dining) but I rather they take care of their staff, the essential workers, that are serving us.

If you want to actually get to eat something without getting pushed out the door before you even sit down I suggest you get here at least four hours before they close. I came at about 8:15 on a Friday night and I was told wait time was about 45 minutes so I decided it would be fine after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes we were told via text that our table was ready. At 9:32 we were told our table was ready. When we arrived at the host stand the hostess told us sorry we do last call at 9:30 then another hostess came and told us we would be able to get a table however and actually get to eat. At this point the whole experience was just distasteful.

This place has good quality meat for an AYCE Korean BBQ place. They have a great variety of BBQ items and soju cocktails. The service is always quick and it helps to have the tablets at the tables to use to order. Was not worth the 70$ for two. Service was a 2 star and the meat quality was about a 3.5. We were told the wait was 30-40 minutes instead waited an 1 hour 15 min. This was a delicious and entertaining experience that really showcases the best of AYCE Korean BBQ and hotpot together.We went for dinner the day before valentines day and were quickly seated, the whole restaurant was kept clean and all of the staff were wearing their masks properly. Loved all the sauces and they had cucumber kimchi which is one of my favorite banchan. The brisket, steak, and pork collar were my favorite meats and you can ask for lettuce to wrap it in. Most of meats are thicker cuts. They played EDM (Porter, Illenium, Kaskade, etc) and had a fantastic night ambiance. Our server Jason had an abundance of full tables, but he still gave us quick and friendly service. Our grill did momentarily catch fire in the water trap, but the workers noticed and remedied it with haste. Ive eaten at plenty of All You Can Eat Korean places with my boyfriend when we miss having dinner with our family (Im half and hes full Korean) and this place definitely is one of the better ones weve been to.

If one person at your table orders Hot pot the entire table is charged for hot pot even though the other folks did not order it. They just wanted BBQ. I came here as a group of 2 for lunch during their promotional opening price of $15.99. Lunch here is cheaper then dinner(24.99). Overall pretty good food and great if you want kbbq, hot pot, or both! They did seem a bit understaffed though. The tables were a bit sticky/dirty and it took a while for waters to get filled. There was also a few small issues which they will hopefully fix over time!
